The room was quite clean, although it was a bit cramped. However, that's understandable given how space is at a premium in Shanghai. The frequent power outages were a bit of a nuisance, which was the only real downside. Aside from that, everything else was fine. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

Thank you for making my short trip to Shanghai so memorable. From booking to check-out, every step of the process was comfortable and delightful.

1. Thoughtful and Attentive Service:

   • Front Desk Reception: Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism, making the check-in process quick and smooth.
   • Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably clean and tidy. Every day, I returned to a spotless room with all amenities promptly replenished.

2. Comfortable and High-Quality Guest Room:

   • Sleep Quality: The comfort of the mattress and pillows was absolutely perfect! They were just the right firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night and recover from all travel fatigue. The blackout curtains worked exceptionally well, completely preventing any morning light disturbance.
   • Comprehensive Facilities: The room design was modern and minimalist with a well-planned layout. Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (the internet speed was excellent!) were all readily available. The shower had strong and consistent water pressure, hot water came quickly, and the quality of the toiletries was very good. The bathtub was also very comfortable.

3. Convenient and Excellent Location:

   • The hotel's location is superb! It’s very close to the Oriental Sports Center, making it perfect for concert-goers. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby, which is extremely convenient. Despite being in a bustling area, the room itself was very quiet, indicating excellent soundproofing.

This hotel experience was a 10/10 for me, the location is great! But if you want to travel around the city perhaps is not the best option and you rather have to stay near some tourists attractions… overall was very good and I’ll definitely come back :)

This hotel is a perfect choice for a trip with friends. It's in a great location, close to shopping malls like Xintiandi. The front desk staff are very friendly. If you need cleaning, just let the cleaning lady know (they're very attentive!). We were worried about the soundproofing, but everyone slept soundly during our stay. Earplugs are available at the front desk. Overall, it's a great hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very good, the location is very close to the north gate of East China Normal University, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and there is Powerlong Plaza outside. The girl at the front desk is also very gentle and polite

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. A bit smelly of smoking but ok. Staff are very nice and helpful but can't speak English (Google translate needed). They had helped us to call a taxi even though we got a trouble of communication. The hotel is about 900 meters away for Jiangsu road MRT station. It take not over 10 minutes walking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the room size in Beijing. The facilities were comfortable to use, the front desk service was delightful, and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless every day. It truly lives up to the Rujia Inn's consistent quality – always excellent! Full marks! 💯

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Although XG didn't win the championship, we still had a wonderful weekend.
The hotel is relatively new, so the most important amenities were quite good:
1. The five-person room has five beds, two of which are double beds. Having stayed at other esports hotels, five-person rooms with five beds are rare, and it's a very good setup. The two beds are on top, and the three on the bottom are double-layered, so they don't interfere with each other.
2. The computer specifications were decent, with a mainstream 4060 graphics card, and the peripherals were reasonably priced. Most importantly, everything was clean and very nice.
3. The location is near the Communication University of China, but relatively secluded. A quiet environment is perfect for gatherings and gaming.
4. The service was excellent; a professional hotel is much better than a B&B. There was an issue during check-in: the room didn't have a TV. I called before booking to confirm so we could watch the game together. Thankfully, they helped coordinate a temporary TV setup after communication. Don't worry about mistakes; as long as we can communicate and resolve them, everything is fine.

The rooms are new and clean, and the location is excellent. The ambiance is much better than other three-star hotels, comparable to four-star hotels. The hotel offers free laundry service, which is highly recommended. Takeout is also convenient, with robots delivering it. Security is strong, and the front desk staff will verify which room you're in before letting you in. The front desk staff are friendly, with at least two people on duty. They also offer drinking water and generally offer free late check-out, which is very considerate for latecomers.

The downside is that it's quite expensive, more than a typical three-star hotel. There are no gaming privileges.

The aisles are clean and the transportation is convenient. The security service is enthusiastic. The sister at the front desk has a very good service attitude. She's enthusiastic and the service is in place. The room is spacious and clean. , security service is good. The front desk service is very welcoming, the environment is elegant, clean and tidy, the lobby is clean and bright, the parking lot is clean, hygienic and comfortable. The room environment is clean and hygienic, the service is good, the room is clean and very good, the waitress is very warm and enthusiastic, and the hygiene is very good . Very good and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I come here

This e-sports hotel really does e-sports and comfort, the hardware is impeccable, the high-configuration computer runs smoothly, the peripherals are professional and easy to use, the network is stable and not stuck, and the black win rate is much higher.
The environment is clean and tidy, the theme decoration is very stylish, the lighting and ventilation are good, the service is more intimate, the front desk patiently answers questions, on call after check-in, free laundry and fitness service, the details are full, next to McDonald's and hippo NB can't pick anything wrong, Definitely the best choice for black accommodation!
