The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience."

"My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!"

"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"I used it because it was a tour pickup designated hotel. English is a little difficult to understand, but you can respond friendlyly with translation apps and gestures. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and check-out. There are no shampoo conditioners, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc., so you should bring them in. Hot water comes out, but the water pressure is quite weak. On the contrary, the wind pressure of the dryer was strong. The door opened and closed required a little power and a little trick. I felt better when he cleaned it and arranged the towels cutely. There are several convenience stores such as delicious taco restaurants and 7-Eleven that locals also use nearby, which is convenient. I think the cost performance is good overall!"

"This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option."

"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. "Three things you absolutely must do in Cancun: 1. Take the free shuttle bus from T4 to T2 to T3; 2. Exchange currency at the bank across from the gas station on the lawn opposite T2 (19.20 pesos, later 19.30 pesos in the city center); 3. Find the ADO bus, take bus 140 to the ADO bus terminal, Cancun's Dongzhimen transportation hub! This hotel is near the ADO terminal, right on the main road, within walking distance. I ate a tortilla for 23 pesos, about 1 dollar! There are large supermarkets nearby, and it's safe. I was worried about getting to the airport the next day, but it wasn't that important. The hotel area isn't far either. The R1 bus, which goes directly to Playa Delfines in 50 minutes for 12 pesos, is right in front of the XO convenience store next to the hotel. It's similar to the bus route from Sanya Bus Terminal to Haitang Bay! The sea is azure, the sunset is pink. I don't know what makes Mexico so similar to Thailand. The tourist areas are basically the same as those in North America. A beef burger costs $15, and a plate of Chinese rice with toppings for a local costs more than 150 pesos, or $7.50, which is similar to Chinatown in Philadelphia. A boiled beef costs 480 pesos, or $24, which is more expensive than Stockholm, Sweden. Cancun is a winter tourist enclave of the US and Canada!"

"I loved it was great for one night had a lot of fun. I liked the other places around the area but this was a bargain price. Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation. I saw a bit of adults only things but I did go for a scroll so probably my only fault haha but just saying if you have kids keep them close."
