Pro. Location is amazing with Tower Bridge view. Restaurant is with great food , beer and view.. It’s about 0.6miles from train station that we can connect to multiple lines to center.  
Con. The shower valve is too difficult to adjust hot-cold. It’s problem to had too hot water when having shower.

It’s my second time at the Thistle and I found it to be a much better experience. The room was much more comfortable with enough space not to feel closed by in. Although the venue is dated, it’s clean with friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff. They took pains to make my bed extra comfortable after my first night as I didn’t want to change rooms. Besides the pod to take you to T5, there is a uber kiosk in the reception area to book an uber trip ( one or return) to any of the terminals. Taking public transportation was convenient.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is very close to Hyde Park and many important shopping areas, which makes it very convenient for visitors. The breakfast was also quite good. Compared to many hotels I have stayed at abroad, there was a good variety of food, and there was even a staff member preparing different types of omelettes fresh for guests.
Unfortunately, apart from these two positive points, I was not satisfied with the hotel.
The towels in our room were stained, which was disappointing. In addition, the fire alarm went off on two consecutive days. One of them turned out to be a test, but guests had not been informed in advance. The drill took place at 8:00 a.m. The next day’s alarm was apparently being investigated by the hotel. My wife has a back injury and was resting in the room, yet she had to evacuate the building multiple times because of alarms that were not actual emergencies. Having to walk down so many stairs (staying on 5th floor) with a back problem was completely unacceptable.
The hotel has nearly 700 rooms, but the breakfast area is unfortunately not large enough for that number of guests. You may have to wait in line to get a table during busy hours.
Another major issue was the hotel’s layout. Our room was extremely far from the elevators. After getting off the elevator, we had to walk around 250 steps just to reach our room. The architecture of the hotel does not seem to have been designed with its size in mind. If you go to and from your room just twice a day, you can easily walk around 1,000 extra steps. To make things even less convenient, in our case we first had to use an escalator and then take an elevator before finally starting the long walk to our room. From the hotel entrance to our room, it was almost 500 steps.
The child's bed was very soft and very uncomfortable. You sank into it when you lay down or sat on it. It might be the worst bed I've ever seen.
Although the location is ideal, I would definitely not choose this hotel again on my next visit.

we went there to spend the weekend and it was really amazing to be there. I enjoyed it so much, the recieptionist was so welcoming and i enjoyed my time 💗

The hotel was close to marble arch, and oxford street, as well as the underground of marble arch. Which was really nice.

Thistle London Piccadilly is all about location. Step outside and you’re immediately in the middle of it all — Chinatown is literally around the corner, with late-night eats, bubble tea and roast duck just minutes away. Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are within a short walk, and yes, you’re firmly in London’s Theatre District, making it perfect for catching a West End show without worrying about transport home.

Despite being in such a lively area, the room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, practical and incredibly convenient. If you want to be immersed in London’s energy while having everything at your doorstep, this is a very smart choice.

The room is about 18 square meters, which is quite spacious for London, and easily accommodates two large suitcases. The location is convenient, close to the subway station. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are right downstairs, making for a very comfortable stay.

The reception team were amazing and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier than the normal time as there was a room available.

Also due to travel issues and trains cancelled due to bad weather they helped book and extra night.

The hotel is excellently placed to see all the theatres and China town so I would recommend staying here.

Also the food in the restaurant isn’t too bad.

It’s a tired hotel in the center of London with spacious rooms. The entrance is on the back side of the street and there is no view from the window. I would give 3 stars to the hotel and hope they can renovate the space.

Lovely, central hotel within easy walk of central London. Lovely buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Bedrooms comfortable and perfect as a base. My only criticism would be the very strong smelling air fresher used in the entrance/reception area which was too strong and synthetic smelling.

Overall was good. The service was good despite how busy and packed the hotel was. They were very organised when accommodating spike in volume of people checking in making it a smooth process altogether.
