Staying at the Mu Lian Zhuang Hotel in Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town was a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in the core area of Zhujiang New Town, making it very convenient for getting around. It's close to Huacheng Square, Canton Tower, and nearby office buildings, making it suitable for both business and leisure. The lobby and public areas have a strong sense of design, with a quiet and sophisticated ambiance. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and communication was very thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the lighting and soundproofing were good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast consistently offered enough variety and good taste. Overall, the attention to detail was excellent, and it offered good value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Zhujiang New Town.

Came here for a small gathering with friends and this hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was super soft and made for a really comfortable sleep. The common areas were very well-designed, bright, and clean – perfect for taking photos. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very enthusiastic and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm around! Bioland is quiet and not crowded!

The standalone villa was absolutely therapeutic! It was quiet and comfortable all night, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast buffet was abundant and fresh, and I ate to my heart's content. Soaking in the hot springs completely relaxed me; the environment was serene, and the service was attentive. There's a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off at your room. I just didn't want to leave once I was there. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely come back next time!

The service has seen a significant upgrade! Before check-in, customer service representative Xiao Tan proactively arranged a satisfactory room for me. It's clear that after a year, Kaixin International Hotel has truly launched a dedicated customer service. It's impressive for a five-star hotel to offer such personalized attention. The breakfast has also vastly improved in quality compared to three years ago; the Cantonese-style Pig's Trotter Vinegar is definitely worth trying. When you're feeling weary, this five-star hotel is a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. Phoenix Lake Park is just downstairs, and within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Donghu (East Lake) in Knowledge City and Jingxia Village – all great spots to explore with kids. Furthermore, Yue Long Restaurant on the second floor serves excellent dim sum and Chinese lunch.

The room was on the second floor, and cost more than 400 per night. It was generally OK, but it was far from the city center, so you couldn't order much takeout, and it took more than an hour to get to the city center by subway.

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of Nansha Youfang Tiandi, the lobby is located on the fourth floor, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, bathroom dry and wet separation design reasonable, floor-to-ceiling windows see the outside mountain view, the environment is quite good, the key is the surrounding dining, shopping, entertainment is quite convenient
Service: The front desk received us is Miss Xiaoxin, check-in is done in 3 minutes, service attitude is courteous and attentive

Our stay was good, but could have been better. You check in at the MORDIN hotel lobby and then exit the hotel and walk to the apartments, it’s clearly marked and easy to find. It’s not far like the others say, but I’m also not lazy 🤷🏼♂️ The decor seems new like they recently renovated the hotel. Nice design and vibe to the apartments. Large room, best view you could ask for in this area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good WiFi. Shower temperature and pressure was good. My only complaint was the TV is NOT in the bedroom like 99% of places I stay. Maybe this is do to “apartment” and not hotel. But like the other places I stay at, I like to relax and watch tv/movies. There is a couch/sofa but it’s not really a comfortable spot to watch tv out in the living room. Everything was perfect 👍🏻  Have a nice walk around the lake at night, it’s very comfortable.

Every hotel staff member is very enthusiastic. Xiao Min at the front desk greeted me, making me feel very comfortable and the environment is great. The most important thing is cleanliness! Staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! They also upgraded the room type for me for free. I will come again next time I have the opportunity!

My friend and I drove here from Tianhe during the Qingming Festival, looking for a place truly nestled by mountains and water, away from any city traces, to stay for two days. This place perfectly met our expectations: the hotel is right by the lake, surrounded by trees and water. Even the buildings are hidden amongst the greenery, making it very peaceful. We both love fishing, so we brought our rods this time. There's a waterside platform right next to the hotel, and after two hours in the afternoon, we actually caught a few tilapia – my friend said it was much more enjoyable than going to a dedicated fishing spot. In the evening, we set up our tarp (you just need to bring your own gear) on the lawn, listening to birds and enjoying the breeze. There were others barbecuing nearby; the blend of natural sounds and the smell of grilling created a really comfortable atmosphere. It rained a bit the next morning, which I initially thought would spoil things, but it actually added to the charm – the rain pattering on the trees across the lake created a rustling sound, and the mountains turned an even more vibrant green, like a traditional ink wash painting. We cycled to Wanshou Chan Temple in the rain, about a twenty-minute ride along the lakeside greenway. The rain stopped midway, and the air was filled with the scent of earth and fresh grass. The temple was very quiet, and the sound of bells drifting through the mist brought a sense of calm. When we came back for breakfast, I remembered seeing some online reviews saying the breakfast wasn't good. However, I found they've switched to making things in-house now, and it's definitely different: the shrimp dumplings are freshly steamed with thin skins, and you can make your own coffee. You can tell they're genuinely trying to improve. The best part, I think, is the restaurant's environment with its floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy the garden view while having breakfast. Overall, I really love this place. It lacks the refined, somewhat distant feel of a typical resort; it's simply natural, comfortable, and down-to-earth. Even the rain didn't feel like a setback, but rather became a memorable part of the experience.

I chose the Muliangzhuang when I came to Chengdu for a trip, mainly because of its great location and convenient transportation. The hotel's toiletries are of excellent quality, and I especially loved the toothpaste flavor—it wasn't a generic brand. I also really liked the scent of the lotion, and Ms. Zhang from the front desk even gave me a tube, which was incredibly nice of her! Big thumbs up!

Location
Frontier Medical Center, the nearby area has not been completed, the supporting facilities are not perfect, and there is basically no food nearby.

Environment
The hotel environment is still OK, it is newly built, and it is still very clean and bright in all aspects.

Facilities and Equipment
1. The hotel does not have its own gym, but according to the Ctrip introduction, it is actually the gym in the park, and it was not available when I stayed there. This is definitely false advertising;
2. The laundry room is very simple, with a washing machine, no dryer, and no disinfectant;
3. The water temperature is extremely unstable, either very hot or cold, and it is very troublesome to adjust;
4. The light switch does not have a mark on which light it corresponds to. It is repaired together in a row, and it is pressed randomly. The picture shows the one next to the bed, and the row at the door is even more scary, there are too many;
5. The switch key is damaged.

Service
Some service staff are not very patient.

During the summer holidays, we brought our child to Dayi for a refreshing getaway. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. For just a few hundred yuan, staying in a hotel with a hot spring bath was fantastic value for money! The hotel environment was lovely, and my child had a blast playing in the water. The hotel grounds were beautifully designed, and the mountain views were stunning. Breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. There are many attractions nearby, and dining was convenient, all within walking distance. It was a perfect one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making our family trip truly worry-free and enjoyable! We plan to return in winter!

The accommodation experience was beyond imagination. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. The elegant lobby, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and considerate service were all satisfactory. It is especially worth mentioning that the hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation and abundant surrounding facilities, which adds a lot of convenience to the trip. I really look forward to coming again next time. I especially praise Xiao Hu for his great service!
