This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby is clean, upscale, and has a great ambiance. The rooms are well-designed with spacious layouts, and the decor is simple yet elegant. The cleanliness is exceptional, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm – perfect for unwinding. Soundproofing is also excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to assist with any issues. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place for my next stay!

Our stay at Yi Nuo Apartment in Guangzhou was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location, making our trip so convenient and enjoyable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient. It's been recently renovated, so it feels new and there are no strange smells. Service-wise, I called ahead to confirm my reservation. Bikes and the subway are right outside, and getting a taxi is easy too.

location is great! walking distance to xihua road that has lots of local food and wet market for fruits, chenjiaci temple. its about 15-20mins walk. however, smoking is allowed in the hotel… the cigarette smell was very bad that i started coughing.. the family room was the very last room in the corridor so all the smoke ended up in our room. the aircon unit was facing the toilet instead of the beds so it was not very cooling, doesnt help to ventilate the room, but it was nice that they provided a stand fan to help with air circulation. hotel just takes up 1 level of a building, does not have a proper pick up/drop up point so its not really great for taxi.. felt a bit dangerous to be rushing up cars on the road junctions, especially with ebikes and cyclists on the road sides.

In my first room, the fuse blew due to a malfunctioning kettle.

At reception, I had to translate ten different messages again, explaining that it was the fuse and not me being to stupid! Finally, someone got around to look at it.

But the solution is that I can't use the kettle!!!

I have to move to a different room again.

Next room: water only lukewarm. Shower broken. Sink clogged. Toilet flushing constantly.

And the staff is annoyed! Instead of apologizing.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall for dining and shopping. Many attractions like Yongqing Fang, Shangxiajiu, Shamian Island, and Liwan Lake Park are all within walking distance. It's also close to the subway station, with many sights just a few kilometers away. The transportation is incredibly convenient!

Booked this hotel for a concert, it's close to the subway and has lots of food options nearby. The location is easy to find, and there's a washing machine.
Service: The staff were very friendly.
Environment: Clean and has smart controls.
Facilities: Well-equipped, and it even has a place to hang clothes.

The hotel reception upgraded my room. The price was great, and the lobby was bright and clean. The location is good, with fast food restaurants, shopping malls, and a subway station nearby.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it's only a 5-minute walk from the Metro Rail, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

The staff's behavior was very good, friendly, and helpful. A great advantage is the free washing machine available for guests to use, which is very useful for longer trips.

The hotel is also clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor. If your room is on the 3rd floor, you will need to take the stairs, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Overall, it's a great value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for those who don't mind a flight of stairs.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Subway, great food, and a hospital are all within walking distance.

Choosing this hotel for my Guangzhou trip, the location was definitely the highlight. It's right near Dongshankou, about a 700-meter walk to Dongshankou subway station and less than 900 meters to Liehshilingyuan station. Whether you're heading to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street for shopping or a night cruise along the Pearl River, it's just a few subway stops away, making getting around incredibly convenient.

What surprised me even more was the vibrant local atmosphere nearby. In the mornings, a casual stroll would lead me to numerous authentic Guangzhou snack shops, offering everything from rice rolls and wonton noodles to sweet soup. In the evenings, I could wander through the trendy old villas district in Dongshankou, grab a coffee, and soak in the artistic vibe of old Guangzhou. Plus, it's very close to Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, just a ten-minute walk. For anyone visiting for medical appointments or accompanying someone, this location is an absolute godsend.

Overall experience: I'd choose this place again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

If I had to nitpick, it would be that the hotel is located by the roadside. While the soundproofing is decent, you can occasionally hear a bit of traffic noise. However, for light sleepers, earplugs would easily solve this.

In summary, this hotel left me very satisfied, from its convenient location and comfortable amenities to its warm service. It offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for tourists, business travelers, or those accompanying patients to Guangzhou. On my next visit, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again!

Staying on this business trip, the overall experience is particularly satisfactory. The hotel is renovated and upgraded for the old store. The whole house is intelligent equipment and voice control all kinds of electrical appliances in the house. The stay is novel and worry-free. The rooms are clean and tidy, the zero-pressure mattress sleep experience is excellent, the room is soundproofed and very quiet all night. The hotel is very complete, equipped with a free buffet breakfast, a rich and delicious category; set up a gym, leisure time can exercise and relax; intimately equipped with a self-service washing machine, long-term business trips to change laundry is particularly convenient. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and efficient. In terms of comprehensive hardware, supporting facilities and services, it is a very good choice for business travel.

這次入住體驗超出預期，必須好好誇一誇！首先最直觀的就是房間，空間真的格外寬敞，完全沒有壓抑感，行李攤開、走動都十分自在，床區、洗漱區、採光也很好，待在屋裡一點不侷促，整體乾淨整潔，軟裝舒適，休息感拉滿。重點誇讚酒店早餐，品類還蠻豐富，中式粥粉面、飲品、一應俱全，口味選擇多，不管偏愛清淡簡餐還是豐盛正餐都能滿足，食材新鮮，出品在線，每天早上吃一頓元氣滿滿的早餐。然後前台服務熱情有禮，辦理入住退房效率高，客房打掃到位，整體出行住宿體驗很棒，看重大空間房型和早餐的朋友可以放心選，在蓮花也是衹有這家宜諾酒店有早餐，性價比高，下次過來還會優先入住這家！
