We spent one night, having driven down from Wanaka and intending to continue to the Milford Sound tour the following day. We departed from Queenstown that evening and arrived after our 8 PM check-in time. After contacting Ctrip customer service, the front desk responded quickly. Upon arrival, the owner had thoughtfully printed a note on the desk, and the room was immaculately clean. The drive to the sound takes two hours, and there's a self-service gas station nearby, making it very convenient for refueling before departure and back in Queenstown. Overall, the stay was excellent.
