Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk! Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience! What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

We spent two nights at Youyuan Shanju, and it quickly became one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Each morning, we woke up to a beautiful snowy landscape just outside the window — quiet, calm, and almost unreal. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What truly made the difference was the hospitality. Tingting was incredibly kind and thoughtful — she checked in with us every evening about breakfast and even prepared a bedtime drink. It’s the kind of care you don’t easily forget. This place doesn’t just offer a stay, it gives you a sense of warmth and belonging. We left with a little reluctance — and we know we’ll return.

This B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

Perfect stay for a visit to Kanasi National Park. Beautiful B&B at the end of the tourist village, across a stop of the free public bus bringing tourist to the parks entrance. The owner directly welcomed us, our luggage was put in front of our room while we did the check in. No problem for me as a foreigner. Room was spacious, tidy and well equipped. No A/C, but temperatures at night drop low enough for a comfortable sleep (late June). Breakfast was basic Chinese, coffee available. We had to shorten our stay due to a personal matter. Despite no free cancelation policy, the owner agreed to shorten our stay by 1 night and refund us the money. Everything handled over the Trip App in English.

We had an incredible stay at Zarat Kanas Homestay. The host was incredibly personable and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that we had an enjoyable stay. The location of the cabin is perfect in the New Village, right in front of the #5 bus stop. The cabin was roomy and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The radiant floor heating kept us warm when it was below freezing outside. We stayed here 2 nights with my family and couldn't ask for anything more. If you are considering a home stay in Kanas, I highly recommend staying with Zarat!

The room was clean and decorated in a Nordic style. The lovely owner was very helpful, giving us travel tips for Kanas Lake and arranging a driver for the Ahe Highway. The receptionist was also very kind, bringing us milk and bread. The dining center was just a short walk down a small slope, making it very convenient to get around and eat.

The room was spotless, and the location in the old village is perfect. It's right by the Hemu Bridge, just off the Qiaotou station. You can see the Hemu River from the window and hear the sound of the flowing water, which was incredibly convenient for catching the morning mist at Haden (the second picture was taken right outside the room). They also have a restaurant, and I highly recommend their fried rice noodles, stir-fried noodles with shredded pork, baked buns, and spicy roasted naan – all delicious! The prices were quite reasonable for a scenic area. Finally, a huge thank you to the hotel manager and the Hemu Scenic Area staff! After leaving the scenic area and heading onto the Ahe Highway, I realized my bag was missing, and my ID was inside. I urgently contacted the hotel manager, who helped me find it. Then, the scenic area staff connected me with someone who brought it to the visitor center, allowing me to catch my flight! I'm truly, truly grateful!

I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is new and clean, with a separate wet and dry area. For Hemu, it's probably quite good value for money. The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!
