Amazing stay for a 1 day layover! Would definitely stay again!

The location is easily accessible through the Keikyu line, about 6 minutes walk. The fastest exit to get to the hotel is A2, and you can see the hotel almost immediately. Friendly tip: if you're going from the hotel to the station and have heavy luggage, exit A2 does not have an elevator. You'll have to cross the street and use exit A1.

The lobby is clean and brightly lit, self check-in machines make the process a breeze. There is also an agent at a desk if you do need assistance. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby as well as some basic toiletries.

The room is average Japanese hotel room size, just a bit on the small side. There is a comfortable amount of space to open up my check-in luggage and maneuver around the room. The sheets are crisp and clean, Pyjamas are also provided. The TV has Chromecast so I was able to enjoy YouTube videos on the big screen.

Breakfast is also marvelous! Light breakfast is served from 5am-10am in the lounge. You get a choice of either Western style or Japanese style breakfast. I chose Japanese style and it was just the right amount of food to start my day.

The only thing that could be improved on is the airport shuttle service. Busses in the evening from Haneda Airport to the hotel run about once every hour. 

Overall, this hotel has everything you need for a short stay close to the airport.

The hotel was new, clean, nice, and it had an easy check-in/check-out procedure. The location is good if you want to be close to the Haneda airport, but not great otherwise. It is part of a very new complex that seemed quite empty. and is not close to anything else. It is super convenient to the airport monorail and Keikyu line, but these two are not part of the general metro ticket passes, so this caused us some issues. It is only one stop on the metro from Haneda Airport, or a 20 minute walk. Don't get it mixed up with the similarly named hotel nearby.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. This is typical for budget hotels in Tokyo, so it's understandable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a relatively new decor, and having a laundry room on-site was very convenient. The location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from Akihabara JR Station, making it super easy to explore Akihabara.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, offering breathtaking views of the iconic Tokyo Tower right from the room. The facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, showcasing the typical Japanese hotel's meticulous attention to detail and care. My only minor regret is that the room felt a bit cramped. However, in the heart of Tokyo where space is at a premium, this is a necessary trade-off for such a superb view and location. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Let's start with the positives:
1.  Close to the subway station.
2.  There's a convenience store and a drug store nearby. There's also a grilled fish set meal restaurant that's great for breakfast; I often go there. The My Basket supermarket across the street isn't great though – limited selection and high prices.
3.  The cherry blossoms at the entrance are beautiful.

Now for the negatives:
1.  The window opens directly onto the wall of the building next door, which feels very claustrophobic.
2.  There's a constant humming noise, 24/7, from either the hotel's own equipment or the neighboring restaurant's equipment (possibly exhaust fans or air conditioning). It's really annoying! One day, there was even a persistent smell of cooking oil coming up.
3.  The staff's English proficiency is quite weak. There's one Japanese guy at the front desk who has a good attitude. Everyone else seems a bit indifferent. They didn't even bother to say hello when I checked out – at least pretend to care!

Very clean hotel. We’ve got room with no no view but anyway, everyday cleaning, good bed, was enough for 2 of us. We didn’t expected huge room and king size bed as we understood that it’s business hotel in Tokyo 
location - perfect, 4 mins by walk to the closest subway station and bus station just in front of the entrance

The room was clean and thoroughly tidied, making for a comfortable stay. Although the room only has a shower, there's a public bath available within the hotel. They also provide loungewear, which helps reduce luggage for business trips. Additionally, there's a free coffee machine in the lobby. While it's not a full-service experience, it offers everything you need for a business stay. It's within walking distance of the nearest Keikyu Kamata Station, but it is a bit of a trek.

The front desk service is really not as good as the one on the second floor. When they saw Chinese people, they decisively gave them a room at the end of the corridor and said there was no note. Do Chinese people have to make notes when booking a hotel? After several negotiations, they were willing to change the room.

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight from Haneda. The hotel is located right between the Keikyu and JR lines, and since I used the JR Kamata line for shopping and dining, it was conveniently close to both.

The facilities are a little old, but overall I had a comfortable stay.

There was black mold where the water came out of the shower head, which was a bit of a concern in terms of cleaning. I'd be happy if that could be improved.

It was convenient that the amenities were available in front of the front desk.

Perfect location near Haneda, though it is a little farther from Shinagawa station than I would have liked

The amenities were fantastic- they had a free coffee machine in the lobby that operates 24/7 as well as a selection of different tea brands, as well as free razors, shaving cream and other essentials for travel.

The only possible complaint is that the bed was not soft

The room is not big, but the location is very good. There is a convenience store and restaurant downstairs, and it takes two minutes to walk to the train station

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional.
If you’re looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it very convenient for transportation. The room was clean and tidy, and came with bottled water, a fridge, and a safe. You can access the hotel's elevator directly from the side entrance of the Lawson convenience store. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, where you can also get coffee. Express checkout is super easy – just drop your key card into the box on the first floor. Very convenient overall.
