Like: location is perfect, lots of good restaurants around within walking distance. 
Dislike: be aware of what street the room facing. It’s loud at night, ppl talk and laugh can hear very clearly.
Services: overall are good, I’ve been staying meriton many times in many locations, but this one Meriton on Kent was disappointing. I’ve asked baby amenities before my trip start but never got any as they promised they’ve been noted and prepared. 
Special note: at the checked in they gave us a small room facing loud street and construction site( we booked a higher price of room and staying 5 nights)。 
They had originally agreed to change our room. However, due to a communication gap among the staff the next day, it took quite a long time to resolve the misunderstanding before the room change was finally completed.
*the cafe next to Meriton has the best fresh squeeze juice ever, we bought it every morning! And the muffins are my babies favorite!

I think it's pretty good. Downstairs, there's a great selection of Chinese food and a large supermarket. The subway is a five-minute walk from the hotel, or three minutes if you walk fast. Plus, there's a cheap bus from the airport – not the expensive airport express, just the regular bus, and it's also very quick and convenient. I think it might even be the last stop. On the day we went, it seemed to be a holiday, and the driver didn't charge us; we just got on without swiping our cards. The room allows for cooking and laundry, which is perfect for family trips. The price was reasonable, not expensive, at 1500 per night during the peak season in January. Recommended!

Location wise, it's close to North Sydney Station. Metro station, Victoria Cross, is a few more minutes down the road. Plus, easy access to various bus routes nearby.

Room is spacious in size. Kitchen has all essential utensils.  Washer and dryer are placed behind a door to make a private utility section. Very neat and tidy.

Bedroom has a comfy  bed and a wardrobe in good size.

Bathroom is in a good size too with a separate shower cubicle. The only downside is shower is very noisy. Guess there is a water  pump behind the wall. Water pressure of the shower is sort of weak.

I specially requested for a quiet room on the high floor but was placed in mid level only.  One of the days, the internet was down from morning till late afternoon. Found it inconvenient as I needed to work in the room.  

Nonetheless, this hotel is of good value. I'd consider Meriton Suites again for my future Sydney trips.

The room was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with salt, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Upon checking in, I noticed a damaged frying pan and was able to exchange it. There's also a washing machine in the room.

The location is very convenient, with Chemist Warehouse, Coles, and Woolworths all nearby. There are also many dining options, making shopping and eating very easy.

On Saturday nights, Chatswood also has a night market, which has a great atmosphere and unique charm.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary. The room was spacious and bright, with a washing machine and dryer, and all the amenities were excellent. There was also plenty of living room and kitchen space. The location was very close to the railway, with many food options nearby. Although basic cleaning was only provided every four days, it was sufficient. The only drawback was that on our last two nights, we noticed cockroaches crawling out from the drain. I believe they came in because insecticide was placed in the wine, so hopefully, this can be addressed to avoid giving the impression of poor hygiene.

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved.

The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out.

However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing.

That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

The view from the window is great, and its downtown location makes it very convenient to walk across the bridge to see the Saturday fireworks and visit museums. It's also close to other famous city center landmarks. If you're staying with a few friends, I think the room price is quite reasonable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Meriton Suites Zetland during my visit to Sydney.

The suite was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment-style setup with kitchen and laundry facilities made it feel like a home away from home.

The location was convenient, close to UNSW and within easy reach of many parts of Sydney, with plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.

The only downsides were that public transport required a short walk or connection, and some renovations meant using lifts from another block instead of direct access. These were minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect the stay.

Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities more than made up for these drawbacks. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sydney.

This was my first time staying in a hotel over 60 stories high, and I have to say, the views from up there were absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, and it even came with a full set of pots and pans. There's a large supermarket nearby, perfect for stocking up on Australian beef and plenty of milk – for those with lactose intolerance, they even have A2 milk! The hotel's location is super convenient, with everything you need right around. There's a pizza place across the street, a noodle shop downstairs, and a drugstore not too far away. Plus, it's only about a 20-30 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House, making it great for a city walk. All in all, my whole family was very satisfied.

The check-in process was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the hotel amenities clearly while also accommodating our requests. The hotel also had a really nice view at night, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I can honestly say this was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Australia, and it introduced me to the Meriton chain. The room was very spacious, and it had every appliance you could need, making it perfect for an extended stay. There are tons of Chinese restaurants nearby, and they're all pretty good. It's a shame I only stayed one day. I'm definitely considering Meriton for my next stop in Melbourne. I'm curious if the hotel offers any special rates for long-term stays. I hope the hotel can get back to me, as I'm interested in staying for a longer period.

Our stay had a minor hiccup at check-in due to a system billing discrepancy, as the amount requested by the hotel was higher than what was confirmed on my app. Unfortunately, the front desk team wasn't able to adjust the rates directly from their end, which required me to contact Trip.com support myself.
Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service handled the situation beautifully and promptly. They quickly coordinated with the hotel management to clear up the misunderstanding and confirmed that the overcharged difference would be fully refunded. I am currently waiting for the refund to process, but I deeply appreciate Trip.com's swift and helpful intervention to ensure a pleasant stay.

Excellent value! Great central location, super convenient for transport and shopping. The room had a fantastic view, the service was top-notch, and the facilities were complete and brand new.
