"Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments.
The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app.
The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service.
On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent.
The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water.
Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest.
Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience."
