My ANA flight was delayed, forcing me to stay an extra day in Tokyo, so I chose this hotel inside Terminal 3. It completely exceeded my expectations. Like all Japanese hotels, the cleanliness was impeccable. Although the room wasn't large, it was well-designed and cozy. For facilities, the self-check-in at the front desk really boosted efficiency. As for service, I called for an extra towel and it was delivered very quickly, and the breakfast hostess was also extremely polite. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another layover at Haneda.

This is our second time staying here. The hotel is right next to the Ariake Garden mall, practically seamlessly connected. There are plenty of dining options upstairs and shopping is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a large Aeon supermarket, and right outside its exit, at platform 1, you can catch the bus to Haneda Airport. There's also a big Muji store nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Ginza from its basement level. While the hotel is situated between two subway lines, neither is too far away, making this location excellent value for money. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, which had four beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate (wet and dry areas), and the room layout was quite good.

This hotel is directly connected to the Shiodome Sumitomo Building. The hotel is located within this office building, and its high-ceilinged lobby is very impressive. The transportation is super convenient; you can walk underground directly from Shimbashi Station or Shiodome Station. Shiodome Station is the closest, and there are shops and convenience stores underground. Besides hotel guests, it's pretty quiet at night (after office workers leave), so it feels very peaceful. It seems like there are always international tourists checking in whenever I return to the hotel. The staff are efficient, quick, and very polite! Although the room isn't huge, I could move a chair and open two large suitcases, which I think is quite impressive in space-constrained Tokyo. Besides the underground passage, there's also a huge second-floor skybridge that leads directly to Shiodome City Center. As soon as you step out, you can see the Ghibli clock designed by Hayao Miyazaki at Nippon Television. If you keep walking, it even connects to the Don Quijote Ginza store, so you can go shopping anytime. It's also a relatively quiet spot in a bustling area (though it's right next to the Yurikamome line, so there might be a bit of noise during the day). Getting to the airport is also very convenient. I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The staff are also incredibly warm and friendly. There are always staff members standing at the entrance; they say 'welcome back' when you enter and 'have a good day' when you leave. It really feels very personal and welcoming!

This is a continuation of my previous review. I had to book an extra night because I'd initially booked one day less. The hotel was able to merge both bookings when I checked in. Also, some guides mentioned that additional fees might be charged during check-in, but that wasn't the case. I only paid the amount shown on Trip.com, and didn't have to pay anything else upon arrival at the hotel.

The location is very convenient. Although it's a few minutes' walk, there are many subway stations nearby, so it's not tiring even with luggage. The front desk is great and offers luggage storage. The hotel is clean, quite spacious, and offers excellent value for money. They even provided samples of Sekkisei, which I'm now interested in buying!

Villa Fontaine Tokyo Kayabacho is a convenient and practical hotel, especially for a business trip. The location is excellent—very close to Kayabacho subway station and, in my case, also very close to my office, which made getting around Tokyo very easy.

The room is small, with just enough space for two single beds. There is no proper desk for working, only a very small table that is only large enough for a cup of coffee or a few personal items. So if you need to work extensively from your hotel room, the setup may not be ideal.

Breakfast was also delicious. The menu was mostly western.

The room was clean, although the interior and furnishings look a little dated. On the positive side, the air conditioning was well maintained and worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer.

Overall, it is a good, no-frills choice for a business trip if your priorities are cleanliness, convenience, and easy access to the subway rather than a spacious room or extensive in-room amenities.

I felt like I was given the wrong room. It was listed as 16m², but it felt nothing like the 16m² rooms I've stayed in at Osaka hotels. This hotel room is genuinely tiny, feeling more like 14m². I could only open one suitcase.

The service was good; they offer free luggage storage, and the front desk staff was excellent. The environment was also pleasant, with fresh air throughout the hotel. Do note that the lobby is underground. The nearest subway station is a bit of a walk.

They only empty the trash and replace towels daily; full room cleaning is only done every three days. The duvet was quite small and uncomfortable to sleep with, but the bed itself was very soft and comfortable.

If you don't mind the small space, I'd generally recommend it. However, I really feel like the front desk gave me the wrong room. Mine was so small, completely incomparable to what I've experienced in Osaka.

This was my first trip to Tokyo, and I stayed at the Fendi Villa Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi-Hakozaki. Firstly, the hotel is very close to T-CAT and the Hanzomon Line (Suitengumae Station), making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. Secondly, the hotel is located in the elegant Nihonbashi Hakozakicho area, which is very quiet. You won't hear much noise during the day, and your sleep at night will barely be disturbed. Thirdly, the front desk service was excellent, and the housekeeping was spot on. The room was very clean, and towels and slippers were replaced promptly. Lastly, I chose a queen room. While it's advertised for two people, it's actually perfect for one. It would be quite cramped for two. If you're traveling solo, I highly recommend it. All in all, I think it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance! Looking forward to my next trip to Tokyo! 😆✌

The location is good, with a university nearby. It's about a three to five-minute walk from Jimbocho Station's A2 exit. The hotel entrance is on a corner, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient. Check-out is at 11 AM. I booked a king-size bed, which was very large, though the hallways, as is common in Japan, are quite narrow. A 28-inch suitcase can be opened if laid sideways. The lobby has a lounge area with water and coffee, as well as disposable towels. Upon check-in, you receive pajamas, free drip coffee, and toiletries. If you're staying multiple nights and need housekeeping, you must notify the front desk before 10 AM. Even if you're a minute late, they won't clean your room, at most they'll just empty the trash bin. The room was very clean, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel isn't on a main road, so it's relatively quiet. It's an acceptable walk to Tokyo Station, and there are a few other hotels nearby. The room was very clean, and the 1.8-meter bed felt spacious enough. They provided Sekkisei skincare and cleansing products, which was a nice touch for anyone who forgot their makeup remover.

However, the room size is genuinely small. There's no chair, and the desk is a folding one. What was really inconvenient was the lack of bedside tables or any extra storage space. We had two bags, and one had to stay on the floor, making overall storage difficult.

Additionally, the front desk staff were quite indifferent, making the check-in experience less than ideal. If you're only staying for one night, don't have much luggage, and don't expect much in terms of service, it's manageable.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for taxis and visiting nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom facilities were great to use. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The overall environment was quiet and not noisy, so I had a really good rest. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making getting around very easy. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it. Shopping nearby is super convenient, with Hankyu, Umeda, Don Quijote, and the subway station all easily accessible.

nice location which just within 8mins walking distance can get sannomiya transportation , it is very easy to get direct bus to kansai airport or Kobe airport
The hotel surrounding got 7-11 and cafe/restaurant within walking distance can get it
Besides the hotel got welcome drink, and everyday 5pm-8pm got free alcohol drinks section
Suggest for those need a place easy to get transportation
