I have two rooms in December before Christmas and it was one of the most comfortable bed I had for the two weeks trip. Two nights here and my baby son loves their breakfast. It comes with hot food and cold cuts, cheese and on table side orders for eggs. I tried the shashouka but I don’t really like it because the cumin was too strong. I had lovely champagne for my breakfast and can’t complaint more. Coffee normal, tea selections are great! I would come back again to this chain hotel. The only bad things is the location is slight far from train station, we pulled 2 big luggages, 1 medium size luggage, 1 stroller all the way to the hotel and decided to call for taxi when we depart. Afterall good stay and safe and quiet neighbourhood.
Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city.
There is free parking, which is very important. First of all, the hotel rooms and facilities are very good. There is an elevator and access control at the door. The room has a kitchen with kitchenware and a balcony. The area is also good and the price-performance ratio is very high. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy eggs and bread, etc. You can have a stable breakfast in the morning. The service staff is also great. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and did not check the email to contact the staff. After arriving, someone helped me by calling. It was a very good experience
Great overnight stay with free park on availability 20 minutes drive from old town due to roadwork closures Note: Make you check in during the reception hours (Not man 24h) else make you get the check in code for after use the check in system at the entrance No Air Con and it was ok to open the windows to freshen up
