The room is not big, but very luxurious, and it is cleaned every day. Although it is charged, it is worth it. It is next to Buckingham Palace. The welcome snacks are especially delicious. There are breakfast shops on both sides of the house, and there are different styles. The opposite Miss Rose is more arrogant. You can swipe your card without receiving cash. You have to wait for the lead. There are many style chains in the streets that turn left. Some can cash, some can swipe your card, I have eaten it for a few days, I don’t step on thunder. Turn right at the breakfast shop. Some forks are bad. Please pay attention to check. After two consecutive days, the mouth of the guests was scratched, but the taste was not bad.

At first the hotel gave a room, the window was very high, and the outside could not be seen at all. It was seriously inconsistent with the picture. Later, I negotiated with the hotel and complained through Ctrip. It was very good to change a room the next day. Things are fast and efficient. Lost 500 yuan. Let us also feel that Ctrip's service is great overseas.

It was a nice hotel that was fascinated by the beauty of the interior. Compact but packed with British beauty. There was also a nice sofa set in the room, and it was okay to spread the suitcase by 3 people. Breakfast was the same for 2 days but it was very delicious.
The first night was for two people, including towels, cups, and tea. The next day, there were two and three people, and I wasn't sure what was the correct answer. I couldn't use it mentally because it was in a small amount of previous customers in the hot pot.
When I was eating breakfast slowly, I was given a fork or knife, and even if I told him that I was still using it, I was sprinkled with a scary face and took it. I checked if I was free to refill on the trip and refilled the next day without worrying. I thought it might be the same person because it was in the previous word of mouth.
Most of the staff were great. Especially one Asian? The female staff (sorry for the bad expression) sensed this feeling and thought that she was a true professional because she gave me a lot of attention. Thanks to that, I enjoyed my stay until the end. I am grateful to this woman!
The hotel was the first to sleep, so it was a pity that the lack of people in the room and the unrelaxed breakfast were a pity. I usually eat breakfast comfortably ... Although it is a very nice hotel, I strongly felt that the room and breakfast were a waste.

I booked this hotel because it was ranked first in London by trip advisor, but it was no longer ranked first when I checked out. I felt that a high ranking would bring many seemingly considerate little services, such as someone making the bed every night, and sending small things like pillow spray and desserts. But all services are actually charged. In addition to the room rate, a 20-pound service fee is added every night, which was not mentioned when I checked in or on the booking page.
The hotel is located opposite Buckingham Palace and very close to Victoria Station, which is very convenient for watching Hamilton, but I feel that the cost performance is average. The hotel is very small, with only one floor. The public area is basically a lounge, and breakfast and other things are all here. The only elevator is also very old, and there is a loud noise when closing the door.
Our room is very small, the bed is only 1.5 meters, and we can barely put two suitcases with a luggage rack and footrest. The sink in the bathroom is very small and can't hold toiletries. The faucet hardware should be very old and needs to be twisted many times to turn it off. There is a gap after the curtain is closed and it can't completely block the light. During the stay, a lamp in the room was broken and kept flashing. There was also a fire alarm that woke me up before 8 o'clock in the morning. I can't imagine how TripAdvisor ranks first.
There are welcome champagne and small desserts on the first day of check-in. There are also some chocolate candies and ice cream in the lounge every day. There are some simple buffets in the evening, such as cakes and salads, but drinks are charged separately. A bottle of Coke including service charge is about 8 pounds, which is quite a rip-off.
If you don't particularly like retro style, I don't recommend it. The new room of the South Bank Hilton Hotel where I stayed before is large, the breakfast is rich and cheap, and it is also very convenient to go anywhere.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The decoration of the hotel is very unique. Just across the road from the hotel is Kensington Park, where you can enjoy the green space, enjoy the lovely swans and pigeons, and breathe fresh air. It is really free. The hotel service is very good and the staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter if your English is not very good, translation software can solve it. When I ordered room service, there was a very lovely lady who was very enthusiastic and she was really nice! I left a very good impression at this hotel! The grandfather or brother standing guard at the door will always open the door or provide help in time. We booked a double bed room, but the mattress was put together by two single people, which did not affect our sleep. My roommate didn't feel anything when he woke up at night. The room was very quiet, and everything was very good!

Absolutely stunning place near Ashford castle with access to castle garden. Nice activities, like walking with the dogs in the morning. Cosy room and excellent service, really felt Irish hospitality here. Great a la carte breakfast. A bit pricey, but worth every penny, 100% recommended
