"This was my first time visiting the Altay region. After coming from Kanas, I wanted to explore the Keketuohai Scenic Area in Fuyun County, and a friend recommended this hotel. Upon checking in, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The front desk staff was very efficient, and when I called for something, it was delivered quickly. The windows effectively blocked out street noise, and the hallway was also very quiet, allowing for a deep sleep. For a comfortable hotel, getting these amenities at this price point offers excellent value for money."

Amenities: Free rental of ethnic costumes for photoshoots, a self-service laundry room and gym, complimentary instant noodles and dumplings for late-night cravings, steam eye masks, and disposable face towels. Service: The hotel staff are incredibly service-oriented, always ready to help with luggage and provide breakfast reminders. I must mention again that while the breakfast selection isn't huge, the taste is excellent!"

They have a coffee machine, hot water dispenser, and homemade buns for breakfast. The room was spacious and open, and the location was super convenient. The bedding was really comfortable too. There's a gym area with a beautiful lake view. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. They'd greet us cheerfully every time we left or returned. The staff even helped out in the self-service laundry room. Because we were in a hurry to leave, they even gave us milk to take on the road. It didn't feel like staying at a hotel, but more like visiting a relative for a night. "I randomly picked this hotel on my drive to Kanas, and I was surprised by how satisfied I was with the stay. First, their twin beds are 1.5 meters wide, perfect for families with children. Second, the room decor and bedding were very comfortable, comparable to the Ji Hotel, although you definitely couldn't get this price during the summer peak season. The breakfast, while simple, was clean and tidy. Most importantly, their charging stations were incredibly cheap. I couldn't find any fault with it; travelers can stay here with confidence! The owner is from Hubei and understands customer needs perfectly. Both the service and the accommodation were impeccable. It matches my impression of Hubei people as intelligent. The front desk staff was very welcoming, helping us with our luggage from outside into the hotel and then to our room. Item delivery was also very quick. The air conditioning was quiet and cool, and the water temperature was stable. The only minor issue was the lack of storage space in the room; I'd suggest adding a luggage rack, as bending down on the floor isn't very convenient. Also, the room was a bit too bright after turning off the lights; adjusting that would make it even more comfortable. Overall, it's a great hotel, and certainly one of the most comfortable I've stayed in during my trip through Xinjiang."
