The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a 6-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, and there are plenty of shopping malls, izakayas, and yakiniku restaurants nearby. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the breakfast was superb, with amazing desserts too! 👍

Although it's a bit of a walk from Asakusa subway station to the hotel, you'll pass through Kaminarimon and Nakamise-dori on the way, which is super convenient for taking photos and grabbing a bite. However, if you're heading to Senso-ji Temple, it's only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel to the main hall – incredibly close! You can even see the Five-Storied Pagoda and Skytree from your window, which are stunning at night. Across from the hotel is another Richmond Hotel with a UNIQLO on the ground floor. Just one street over, you'll find Don Quijote and a street full of izakayas. Plus, there's the ROX department store nearby with Muji, GU, 3COINS, and a 24-hour Seiyu supermarket. It's truly convenient and great for shopping. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was great value for money and felt much more spacious than other rooms in the same price range. The breakfast spread was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. It was wonderfully quiet and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat after a day in the bustling city center. Despite the tranquility, dining and shopping options were very convenient; there were all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets right outside the alley. Plus, just one subway stop away, there's a large shopping complex that isn't too crowded. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

We booked a standard double room, which is about 18 meter square, I think this room size is considered big for a Tokyo hotel, which is comfortable to stay for couple. The location is great, where there are many shops open til late night. Nearest metro station is about 150m away and there are many other metro stations entry about 15 mins walking distance. Overall I’m very satisfied with the stay!

It locates at the middle between 2 stations, which you can easily travel to either airports and far city side of Tokyo.

It provide laundry, self-service daily tools bar, and also free drinks bar up to 9:00PM.
There are malls and supermarket just next to the building.
If you are assigned direction lucky, you can view the Tokyo sky tree through room window!

hotel was one of the best value hotels in tokyo i have stayed at considering it was a weekend & there was also decomiku concert, front desk was very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till 9pm the next day!

The hotel is right next to Tokyo Skytree, super convenient location. You just take Exit B3 from Oshiage Station, cross the road, and you're there. There are tons of shopping and dining options at the Skytree mall across the street, and it's really easy to get to major attractions like Sensoji Temple and Ginza by subway. The breakfast selection is quite good. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Daimon Station. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. From Haneda Airport, the KK line takes you directly to the hotel in about half an hour. For the return journey to Haneda, you can take the Monorail from Hamamatsucho Station, which also takes around half an hour directly. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks, and within 50 meters, you'll find Matsuya, Yoshinoya, and 7-Eleven, all open 24 hours, so you'll never have trouble finding food, no matter how late you get back. Of course, there are also many ramen shops and izakayas nearby. The room decor is quite new and thoughtfully designed. For instance, the mini-fridge in the room is very quiet, and there's even a separate power switch next to it, so you can turn it off completely if you don't want to hear any sound at all.

The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a very relaxing stay. Membership registration allowed for a leisurely check-out. The staff were very polite, there was parking available downstairs, and the restaurant offered plenty of delicious vegetables. I was extremely satisfied!

The illuminations along the path to Mitaka Station, where I took a walk, were very peaceful.

Located conveniently across from Tokyo Dome City (LaQua mall) and right above a Don Quixote, which is open 24hrs, the convenience is amazing at the price point. It is also near a few train and subway lines within walking distance which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and simple with ample space. Amenities are free to pick up from the 4th floor lobby so it’s not that troublesome. Did not get breakfast from the hotel which I understand to be at the Saizeriya on the 3rd floor of the building.

Amenities were buffet style with items like skin lotion, moisturiser, face wash. They have a water dispenser on each floor which is another plus point. Location is approximately 7 mins walk to tenjin station. Where you have lots of underground eatery in Solaria Plaza, supermarkets like Reganet and the underground mall. Also  possibly 300 m walk to don quite. The hotel building is next to the blue building.

The room was spotless. The front desk offered complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes, facial cleanser, lotion, and even face masks. The bathroom's bathtub was very clean, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. I really appreciated that the room wasn't cleaned daily, as it allowed me to leave my belongings spread out without worry. Every day, the staff would hang fresh towels and other amenities in a bag on the doorknob, and we could simply place used items in a bag outside the door for them to collect. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, and the location, very close to Hakata Station, was ideal. It's a great choice, and I'll definitely pick this hotel again on my next trip.

Location of hotel was excellent as it is very near to entrance of Tenjin Underground Mall and the subway. Paid parking is available onsite. Amenities are available at reception area and you collect what you need. Sleeping pyjamas are provided in room. Beds are comfortable but pillows are thin. Clean and basic rooms, towels get changed daily upon request.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a vibrant and convenient area, making both travel and shopping very easy. Furthermore, the hotel's overall cleanliness was commendable, with both guest rooms and common areas meticulously maintained.

However, there were a few aspects that left us disappointed.

Firstly, regarding breakfast. We noticed that some items at the breakfast buffet ran out before the serving time ended and were not promptly replenished. For guests who arrived later for breakfast, the food choices were significantly limited, which fell short of our expectations for a hotel of this size.

Secondly, concerning the complimentary drink vouchers. We booked three rooms for a two-night stay and received quite a few complimentary drink vouchers, for which we were very grateful. On our last night, we used all remaining vouchers at once, redeeming over 10 drinks. The drinks were delivered smoothly, and the hotel also provided some small servings of mixed nuts to accompany them.

However, we only received a total of four small bowls of mixed nuts. When we politely requested more from the staff, we were told that the nuts were ”out of stock.” Frankly, this response left our entire group surprised and speechless. For a hotel of its size, located in a bustling area, to run out of even basic bar snacks was truly puzzling.

We understand that mixed nuts are merely complimentary snacks and not a mandatory offering, but such handling inevitably made us feel as if the hotel wasn't particularly welcoming to guests using vouchers. Since the hotel actively distributed so many drink vouchers to guests, we hoped that when guests redeemed them according to the rules, they would receive a service experience consistent with the hotel's standing.

Despite these issues, the hotel's excellent location and good hygiene still added a lot of convenience and comfort to our trip. We hope that hotel management will address the issues with breakfast replenishment and bar service to further enhance the overall service quality and provide a more complete guest experience for future visitors.

Very good hotel with a convenient location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station. The room size is comfortable—not too small—and I was able to open two 28-inch suitcases easily.

Breakfast is served as a set meal with a good variety of choices, and everything tasted great. The staff have an excellent service mindset.

I was also able to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out while traveling to other areas, and then return to stay at the hotel again, which was very convenient
