Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive

The Flamingo All-Inclusive Hotel met most of my expectations, but there were a few service areas that could use improvement. For example, the luggage delivery service to the room. The first time, the staff brought our luggage up, but we were already in the restaurant. So, they left. When we called them again to send it up, we waited a long time, and it never arrived. Eventually, we told them we would just come down to get it. Suddenly, we saw another staff member on their way up with our luggage. So, I think communication between staff is very important. Additionally, regarding food options, the pizza station was frequently closed. Also, the burger stand stated it closed at 6:00 PM. However, when I went down at 5:45 PM, they were already packing up, so I didn't get a burger. Otherwise, all the other services were great. Drank many Mojitos!

i booked last night (recommended by Chat GBT!) and had a great sleep. The bed was comfortable and had the best pillow on my trip of 5 days so far. Nice blind blocks out light. Had some trouble with the espresso machine (nice touch), but it was promptly changed. it’s ideally located at La Isla shopping mall. The rooftop bar was really buzzing till 11 pm, so you might not want to book the fifth floor. I was on the 4th and it was perfect. i swam this a.m.—both the pool and jacuzzi were delightfully warm. Caught up with Emily in Paris on Netflix! I’d stay again in a minute. in fact, i may go back this trip. i also found Trip.com had the very best price for this hotel: $165.

This hotel was NOT a good choice. It was pleasantly quiet only because it only offered a place to sleep. There was nothing there except a bar and a small pool. We had to go to the adjoining hotel to eat or for any entertainment. We paid for a premier ocean front room and were told that Trip.com sold us a reservation for a room that was not available. We were put in a room overlooking the parking lot, street, and lagoon. They later moved us to another room considered “ocean view” that has a window overlooking the water. The bathroom was so small that there was no room on the tiny vanity to put anything so there was a small ladder in-the corner to put our toiletries on. There was only one lightbulb in the bathroom …in the ceiling. Even though the hotel photos showed a makeup mirror and large vanity with a shelf, we did not have either. The unlighted shower had no shelf and had a shower curtain that did not contain the water so the bathmat and floor were always wet. We had to go over to a window to have any light. There was a small useless desk in the room with no lamp or plug. The bathrooms in the llobby or around the pool were always dirty with un flushed toilets and wet floors. Several times there was no toilet paper, except on the floor. The food choices were very limited. We could only go to the a la carte restaurants 3 times … all other meals had to be in the buffet which was in the other hotel. The food there was always cold and worse than fast food…. Probably the worst food we’d had in Mexico in the last 20 yrs of coming here. Looked the same every day. You had to give the hostess your room number and wait to be seated. I guess they wanted to make sure you only came in one time. At one point, after the hostess seated us in the buffet area, a manager came over to our table to tell my husband that we were in the wrong place and needed to move! Not sure why that happened and we were NOT happy about the scene that was created. I found the hostess and told her what occurred . She got the manager and I asked her why she singled us out about where we were sitting. She had no explanation ! The whole experience at this hotel was unpleasant. I would NOT recommend it to anyone . There are much nicer places in Csncun with much better food and accommodations.

Mura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long trip. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!

The room was quite spacious, but clearly very old. Even with a 'sea view' room, if it's located in an unfavorable part of the building, you'll only catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The hotel's beach was spotless, no seaweed in sight, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety, though the taste was just average; my favorite dish, surprisingly, was the oatmeal cooked with milk.

I highly recommend Oleo Cancun. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is not big but rather medium but is the ideal size if you prefer to stay away from those massive resorts that feel more like malls than hotels. However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated. The food from our all-inclusive package was delicious, with a variety of restaurants and buffets to choose from. They offered a range of international, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, with plenty of options for meat, vegetables, fruits, and cakes. The hotel is quite peaceful at night, which is nice if you're not looking for a party hotel. The staff was attentive and remembered us, making us feel valued. Our room was clean, and they always tried to accommodate our needs. We paid a small fee for a late departure, which gave us continued access to the facilities and food for a very good deal, perfectly matching our evening flight schedule. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. The location is very convenient for the airport and is situated on the strip.

This is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area.

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.

The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night. The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude. Overall, it is very good and suitable for vacation. Ordinary rooms can see a little sea at the edge. If you need a sea view, it is recommended to have a sea view room. Seaside hotels are more humid, but the sea is indeed beautiful.
