The location is fantastic, everything is within a 20-minute walk. Up the street you'll find the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol, as well as Plaza Mayor. Down the street are Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, and other museums.

This hostel is unbeatable for the location; it is right next to Puerta del Sol and everything is within walking distance. I stayed in the 8-bed mixed dorm. The room was clean, and I liked that we had our own bathroom inside the room. However, the sink is also in the sleeping area, so it can be noisy if people use it early in the morning.

The kitchen is basic and mainly has a microwave, so do not expect to cook big meals here to save money. The bunk beds are comfortable enough, but the frames can be a bit shaky when you move. Overall, it is a solid choice if you want a cheap stay in the center.

Everything went smoothly, though I do think the beds and lockers could use some better upkeep and be newer. One of the beds had a broken side rail, and the lockers were very noisy when opened. However, for the daily price, it was acceptable. And the location is great.

I booked this place once before but didn't end up staying, so I booked it for a few nights on my second trip to Barcelona. The environment is nice, just like the pictures. There's a toilet and a shower in the room, which are a bit small. Soundproofing isn't great, but it wasn't noisy at night. The main issue is if someone in your dorm snores, there's nothing you can do. I wouldn't recommend mixed dorms as it's inconvenient. It's much better for girls to stay with other girls. Free luggage storage is a plus. The blankets and sheets are very comfortable. The location is very convenient, easy to find, and safe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Location is excellent! It’s around 100 meters from the Metro Station around Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla Street. You can get a 2,3, 5 day bus and train pass to go around. McDonald’s and Burger King is right beside and open past midnight. There’s a Carrefour a stone’s throw away (closes a bit early though). Authentic Catalan/Spanish restaurants around the vicinity which also close late. The room was alright. An additional electric would’ve been perfect for hearing water for coffee or tea though: The staff were very accomodating with transportation info, taxi bookings to the airport, etc.

The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Stefhany checked me in at the front desk, and it was a very quick process; she was incredibly friendly. I was able to store my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM. Although the area outside isn't the best, with some questionable individuals due to its proximity to the terminal, there was always security nearby, and police patrols were frequent. The rooms were quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. It's located two blocks from Termini, and there's a bus station very close by, which made getting around easy, especially when returning late at night.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and very close to Termini Station. The staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options. The breakfast staff, in particular, were wonderful; they'd ask if you wanted coffee and their cappuccinos were delicious. When they saw us carrying our luggage upstairs for breakfast, they were incredibly helpful when we left, carrying our bags down to the elevator, pressing the button for us, and politely saying goodbye. Disposable slippers are provided. The only downsides are that the hotel facilities are a bit dated, and they don't seem to provide a full box of tissues.
