This was my first time flying Japan Airlines. We arrived at Haneda late on the first night and had an early flight to Osaka the next morning, so we chose the Villa Fontaine at T3. It was an excellent experience! Although the room was small, it had all the facilities we needed, and we even got complimentary tickets to the Sky Spa on the 12th floor, which was amazing! (Kids must be at least 4 years old to enter the spa.) The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from T3, so we didn't have to rush for check-in and baggage drop the next morning. Maybe it's because we had a stroller, but the airport staff said we only needed to check in 20 minutes before departure, so next time we won't be so stressed. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Villa Fontaine if you have an early morning connecting flight. There's even less need to rush for domestic flights in Japan. Thumbs up!!!

This hotel is super convenient! It's just a 3-minute walk from Ariake Station on the Yurikamome Line. However, walking to Odaiba Gundam takes about 35 minutes, so it's best to take the Yurikamome Line there. The hotel's 6th floor is connected to the mall's 5th floor (the Sky Spa is right at the connection point), so you don't even need a coat to go for a meal (on the 5th floor) or shopping (there's a great fresh food supermarket on the 1st floor) – super comfortable!

Value for money! Location is great! Just 20 min to Tokyo station with Lawson just next to it.. They have free coffee for guest too. And the interior is bigger then most hotel of this standard.. Will stay again..

Overall, the hotel was clean and in a very good location. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and cozy. However, the toilet in our room was not cleaned properly. We didn’t raise any complaint during our stay and just let it pass, but it would be great if more attention could be paid to cleanliness in this area.

The location is decent, not too far from the station. For Tokyo during Chinese New Year, 1000 yuan a night isn't considered expensive.

The room was small, and toiletries were self-service in the lobby on the first floor. What I wasn't happy about was being assigned a room right next to the elevator, which was very noisy. Since I was only staying for two nights, I decided to just put up with it.

When I checked out, I realized this room was different from other room types – it had an angled wall, making it even smaller than a standard room. If I had noticed earlier, I definitely would have asked the front desk to change it.

Overall, I don't really recommend this place. It's okay for one person, but a bit cramped for two, and the room we were assigned wasn't great.

The location is good, with a university nearby. It's about a three to five-minute walk from Jimbocho Station's A2 exit. The hotel entrance is on a corner, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient. Check-out is at 11 AM. I booked a king-size bed, which was very large, though the hallways, as is common in Japan, are quite narrow. A 28-inch suitcase can be opened if laid sideways. The lobby has a lounge area with water and coffee, as well as disposable towels. Upon check-in, you receive pajamas, free drip coffee, and toiletries. If you're staying multiple nights and need housekeeping, you must notify the front desk before 10 AM. Even if you're a minute late, they won't clean your room, at most they'll just empty the trash bin. The room was very clean, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room size is quite spacious for Tokyo standards; we had no trouble opening two 28-inch suitcases. Getting to the hotel from Haneda Airport was super convenient, taking only about half an hour by subway. We took a direct train to Shimbashi Station, and it was about a ten-minute walk through the underground passage with our luggage. If you transfer one stop to Shiodome Station, it's even easier as the hotel is right next door. There are several FamilyMart convenience stores and a Starbucks around the hotel, plus lots of great dining options. The hotel lobby offers complimentary soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks every day from 5 PM. The drinks and sparkling wine were delicious. It felt amazing to come back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing, relax and refresh in the lobby with some food and drinks, and then head out for more shopping. Toiletries, coffee, and tea bags can be picked up at the front desk, but there were no shower caps, so bring your own if you don't wash your hair daily. There are direct subway lines to places like Shinjuku and Ginza, which is very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The first time I went, I couldn't find the entrance and had to figure it out for a while. Turns out, the front desk is on the basement level, so you have to take an elevator down. The staff ladies were all very thoughtful and gentle. Self-service amenities are in a cabinet next to the front desk, with free coffee, candy, and other items, including pajamas. The front desk also offers mailing services and helped us send our luggage to our hotel in Osaka; we just paid on the spot. There are several convenience stores and many restaurants nearby, which is super convenient.

The room is a bit small but I guess it is common in Japan, especially in Tokyo town. Location wise, it’s a short walk to kanda station and also a walkable distance to Tokyo station. Kanda JR station basically is good enough. Access to chuo line and Yamanote line. These 2 lines are good enough to go ueno, akihabara, shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro. And this station also hold the ginza metro line.
And nearby otemachi station who has access to most of the subway lines.
There are convenience stores nearby, 7-11 just next to it.

My first hotel stay in Tokyo was very comfortable. The location is great, situated in the bustling Minato Ward, about an 800-meter walk from JR Motomachi Station. From the hotel, you can even see the Tokyo Tower 🗼 after about a 300-meter stroll.

The hotel provides a comprehensive range of disposable amenities. Besides the standard slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers, and combs, they also offer scrubbing towels, and for women, toner, lotion, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, plus pajamas.

Japanese hotels really excel in the little details. For instance, the bathroom mirror has an anti-fog feature, there's bedside dimmable lighting, and even universal power adapters. The hotel's inner courtyard was particularly stunning, incorporating elements of a Japanese dry garden.

A really nice hotel with a great location, near Umeda Hankyu. From the underground passage, take Exit 4 of the Tanimachi Line, and it's about 200 meters from there. The room space was good, and even with a 1.1-meter bed, there was plenty of room to open two suitcases. Breakfast was also decent. The best part was the public bath; even if it says 'busy,' just go directly, as it's usually not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this place to friends visiting Osaka. The service was excellent too.

Stayed in this hotel again after returning from Arima & Awaji, all baggage already kept in our room and ready for check-in at noon, hassle free. This room type has a desk without the sofa bed which we booked for the first night, it seems to be more useful. Coin laundry at 6F & 9F. Comfortable stay.
