It's a great hotel, but the swimming pool wasn't clean. The breakfast was good, the rooms were large, and the facilities were excellent. There were many Chinese people there. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We stayed from 23.12.24 to 06.01.25. Our first observation is with the maintenance/cleaning of the air conditioning pipes in the rooms. Through the gap, we were able to photograph the enormous layer of dust covering the pipes, a real sight. Also regarding Mrs. Keila, from the restaurant, an impolite person, she treated me rudely when I went down to the café with a slice of pizza that I had ordered the day before. He explained that it was a rule to avoid cross contamination. The reason is, indeed, fair, but no rudeness was necessary. I even thought she was going to throw me out of the room... And on another occasion, our six-year-old daughter had her legs folded up on the sofa in the café and, once again, she rudely told us that it was forbidden. Likewise, the message could have been delivered more politely. Zero points for her. On the other hand, Mrs. Sayuri, also from the restaurant, is a kind, polite person, and deserves a ten out of ten. Another fact that surprised us was to learn that the hotel does not have anyone to help carry your bags when you arrive or bring them from the apartment when you leave. I am elderly, my wife is 50 years old and we have a 6 year old daughter, and the hotel, due to its size and movement, should have this service. In any case, they did help us on both occasions, but they explained that this service is not available. The breakfast does not match the standard of the hotel, we found it weak, especially the bread, which turns into toast and no longer seems fresh, from the day. Papaya turns into jelly and there are only two types of jelly (papaya and guava), two types of cheese (white and mozzarella), salami, ham and turkey breast. The apartment, the cleanliness, the location are very good, but we were left without a bar of soap for bathing, and there is no liquid soap in the shower, only 2 in 1 shampoo and there are 2 types of towels: thin or thick. We had to ask to receive a thick towel.

The experience of this hotel is directly full! The lobby staff smiled and greeted, check-in was efficient and intimate, and also took the initiative to hand warm water and talk about the surrounding strategies. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the details are super in place. The breakfast is rich and fresh, the service is on call, there is no slot in the whole process, and I will stay again next time!

We had a great stay at this hotel—everything was just right. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the food; the meals were fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay! Great for a weekend. Safe area too, breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice big room, bed is super comfy too. TV wasn’t to great, remote wasn’t working too well and very few of the channels worked. Tried to use the Gym and the treadmills and multi gym function wasn’t working/broken. Treadmill is actually pretty dangerous 😂 maintenance there for sure. 

Apart from that would stay again, hoping these small things are fixed  😊

#Praise#The cleanliness of the wall, the cleanliness of the public space, and the service are satisfactory; we live here during the exhibition, compared with the domestic? The hotel here is not cost-effective for breakfast. It is the same every day. We Asians can only eat eggs and milk. Others are not used to eating. There are many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant is not open every day, although Google Maps says it is open every day. ￼ It is very close to the location of the exhibition hall, and then the room hygiene and the hotel staff service attitude can also be at the front desk, not everyone can speak English one or two will speak better English.

The reservation of Trip.com was wrong for the hotel. I made the reservation of 2 adults and 1 child, but the hotel received a single room reservation. 
In this way, he had only two single beds in the room, so he had no bed for one of us three. 
The hotel then provided the extra bed, which is charged extra. 
It was quite disgusting and unpleasant, and I received a service less than I paid.

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. My room has disposable utensils and a large toothpaste, but my friend's room does not have it. You should ask the front desk for it. This is the only hotel with disposable supplies in Brazil for more than a week.

Service: The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel produces very good products and the service is very good. The juices are all freshly squeezed. The recommended papaya and orange juice is very good. I ordered strawberry orange juice but it was not enough and I had another drink. It was great. The water in the room costs R$4 per bottle. Water in other countries except China is very expensive.

It is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

The hotel has a good location, the room is large, there is a kitchen, the roof is good, the parking is safe, the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there is a gym pool. Overall it is very good.

The hotel is a little older and it lacks a renovation. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special. Personal was totally overflowed with filling and cleaning the tables. I think you need some more staff. There are no direct contacts. All about messageing. Something difficult if you have no mobile network and are dependent on wlan. There are different WiFi connections with different passwords everywhere.

The staff speak English, which makes a great difference.
There were only a few courtesies offered by the hotel.

The hotel is well located, but in the city center near Rui Barbosa Square. It's only Batel in name.
Rooms with soundproof windows, good blackout curtains, good bed, and good quality bed linens and towels. Excellent shower in the bathroom with good interior space. The hairdryer could be more powerful, considering it's a star hotel. Excellent breakfast and service. New rooms and tasteful hotel decor. I recommend it.
