The hotel has a wonderful overall environment—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The facilities are new, complete, and fully smart. The hotel has a laundry room, which is very convenient; clothes can be washed and dried without delay. There are many good restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient, making travel super hassle-free. The biggest surprise was the robot food delivery service—safe, convenient, and a fantastic experience! The receptionist, Xiaomi, was warm, attentive, and had a great attitude. Check-in was efficient, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! The room is bright as soon as you enter the door. The overall decoration style is simple and high-end. The color matching is particularly comfortable. As soon as you enter the door, you feel that the whole person is relaxed. The space layout is very reasonable, it will not feel crowded, and there is a place for luggage to be placed.

What surprised me most was the bedding, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and there were several kinds of pillows to choose from. I slept until I woke up naturally and didn't recognize the bed at all. Hygiene is also in place, the corners and bathrooms are clean, even the cups and remote control are polished brightly, and the details are full!

The room is quite big, and it would be better if there was a stool to sit on. The overall environment of the homestay is also very good. We bought meat and vegetables ourselves and the store helped us to process them for free. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich. When we checked out, they also gave us a lot of dried fruits. If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will stay here again

The hygiene was terrible. There were many marks on the walls and in the shower. The toilet was inside the shower, with no separate wet and dry area. The smart toilet was broken, constantly flushing and making a lot of noise; it took several presses to stop. The showerhead was also broken, leaking and not dispensing water. I ended up having to use the overhead shower head, which had to run for a long time before the hot water was hot enough. The smart buttons were useless; the curtains didn't work. The internet was terrible; ordering takeout wouldn't even refresh, and loading images on video apps took forever. The sheets and blankets had holes, and the towels were made of non-absorbent material. The platform said it was newly renovated in 2025, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. The app listed it as a 4-star hotel, and while there were rooms with breakfast, the restaurant didn't provide it. The value for money was very low; hotels at the same price point offer much better rooms and amenities.

The only good thing was that the washing machine and dryer worked well, but the laundry room didn't provide toiletries.

The feedback for this hotel booked by a friend is particularly good. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, all places are clean and tidy, and the hygiene control is in place. The room is equipped with intelligent guest control, voice control lighting, curtains are very convenient, and the sense of technology is full. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the food supply is also very timely. My friend was very satisfied with the stay, and I will continue to choose here if I have travel needs in the future. It is recommended.

The table and chairs in the room were sturdy and stable, perfect for organizing my belongings and checking my carry-on items before my flight. The room's hardware was very well-maintained. The front desk staff was excellent, providing attentive and warm service. Plus, it's incredibly close to the airport.
