The location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems.

Wella BaryIf you want a hotel that actually feels like an apartment… this is it.
Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg is a perfect mix between comfort and practicality – especially ideal for families or longer stays.
✔️ Fully equipped room (fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave)
✔️ Super friendly reception & helpful breakfast staff
✔️ Breakfast included and worth it
✔️ Bus & tram right in front of the hotel
✔️ Restaurants nearby + easy Lieferando delivery
Everything was clean, modern, and exactly as expected.
I also filmed the room and breakfast area – no surprises, just a solid, reliable stay.
Would I stay again? Definitely.

The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you!
Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers.

The hotel is in a relatively modern area of Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.

Guest UserNice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good.
Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

Location, location, location. What a great spot for exploring the old town and Christmas markets! Despite being on the main strip, our room wasn’t noisy at all.
The room is huge, the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

A bit far from the city center, so it's best suited for those traveling by car. It offers good value for money. The hotel room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Although the hotel facilities look a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which makes carrying luggage upstairs a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Guest UserAll in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

韦Maintenance is underway near the railway station. In the past, the hotel had to cross a small bridge;
The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.
Overall recommendation.

The environment is good. Those who have not lived in the attic can try it.
