The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The cleanliness was impeccable; the floors, desks, and bathroom were spotless. The bedding was clean and soft, the pillows were the perfect height, and I slept soundly through the night without any noise disturbance – the soundproofing was excellent. The room amenities were complete and of high quality; the toiletries smelled fresh, and the towels and bath towels were clean and soft – the hotel's attention to detail was evident. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, the public areas were clean and comfortable, the elevators ran smoothly, and the lighting and fragrance created a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable. We even had a beautiful sunset view from our room when we checked in! It truly surpassed all my expectations. "Upon our first check-in, we were upgraded to the 7th floor. Despite having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get there, the room felt quite new and the facilities were great. What's more, the front desk, seeing we were a family of three, proactively upgraded us to a family room! That was fantastic. However, on our second stay, we were given a room on the 4th floor for the same price. The room felt like it hadn't been updated in 10 years! Quite a letdown."

"This is an excellent star-rated hotel right in the Kanas Scenic Area. It's a villa-style hotel, very clean and well-maintained, with expansive grounds. The hotel environment itself is wonderful, with small animals like sheep and cows grazing and sunbathing on the lawns. The hygiene is top-notch. The staff are also great, very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Dining at their on-site restaurant is a good choice; it's much better than the tourist restaurants you find in the bazaars. "Our stay this time was fantastic! We originally booked a standard room, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was cozy yet stylish. The facilities, in particular, were complete and new. The children's bed even had an adjustable safety rail, so we didn't have to worry about our child falling out of bed at night. The TV was huge and easy on the eyes, and I absolutely loved the horse-shaped bookshelf, which thoughtfully came with children's books. The bathroom was spotless and tidy, and all the toiletries and bath products were excellent, with dedicated children's products as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. The lobby on the first floor blended various elements seamlessly, creating a truly artistic atmosphere. "The room is nice, the yard is clean, there is a garden, an area for drying clothes, a restaurant, and there is a front desk guy who is almost my grandfather's age, and he is very smooth when checking in. Seeing that he is older, he is super enthusiastic to help a few of us carry our luggage! ! ! ! Being warmed! Starry Sky Room is really recommended! You can really see the stars at night.
