Location was excellent, right on top of a metro station serving the orange and light blue lines, which made getting around extremely convenient. The room was okay and included a microwave, washer/dryer, and a large refrigerator, all of which were very useful. However, this is not really a hotel, but rather a building where several companies rent apartments. The reception is in the basement, and the breakfast room is also located there. Breakfast was just okay; there was no cheese or yogurt, and the main breakfast items were alternated every two days, so in essence they had only two menus. Although it was not bad, staying for 9 days made it repetitive to eat the same things every morning. The worst part was the elevators. There are only two, and they are always crowded. We stayed on the 12th floor and had no real option of using the stairs, although I did use them a couple of times. Usually, we had to wait 5–10 minutes to get a spot. I believe this was the most negative aspect of the stay.

The hotel's self-service machine had a Chinese interface, making check-in and check-out very convenient. I just scanned the QR code from my email, and it printed a slip with the room number and passcode for the digital lock. I could then enter my room directly, with no need to interact with staff. The room was clean, and outside the window, I could see Line 1 and the railway to Busan. When the window was closed, the soundproofing was quite good, so passing trains didn't disturb my rest. In terms of public transport, it's located between two Line 1 stations, which is a bit awkward. You need to take a few stops on the green bus to connect, as walking is too far.

The location was exemplary, near stations and bus stops, airport limousin bus stop just across the building, the main myeongdong busy tourist street is walking distance, with many kombini around the area, 2nd floor has an honesty system little common kithcen for everyone to use. the best part is the rooftop and dining area with unobstructed view of the N seoul tower.  shout out to SHIMA during breakfast, thank you for your beautiful soul and energy every morning! such great person to welcome you in the morning! will recommend and will stay again!!!

I stayed at Homes Stay Suwon, and while it may be fine for solo travelers, it wasn’t the best fit for my stay. The room felt very small, and it was difficult to fully open a suitcase. The bathroom also lacked privacy, which made it uncomfortable for staying with more than one person. That said, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Overall, it might be a better option for someone traveling alone.
