The hotel is very ideal for tourist who want to roam around.
Walking distance to branded/signature malls.
Walking distance to food stalls. 
Staff are friendly especially the one on duty last December 7, 2025.
The only problem I encountered is that, there is no elevator and noone assisted me with my lugguage knowing that I am a person with diasability. I had a hard time moving up and down the stairs where my room was located.

Thank you for making my short trip to Shanghai so memorable. From booking to check-out, every step of the process was comfortable and delightful.

1. Thoughtful and Attentive Service:

   • Front Desk Reception: Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism, making the check-in process quick and smooth.
   • Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably clean and tidy. Every day, I returned to a spotless room with all amenities promptly replenished.

2. Comfortable and High-Quality Guest Room:

   • Sleep Quality: The comfort of the mattress and pillows was absolutely perfect! They were just the right firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night and recover from all travel fatigue. The blackout curtains worked exceptionally well, completely preventing any morning light disturbance.
   • Comprehensive Facilities: The room design was modern and minimalist with a well-planned layout. Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (the internet speed was excellent!) were all readily available. The shower had strong and consistent water pressure, hot water came quickly, and the quality of the toiletries was very good. The bathtub was also very comfortable.

3. Convenient and Excellent Location:

   • The hotel's location is superb! It’s very close to the Oriental Sports Center, making it perfect for concert-goers. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby, which is extremely convenient. Despite being in a bustling area, the room itself was very quiet, indicating excellent soundproofing.

The hotel is located in a very prosperous area, with convenient transportation and dining options. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful, and they also provide parking spaces. Thank you very much! The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. It is very convenient to go to Jing'an Temple, the Bund, and Pudong.

The bedding in the room is quite comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the room is well soundproofed, which does not affect sleep. It is cost-effective and I will choose this place next time I go out. This time I stayed for three consecutive nights.

I hadn't planned to write a review, but after staying at the Wangyu Esports Hotel a few days ago, I felt this one was much cleaner and more comfortable. The cleanliness is a major plus, and the price is quite reasonable.

Last night, I wanted to stay near Jinqiao, but I noticed this chain hotel is relatively rare, so I was a bit disappointed I didn't get to stay. I hope more chain hotels open in the future.

Very good, the location is very close to the north gate of East China Normal University, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and there is Powerlong Plaza outside. The girl at the front desk is also very gentle and polite

The room was very clean and tidy, without any musty or damp smell. Judging from the supporting facilities, it feels like a high-end e-sports hotel in the same price range. The computer runs smoothly and the gaming experience is very good.
The takeaway is delivered by a robot, which is very convenient.

A really great hotel! Good soundproofing, new facilities, excellent cleanliness, and great front desk service. There are plenty of restaurants and drinks nearby, including a fantastic iron pot stew place my friend and I go to every evening for our walk. The front desk even gave us wet wipes when we left. Highly recommended, I'll definitely book again next time!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Although XG didn't win the championship, we still had a wonderful weekend.
The hotel is relatively new, so the most important amenities were quite good:
1. The five-person room has five beds, two of which are double beds. Having stayed at other esports hotels, five-person rooms with five beds are rare, and it's a very good setup. The two beds are on top, and the three on the bottom are double-layered, so they don't interfere with each other.
2. The computer specifications were decent, with a mainstream 4060 graphics card, and the peripherals were reasonably priced. Most importantly, everything was clean and very nice.
3. The location is near the Communication University of China, but relatively secluded. A quiet environment is perfect for gatherings and gaming.
4. The service was excellent; a professional hotel is much better than a B&B. There was an issue during check-in: the room didn't have a TV. I called before booking to confirm so we could watch the game together. Thankfully, they helped coordinate a temporary TV setup after communication. Don't worry about mistakes; as long as we can communicate and resolve them, everything is fine.

My experience while pregnant was beyond expectations! The room was spotless, dust-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, instantly soothing my travel fatigue. The front desk was efficient, and they even recommended nearby local eateries. The hotel is in a prime location, a 5-minute walk from the subway station and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. For this price, the service and amenities are excellent value. I'll definitely stay here again!

Environment, decoration style, clean and tidy. The service staff has a very good attitude. The lady at the front desk is also very beautiful. It is very convenient to travel. I highly recommend it these days. The room is very clean and the courtyard design is very beautiful. Especially the front desk receptionist is really nice and extremely enthusiastic. I will definitely recommend this to my friends next time.

There is a restaurant next to it. It is very close to Yintai for eating and traveling. The service attitude is super good and the hygiene is clean.
