Pretty good. It had three beds, and the toilet seat lifted automatically, which was convenient if you're worried about hygiene and don't want to touch it. 

Even though it faces the airport, it wasn't noisy at all, and I slept soundly. 

For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Japanese styles. It's a set portion, and you can pick one additional snack – no more. It was just right for an early morning transfer, not too much food. 

Luggage storage is available, which is handy.

Great stay! Check-in and check-out were fully automated, which was super convenient. The hotel is very close to Akihabara Station, and there's a convenience store right next door, so you can grab food and drinks anytime. The room was clean and quiet at night. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

They have a free, open-air hot spring bath, which is amazing! I always choose this place as my last stop on business trips. It's really close to the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus.

Booked this hotel for our family of three's free-and-easy trip to Tokyo, Japan. This was one of the rooms we stayed in for three consecutive nights. The hotel is conveniently located near Kayabacho subway station, making it very accessible to Nihonbashi, Ginza, and Kyobashi.

I think this is probably the best bang out of your buck when you stay in Tokyo. Clean, spacious (Tokyo standard) convenient. Daimon station is literally outside of your hotel, easy to get to airport as it has the Haneda express line. I was lucky to get the corner room which is a bit bigger and got one more window. The room service may not be everyday since you need to put the sign before 10am to let them know but the house keeper will leave you a bag of amenities anyway. There was good restaurants, McDonald’s and Lawson around. I went during new years so was good to see the shrine near Tokyo tower. The only nitpicky thing would be they checkout at 10am sharp and check in at 3pm? Whereas other hotels would be 2pm check in and check out at noon or 11.

Very clean hotel. We’ve got room with no no view but anyway, everyday cleaning, good bed, was enough for 2 of us. We didn’t expected huge room and king size bed as we understood that it’s business hotel in Tokyo 
location - perfect, 4 mins by walk to the closest subway station and bus station just in front of the entrance

I thought I could check in and drop off my luggage around 2 PM, but the front desk just said it wasn't time yet without even checking their system. In Japan, every other place I've stayed, no matter when I arrived, the front desk always checked if a room was available first. It's not a huge deal, and it's true it wasn't officially check-in time yet.

The location is great, as you can get there from both Keikyu and JR lines. Personally, I found the JR station route a bit easier. I was a little concerned about dragging my suitcase as many of the sidewalks were tiled and quite bumpy, haha. At night, it can be a bit noisy outside, but it usually quietens down by around 11 PM, so no real issues there. What I loved most was that I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or below, which is a first for me in a hotel – truly stress-free. The lobby also has a good selection of free amenities and a drink machine.

Although the room was a bit small for two people, the staff at the front desk and the cleaning crew were all wonderful. The public bath isn't huge, but it was comfortable to use. It would have been even better if the public bath was available in the mornings. For breakfast, there's an all-you-can-eat selection of delicious bread, which is great for bread lovers. The Japanese option was curry. It was tasty, but two days in a row might be a bit much... There's a 7-Eleven and My Basket nearby, which is convenient. Overall, it was a very convenient and well-located hotel.

the location is next to escalator in shimbamba station, very easy access to local station. they have automatic doors that may need upgraded a little because i had to wave my hands on the camera for opening the door in the middle of the night. the wifi is good. staff is helpful for checking in process and the also have self service check in check out machine.

If you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering.

The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal.

The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use.

Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable.

One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events.

There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind.

The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7.

The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content.

Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

If you're near Yokohama Station, I highly recommend it. The key is that it's very economical and conveniently located right next to the subway exit.

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in Sapporo, this hotel is a great choice. It's just a 3-minute walk from JR Sapporo station's north exit, and there's a handy Lawson store on the ground floor. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are a good size – our twin room had plenty of space for two people with luggage. The hotel also offers free coffee and amenities in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is decent, although the hot food could be improved (warm only). Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Sapporo! 👍🏼
