Restaurants, banks, laundry, gym, gas station, Oxxo, Walmart and the famous 28 market for handicrafts.The spaceWe have a small “cocktail pool”, it is the ideal size to cool off from the heat of Cancun.The location of the apartment is unique for what is around it and for the benefit of the connectivity it offers to guests.We offer autonomous arrival to the department.The WIFI is excellent, so you can work remotely perfectly.We recently updated the accommodation with a new air conditioning, a larger and more comfortable bed and a pergola on the terrace to better enjoy the outdoor area.We take the cleaning and disinfection of the Apartment very seriously and at this time we are taking special precautions to disinfect the space due to the pandemic.Guest accessGuests have an autonomous and independent entrance to the apartment, the cocktail pool area is the only part shared with us, the hosts, but we really always let our visitors enjoy the space for themselves.Other things to noteWe clean and disinfect the apartment before each arrival and allow approximately 4 days between one reservation and another. The utility room is furnished with washer/dryer.We have two ring security cámaras on the roof, one facing to the front and one facing to the back.This cámaras are another layer of security for our guests, they are pointed to the outer perimeters of the house and are only monitored at nights, mostly when the house is vacant.The back cámara can’t see the pool area giving our guests full privacy.My bi-lingual (English and Spanish) property manager Lety, is a native of Yucatan and part of our family. She is on call 24-hours a day.
