Thumbs up for the hotel's location! It's right near the convention center with plenty of large shopping malls around. Everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment is available in one stop! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were super friendly, especially Freya, who was exceptionally thoughtful. Every request was handled with care, and she even asked about our stay experience during check-out. That feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! The overall experience was top-notch—definitely my first choice next time I visit Shenzhen!

The hotel's location in Shenzhen's Guangming District is excellent, close to shopping malls and the metro station. The prices didn't increase much even during the National Day holiday. The hotel's decor and design align with its high-end brand positioning. A big thank you to Ms. Long at the front desk for the room upgrade; the room was very spacious with a great view. Unfortunately, the bedding wasn't comfortable enough, which is a downside. Breakfast was served at the revolving restaurant on the top floor, and the food was good.

Rooms are wonderful all rooms got bath tub but shower room a bit moldy. Breakfast varities are amazing. I will come again next time. Stayed during merdeka day. Got fireworka show at the lobby.

The hotel is right in Songdo, just a few hundred meters' walk from the Songdo Cable Car. There aren't a ton of great dining options nearby, but you'll find plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops. It's definitely not as lively as Gwangalli or Haeundae, but the hotel view is unbeatable—absolutely stunning and so therapeutic. One thing to note: like all hotels in South Korea, they don't provide toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
