On a business trip here, I stumbled upon this apartment and chose it mainly because the room had a washing machine, which is super convenient for those of us traveling for work. I asked the front desk and found out they even provide a garment steamer, which is a huge plus! There's also a fridge inside, perfect for keeping some cold drinks.

I have to give this hotel's service full marks! The lady at the front desk checked me in quickly, and when I switched rooms, I left my takeout in the old one. The cleaning staff specially delivered it to my new room. The hotel's location is convenient, right outside there's a bus stop. The room facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable, like being wrapped in clouds. Next time I'm on a business trip, this hotel will be my top choice!

Booked this for my family and they absolutely loved it! They said the room was really spacious and new, and they particularly enjoyed staying in a duplex apartment for the first time. The hygiene was top-notch, and the service was excellent. There's also a restaurant on the first floor which they tried, and they raved about the fresh ingredients and wide variety of dishes – they had a fantastic meal there, highly recommended! The location is superb too; after breakfast, they could even walk to Huacheng Square to digest. It's truly perfect for families. Although the trip was short, it left them with many wonderful memories. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even offered them tea. Definitely a place worth recommending!

I stayed in Room 1405 at this apartment and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, right by the river, which offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is also conveniently close to many markets, making it easy to shop or explore local stalls. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs, which made my stay stress-free. However, the apartment could use some updates, as the renovations are not modern. Also, the check-in desk being on the 8th floor was a bit unusual and took some getting used to. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d recommend this place for its great location and excellent service!

This stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly nice and helpful, answering all our questions and even giving us tips on local eats and attractions. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and the front desk service was excellent and very helpful. I especially liked the lovely Ms. Liangxi from the front desk; she was beautiful and always smiling. We were able to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. Highly satisfied!

This hotel is located in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District, right next to the Pearl River. It's within walking distance of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities, including a washing machine and kitchenware. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is incredibly warm and friendly.

The hotel has a large parking lot, parking is very convenient, the front desk reception service is very enthusiastic, the elevator requires a card to go up, the bedding is very neatly laid with ironing lines, the towels and bath towels are also very new and clean, the fountain downstairs will be turned on at night and it is very beautiful to take pictures, I am very satisfied with the stay, I will stay again next time

Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen.

The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet.

This place can be better if management take care of house keeping 
Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed.

Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

Excellent location. Just opposite MixC Mall. Staff are friendly. Love the double bed room and big toilet and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.Chinese  Breakfast is reasonable for the price. We were guided by an “uncle” to find the small entrance to 5th floor. Will come back again. Love it. 🥰

The room at this price is also OK, the sanitation is generally cleaned, the mirror 🪞 the dust visible in the corner of the TV table bedside table, the cockroach can be wiped by itself, the furniture facilities are quite new, the washing machine induction cooker is also complete, but in my case, clean and tidy is more important than anything. The height of the building can see the street view is more beautiful
