GGuest UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. We booked a Deluxe King Room with a sea view. The balcony offered a side view of the ocean rather than directly facing it, which was a minor disappointment. The room was spotless and odor-free. The hotel's ambiance was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was also large, and the infinity pool beautifully blended with the ocean. For breakfast, we ordered à la carte each day, enjoying a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. For dinner, we dined at a Mexican restaurant across the street. There was quite a bit of seaweed on the hotel beach; it would be perfect if they could have it regularly cleared.

All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much.All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish.You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

AAnonymous UserUpon check-in at 1 PM, the hotel initially tried to fob us off with a subpar room on the second floor. We had to wait until 3 PM to finally get a room on the sixth floor, only to find the entire floor under renovation with construction workers and materials filling the corridors. This was truly embarrassing for an InterContinental property. When we tried to change to a lagoon-facing room, several front desk staff members shirked responsibility and passed the buck. It took another hour for the lobby manager to finally offer us a spare room on the fourth floor. This hotel is riddled with issues and constant hassles. I strongly recommend avoiding it!

GGuest UserThere are two prices for 66 square meters. The main difference is the floor. One is 10-19 and the other is 21-27. Pay special attention. The 10th floor of the hotel room is equivalent to the second floor. The room is very large and there is no place to hang clothes. The power socket at the head of the bed is unreasonable and very low. The cabinet must be moved. All-inclusive price. The food is better and tips are given every time. The waiter will be very frustrated and unhappy if he does not receive the tip. The hotel is small and there is nothing to do on the beach.

Room service is also very convenient, but the food is not as good as the restaurant that requires reservations.

MMKMKMKMKIt was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

GGuest UserThe facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories.
