SSammyjake95The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

GGuest UserYou know it was just gorgeous! The staff are nice when you re checking in. They will give u welcoming drinks which are tasty. The view is inevitable so I highly recommend you to book this. We all had a wonderful night together.

Even with a 'sea view' room, if it's located in an unfavorable part of the building, you'll only catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The hotel's beach was spotless, no seaweed in sight, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety, though the taste was just average; my favorite dish, surprisingly, was the oatmeal cooked with milk.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night.
The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude.
Overall, it is very good and suitable for vacation. Ordinary rooms can see a little sea at the edge. If you need a sea view, it is recommended to have a sea view room. Seaside hotels are more humid, but the sea is indeed beautiful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

The ingredients are very good. Do you need to make an appointment one or two days in advance?
Those who like to take pictures by the sea can take pictures on the beach of this hotel.
The sea here is blue-green and very clear.
When choosing a room, it is recommended to choose a room that does not collude with the room next door, otherwise it will be super expensive. They are all Indians or Americans who play music and hold parties😂
The hotel has free canoe or sailing projects, you can walk there or take the hotel's free shuttle bus

GGuest UserWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
