Room: Newly Renovated (Zhenpin, 臻品）. Modern, clean, fully furnished. Comfortable  bed, a bit on the hard type, but not too hard. TV has international channels. Comes with small fridge. Lighting not the brightest, but sufficient . Has night lights. Carpet does need a bit of upgrade , luckily  well maintained, no smell/odour. Air conditioning  is strong. Overall clean and comfortable  room.

Bathroom: Huge shower room for standing showering, bath tub next to window with view of Zhujiang/Pearl River and Guangzhou Tower, and separate room for toilet. Water pressure is strong for showering. The only slight inconvenience is no bidet/hose, but has another basin right next to toilet seat, so not too bad. 

Facilities: Full fledged gym, from third party vendo. Good go beginner to professional  gym goers. Launderette is convenient, clean, modern, and free of charge. Just need to queue a bit during peak hours. 

Breakfast buffet: Gorgeous view of Guangzhou Tower & Zhujiang Pearl River. Food variety is adequate, International selection.

Location: Strategic. Quite near Beijing Road, but on the quieter area. Need to walk 2-5mins to the nearest popular eatery and convenience store. Next to the hotel is an old mall, has Luckin coffee, some fashion shops.

The five-star quality lives up to its reputation. The overall environment is upscale and grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The thorough sanitization measures really put my mind at ease. The service team is professional and thoughtful, from check-in to responding to requests, everything was efficient and attentive. The配套 services are comprehensive, making for a truly excellent experience. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations, definitely worth repeat visits!

The Guangdong Asia International Hotel is very much an international hotel, attracting a significant number of foreign guests; indeed, most visitors staying here are international travelers. The restaurants on the ground floor now predominantly feature international cuisine, a noticeable shift from the past. Its location offers relative convenience, with a wholesale market nearby and a subway station within easy reach. Overall, it's particularly well-suited for international guests.

Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel has always been my top choice for accommodation, consistently leaving a good impression in all aspects. However, I have to air some grievances this time. Firstly, the hotel is replacing its elevators. Previously, there were three elevators serving the 25th floor where I stayed, but now there's only one, which is extremely inconvenient. The front desk staff mentioned that elevator #9 also goes to the 25th floor, but it's not a guest elevator and is very slow. Secondly, the in-room facilities are quite old and seem to have been poorly maintained. The electric kettle lid doesn't seal properly, leaving a gap. In the bathroom, it's very difficult to switch between the overhead shower and the lower faucet. Once I finally got the overhead shower to work, there was no hot water, so I ended up having to wash up in the sink. All these issues were frustrating and helpless.

Very good location, excellent hotel service and very good size room, good view of the city and river views. It was a very comfortable stay!

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right on Shamian Island. It's just a short walk over the bridge from Huangsha Station Exit F. There's a McDonald's downstairs and an ICBC bank across the street, making it incredibly convenient. We booked a room with a 1.5-meter bed; the room wasn't huge but was just right for me and my child. The hygiene was also very good, and they even provided children's toothbrushes and slippers. It's ideal for exploring on foot without a car. The hotel staff, particularly Xiaofen, provided excellent service – she was polite and gentle. The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

The state-owned enterprise service was excellent. The laundry room had two washing machines and there were many foreigners. Although the room was small, we could use the space by putting the drinking water and kettle in the cabinet below as a table.

Environment: It's an old building, well-located, and the interior design is thoughtfully done.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor inside.

I first stayed at the Garden Hotel many years ago, and my recent return visit was just as excellent as before. From the warm greetings at the front desk and the proactive offer of pillow and mattress choices, to the mosquito repellent provided in the room, and the clear signage and ambiance throughout the hotel – everything feels so much more welcoming and personal compared to chain international hotels! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

Saw the upgraded floor is more appealing, we stayed at fifth floor carpet were stained, furniture is old. We hardy use any facilities from the hotel but the self service laundry service is excellent. We prefer to stay in town near tourist spots

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. Zhongshan Memorial Hall and Yuexiu Park are right next door, making it a great spot for a walk. Guangzhou Restaurant is just a 5-minute walk across the street. It's a 4-star standard hotel, the room was cleaned promptly, and the facilities are very complete. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for takeout! The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us dim sum vouchers for shrimp dumplings. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

I stayed in a room with a river view, and I was shocked by the spacious space as soon as I walked in! The room is well laid out, clean and tidy, even the corners are spotless, making people feel particularly at ease. The bed is soft and comfortable, the pillows and quilt are of great texture, and I feel like I'm recharged after a night's sleep. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the WiFi speed is fast, the air conditioning is cool, and there are free bottled water, and the details are perfect.

The river view is charming and the scenery is intoxicating
The biggest highlight of the room is definitely the river view outside the window! Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the beautiful scenery of Meijiang River. In the early morning, you can see the river shrouded in morning mist, and in the evening, you can see the setting sun shining on the water. It is as beautiful as a painting. I stayed by the window for a while every day and took a lot of photos. Such scenery really makes people feel good and makes the journey more poetic.

Friendly and courteous service, warm feeling
The hotel's service is really impeccable! From the front desk to the room service, every staff is friendly and polite, always with a smile, making people feel particularly comfortable.

This time I stayed at Meizhou White Swan Hotel. The spacious and clean room, charming river view and friendly and courteous service made me satisfied from beginning to end. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a perfect choice. If I come to Meizhou next time, I will definitely stay here again, and I sincerely recommend it to every traveler who plans to come to Meizhou!

The hotel is a renovated historic building, and some of the design elements (such as the windows) retain their nostalgic character. 🏠🏠 The rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, sharing detailed information about nearby attractions. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It was pouring rain when we checked out, but the front desk staff not only reminded us to drive to the hotel's location, but also held an umbrella for us and helped us load our luggage into the car. Very thoughtful. 🥰🥰🥰

I have to give this hotel a thumbs-up for their service! During my stay, I needed to print a document, and the front desk immediately took care of it, carefully checking the format. Later, I realized I forgot my charger, so the staff went out of their way to find a compatible one for me to borrow. They didn't shy away from the unexpected request, but proactively addressed it. This professional and reliable service is a real plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It truly deserves its five-star rating!

Hygiene: Spotlessly clean.

Facilities: The smart home features were a bit finicky. At night, the toilet would often auto-flush and open its lid even when no one was around. The lights also had a sound sensor, turning on with any noise when I was trying to sleep. Furthermore, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were constantly knocked off by the shower hose and were difficult to dispense. These are areas that definitely need improvement.

Facilities (positive aspects): On the positive side, the bathtub was excellent, complete with disposable bath liners and bath salts. Disposable toilet seat covers and other small amenities showed great attention to detail.

Environment (positive aspects): It was also lovely to enjoy a drink and moonlight on the rooftop in the evening. Both the room and balcony were very spacious, as was the bathroom. The toilet was pristine, with no odd stains, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards.

Environment (location): The hotel's location within a pedestrian street was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. However, parking outside the hotel proved to be a major inconvenience.

Service (overall impression): I specifically chose this hotel because of the White Swan brand, and overall, I had a very positive experience. 👍
