I called ahead to inquire about check-in requirements, and the staff's SOP training was excellent. They were generous with the room upgrade and allowed early check-in without a fuss. My room faced Tiananmen Square directly, offering a superb night view. The location is super convenient, with a subway station and Qianmen Street right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere along the central axis. Breakfast was also quite good.

Had a great stay! The hotel really went above and beyond for the college entrance exam period, offering several thoughtful services. They even set aside a special floor for the students, ensuring a peaceful environment for studying and rest. We were incredibly satisfied throughout our entire stay. The butler service was professional and attentive, and they even helped us with a late check-out. Highly reliable and highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel experience! The room was spotless with no strange odors, and the facilities were complete and brand new. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to grab a meal after skiing with the kids. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

Bring your kids here and they don't want to leave. The service is very warm, the environment is good, the food is delicious, there is a children's science exploration hall, the kids had a lot of fun, and they also arranged children's activities. They made stick bread, and they felt very accomplished when they made it themselves. They said it was very delicious 😄! You can also feed rabbits and Call ducks. The ducks and rabbits are all fat, and you can tell they eat well. In the evening, I watched an animated movie in the multi-purpose hall 🎦. Although I have seen it before, I still watched it very attentively! My son said he would stay here again next time. It was so fun! When I left, I also gave the tribe's own sweet potatoes 🍠, thank you very much! The boss said that after the 11th, he would build a place to bake pizza. Next time, the kids can make pizza by themselves. It's great! I will continue to come and play!

Although is a last min decision to change location , but I never regret booking Wanda Meihua.. my first impression when I step into the room , I feel very very comfortable , the design and the laying of furniture was up to my expectations! Breakfast is delicious too.. my best spot everyday was the sofa side 😂 everyday the smile from everyone was very warm , especially the 姐 who clean my room.. her smile was 👍👍 never regret choose this hotel.. will surely book again if I travel to Nanjing 👍

📍Nanjing Xinjiekou Wanda Meihua Hotel: Exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Xinjiekou, making it convenient to get anywhere. The lobby and breakfast area designs really impressed me – they're super artistic, with murals and floral arrangements that are perfect for photos. Even the coffee bar's cups feel high-quality. The gym is fully equipped for both cardio and strength training, and after your workout, you can use the all-in-one washer and dryer, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers. The service was also very attentive; my entire stay was wonderful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing!

Nanjing Gaochun Wanda Hotel must be five-star praise, the whole experience is superb! When checking in in the lobby, the service lady was warm and thoughtful, answering all questions and responsive. During the stay, I encountered several problems and personally came to the door to deal with them. Every time I solved it very properly, it was particularly satisfactory. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is very new, the oversized TV children especially like, the bathroom space is also very open, living is particularly comfortable. There is a free parking lot downstairs, and the rice fields are in the distance. The air is fresh and the environment is quiet. Although there is no air conditioning, the heating equipment works very well and sleeps comfortably all night. All staff are attentive and impeccable overall, really recommend! It is very convenient to drive to Gaochun Old Street in 15 minutes.

I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service. The staff were cold and unhelpful, showing no consideration for guests. (Though one female receptionist had a very good attitude and proactively asked about our room needs).

After checking in, we found trash under the sink in one of the rooms. We called the front desk, but no one came to address it for 20 minutes. It was almost 8 PM, and we had just arrived from Chaka Salt Lake, eager to go out for dinner. Even if they couldn't clean it immediately, they should have at least provided an explanation!

Our booking included minibar service, but there was none in the room. When we went to the front desk to inquire about both issues, the staff were cold and dismissive, and no one even apologized. You are in the service industry; shouldn't basic courtesy be a given?!

Later, they said they would restock the minibar for me, but it still wasn't there when we returned after dinner. Although Ctrip resolved the issue, it wasn't just about the small items; it was the feeling that the hotel showed no consideration for its guests.

Then, at checkout the next day, there was still no reaction. What did Ctrip say? Who is lying here?

It's both infuriating and ridiculous.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and elegant design. The room was sparkling clean, and the bedding was perfectly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were friendly and attentive, paying attention to every detail. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. This was definitely the best choice of our trip. Highly recommended, I'll be back!

I absolutely love the ambiance of this hotel! The overall decor is minimalist and elegant, yet still cozy, and it's perfect for taking photos. The room has fantastic natural light. The front desk staff was so warm, professional, and polite; they made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
