The room is spacious, and the balcony directly overlooks the Presidential Palace and the Palace Hotel. It's very convenient to go and have coffee at the Jinbo Coffee. The night view is stunning. Service: They provided a free extra bed. Towels are available at both the pool and the beach, and the water is warm and soft.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Staff, from the concierge, to the doorman, to the cleaners were all polite and friendly. Breakfast was a good spread. They treat you like a VIP whereever you go. Room was clean and service was prompt. We were greeted by Saleh at the reception counter, he was a very friendly and helpful, knows who we were and greeted us by our names everytime we passed by the counter. 
Connectivity to Abu Dhabi mall is also a big win. 
The location has a few  more authentic restaurants if you care to venture a bit further. Al Aqsa a place that sells only Kunafah and baklava is only 10 mins walk away. We went there every night.

Overall, my stay was great and I'd definitely recommend it.

**Location:** The hotel is centrally located, right by a subway entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping areas.

**Facilities:** The room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water.

**Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. They were also quick to respond whenever I had an issue.

**A small suggestion:** It would be perfect if the in-room Wi-Fi signal were a bit stronger. I would consider staying here again!

One of the best hotels to stay at in Abu Dhabi 👍👍👍 I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. The location is excellent, safe, and quiet, while the hotel facilities are simple and practical, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the breakfast! Café 302 offers truly exceptional and delicious food 👏👏👏 It feels like every chef and barista is incredibly skilled, and the dishes are fresh and refined. My only regret is not being able to have more coffee! 😄 The service is also very warm.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the room wasn't massive, the size was perfectly adequate for two people and it was spotlessly clean. You can't beat the location if you're a traveler—it's a stone's throw from the main bus station and just a short walk to Al Wahdah Mall.
The service truly stood out. The Filipina receptionist on duty was incredibly accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in smoothly upon our arrival at noon. Breakfast was also a highlight, particularly for health-conscious guests, as the salad bar was fresh and had plenty of variety.

This is a business hotel, wonderful, clean. Delicious breakfasts. Far from the infrastructure, you can get to the mosque by taxi, since there are highways around, you won't get there. Breakfasts are not varied but enough, very tasty

Great hotel for a couple of days in the city. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room might be a little dated, but the bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and that's what matters most. The staff were friendly and responsive; they processed my early check-in very quickly 🙏. P.S. The windows definitely need a good wash though 🧽.

The reason I chose this hotel at the time was that it was new and opened in 2018. Compared to the St Regis and Park Hyatt on the left and right, which were both opened in 2011. Rotana is a local high-end hotel brand in the United Arab Emirates. There is indeed a certain gap between the service level and the international brands. For example, the facial expressions when facing guests, the overall breakfast arrangement, and the meal collection process need to be improved. Moreover, the check-in service this time was really bad. I booked a room with a sea view and a lounge, but the hotel received information about a room with a garden view without a lounge. It took two hours to find Ctrip on site to resolve the issue. , in the end I don’t know whether it was the hotel or Ctrip’s problem.

Excellent location, in the heart of city centre, a lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby, a big shopping mall next to hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and great lighting. Location is excellent — right in the Capital Centre area.
Tried the restaurant — food was good, though a bit pricey. Pool and sauna were well-maintained, perfect for a short relaxing stay.

Only small issue was the check-in delay during a busy hour.

✅ Would definitely stay again for short business or solo trips.

The hotel isn’t very bad. However there are things we wish they have improved, and probably those things influenced our choice of coming again. 

1. The location. 
The hotel is located in outskirts and very far from places like shops, pharmacy etc. To buy necessities or to have food in a restaurant other than hotel’s you have to walk for like more than 2kms. 

2. The food. 
We don’t recommend food in the hotel - too expensive for small portions. For two dishes with two beverages we paid almost 100 dollars. 

3. The room. 
There were no toothbrushes, the kettle was rusty. 
The bathroom that had door with no lock, and was right next to bedroom would start smelling like sewage at around 10-11 PM. And would smell like that all night. We wanted to change the room, but the smell would stop for a while but came back later. 

4. Amenities 

Room had microwave, washing machine and stove which was a huge plus. But every night the power would go off and get back in few minutes. That would happen several times. It wouldn’t cause problems,but every time power comes back on the heater would start working. Which made room really hot.

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name. 

The cost was so good and everything is good.
 
Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it.

The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.

It was a very pleasant accommodation, the reception tried not to break any requests and the breakfast was very nice thanks.

The room is clean and tidy, but the service did not leave a great impression. Arriving with my husband and child, we did not immediately receive a third set of towels and bedding to make a bed for the child (I booked taking into account the fact that the child is with us at once). incredible in the room, but the air conditioner coped with it after about half an hour, and in general, the staff is friendly, polite and tried to provide the maximum after requesting the right to them 😊

I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city.
What I loved:
Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.
Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax.
Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples.
The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips.
Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

Hotel was amazing! It’s only 1 year old! Brand new!! Everything is super clean and luxurious. Breakfast buffet had huge selection of healthy and delicious food. Location is superb close to Kingdom Centre. Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

The breakfast was very rich. The room is not particularly big, but it is ok. The location is good, there is a subway station downstairs, McDonald's and some other local restaurants and small supermarkets not far away, and it is not far from the city center.
