The room was spacious, but the layout was a bit odd; the bathroom was huge, while the bedroom was on the smaller side. The TV resolution was too low, and the screen mirroring feature was terrible 😓.

It shares a restaurant with the Holiday Inn Express next door, and the room types and prices are identical.

The breakfast noodles were quite tasty.

The hotel offers a complimentary drop-off service using a Voyah car, which was very comfortable. It's a convenient one-to-one service, and the driver was very enthusiastic.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly friendly, approachable, and polite. She even went out of her way to provide a travel guide, which was really a nice touch. She also gave a bottle of yogurt for my child and upgraded our room type. I was very satisfied. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our stay was very peaceful. The amenities were complete. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a snack street, which is super convenient. I was extremely pleased with this stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The original plan was to stay one night and then rush back to Jingzhou. After the tour, it was past 4 o'clock. When I picked up the car from the hotel, I didn't want to leave, so I stayed one more night. I stayed at this hotel for two days and I was very satisfied. The robots delivered groceries. There was also welcome fruit when you checked in. Fay was also very welcoming and the facilities were quite complete. The room is also very clean

I always stay at this hotel when I'm here on business trips; both the interior and the outdoor scenery are exceptional. The building opposite seems to hang in mid-air, sparkling in the sunlight.

Lora at the front desk is very patient and has a pleasant voice.

Wyndham truly stands out as one of those hotel brands that consistently delivers a comfortable stay. The service, bedding, and breakfast were all excellent. The front desk staff was particularly kind; she knew our preferred room orientation and arranged a bright and very comfortable room for us.

There's one detail at Wyndham that deserves special praise: when we went to use the dryers, it was the only hotel where the lint trap was consistently cleaned after the previous guest's laundry. As a guest, this really put our minds at ease.

The breakfast quality was also very good, and the dining area was exceptionally clean.

The hotel's location is perfect for guests visiting Guandu Ancient Town and the Yunnan Provincial Museum.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there's parking available. The most important thing is the beautiful and clean environment. You don't need to worry about hygiene issues.

I reserved the room expecting to arrive in the early evening but after a really long flight delay I arrived before midnight. My room had been assigned to other travellers who had flight delays which had me worried as I had already pre-paid. I was upgraded to a King bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and it had fresh towels and bedding. The shower was amazing after my long trip and the bed was comfortable. The young lady at reception. Forgot to remind me about Daylight savings so I set my phone time for the wrong time and missed breakfast but otherwise it was a great short stay.

Wonderful, family owned, comfy place to stay!
