Spa Hotels in Cancun

My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and kind. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the pool is very clean. However, the food is at and slightly on the pricier side. In terms of value of money, I think you can get better deals in all inclusive hotels. If you would join a lot of day tours and don’t need to dine in at the hotel, then this is the perfect hotel for you to stay at.

Espectacular! We didn’t want to leave. Just one minor thing I would say, I didn’t like the way they try to sell you tour packages, they insist a lot which becomes annoying.

This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option.

I absolutely love this hotel chain. The value for money is excellent. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but there's a huge variety. The staff are attentive. The entertainment is great. This particular hotel has a venue called 'Riu Party' where guests from all Riu Cancun hotels come for parties. The beach is okay, not the most beautiful, but at least there wasn't much seaweed in the water, just a little bit on the shore. The cocktails are alright, though the Margarita was certainly strange; they only made a good one at the Mexican à la carte restaurant. The evening shows aren't that good, they can be a bit boring, but you can always grab a taxi and head into town.

Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

This Intercontinental is really run down, so I can't recommend it based on its facilities. The sound of doors opening and closing next door or across the hall made me think someone was coming into my room. All the amenities are just so old. It's also the peak of the sargassum bloom in Cancun, and the Intercontinental hasn't been spared. Even with daily clean-ups, the beachfront is still unsightly, though the sand itself is still wonderfully fine and soft. Overall, as a non-all-inclusive hotel, I wouldn't particularly recommend it!

The moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh with no strange odors, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and smooth, feeling soft and comfortable. The bathroom floor was dry with no puddles, and the sink and toilet were wiped spotless. Even the shower glass had no water stains, making for a truly reassuring stay. From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains. Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care. Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!

This hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation.
