Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, right next to the Kawasaki bus stop. The Toyonokuni Expressway Bus makes traveling between Fukuoka Airport and Hakata Tenjin easy, much more convenient than taking the JR train.

There are quite a few restaurants nearby, including a large 7-Eleven across the street and a supermarket about 700 to 800 meters away.

The overall ambiance is classic Japanese, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are all single-family houses. Although the room we were assigned was slightly different from what I had seen when booking, with only a semi-open-air onsen, we were traveling with just my daughter and me, so one onsen was more than enough.

The staff was very friendly and provided detailed information.

The only downside was that there was a light-transmitting window above my bed, with no curtains, which caused me to wake up early every morning. However, this wasn't a big deal for me, so I give it a full rating. Highly recommended!

You better drive there because the hotel does not close to the bus station. It's not close to other sightseeing spots. The hotel is traditional. Nice onsen.

The hotel is very good, room is clean and tidy, individual onsen is excellent.

The only point is the location will be a little bit far for travellers without cars, as hotel is on a hill slope, you will need to spend some efforts to go up, but the hotel quality worths this effort.

The room is HUGE! Didn’t expect it has two floors. Really nice they have a big TV in the living room and also in the room, the TV got Netflix. The fridge has some free drinks and beers, that’s so sweet!!! We were so happy that we can drink cold beers while being in the private onsen. 
The hotel doesn’t have reception, you need to check in another hotel which is 5mins walk. If you don’t mind this, go ahead and book this. Truly good value.

I love to stay here in hotel always with my husband. Many time been here in this hotel.

A truly wonderful onsen ryokan. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a private semi-outdoor onsen. Both the grilled beef dinner and the Japanese buffet breakfast were absolutely delicious. The surroundings were very peaceful and serene. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Seriously, I would give this hotel a very high score, the hotel staff sent me an email the day before without having to check in at another hotel, directly in the email confirmed gave me the room number and password. This room is really big, there are two floors, in addition to the kitchen there is a hot spring, the bathroom is very large, the bedroom is on the upper floor, the two floors are also very large, very hygienic environment, highly recommended￼.
There is free parking in the hotel 🅿️ to the nearby street about 5 minutes away, there are also two supermarkets nearby, you can buy groceries back to cook yourself

Is a good experience, I liked the Japanese style of it, the location is good, away from the Main Street for around 5mins walking distance. There is a local supermarket near by.
staffs can’t speak other languages but Japanese we used Google translate which worked well. I stayed 2 nights, breakfast and dinner were very good too.

오이타역에서 도보 15분 거리로 접근성이 나쁘지 않으며
돈키호테를 비롯한 주요 편의시설이 근거리에 위치해있음.

캡슐룸의 경우 별도의 문이 달려있어 어느 정도의 프라이버시는 보장됨. 하지만 밀폐된 목조 캡슐 형태라 여름에는 잠옷이 다 젖을 정도로 더우며 방음에 취약함.

층마다 보안카드를 찍고 들어가야하며 개인 짐을 보관할 수 있는 라커와 흡연실, 자판기, 화장실, 세면대 등이 있음. 

샤워는 3층에 위치한 대욕장을 이용해야하는데 수건, 칫솔, 면도기가 잘 구비되어있으며 비교적 청결하게 관리되고 있음.

At 8:00 pm, there is no waiter at the front desk, you have to wait for a round, and check out. The open-air hot spring is just a big bathtub, and the hot spring water is not too hot and a bit cold. The place is big enough, relatively old feeling, near the factory area, so there is no recommendation at night. ￼￼￼
