"The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Station, a 10-minute walk from both the JR and subway lines, making it easy to get to popular spots like Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree. However, there can be some noise late at night from guests checking in or moving their belongings. Also, some of the foreign backpackers tend to be a bit smelly and are quite chatty at night, which can be a bit disruptive."

"Don’t miss this super clean hotel. Best for solo travellers, even with friends or family, I’d recommend to stay here also. There’s free flow of coffee, matcha latte, chocolate 24 hours. Big common areas. For the shared bathroom and toilets, there’s sufficient. Never came to a situation that we need to queue."

"Facilities: The overall facilities are quite comprehensive and very new. The capsule rooms are also relatively new and spacious. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good. Environment: The functional areas on each floor are very clearly divided. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and patiently answered questions. (The shower area is large, there are many public restrooms, and you can see Tokyo Tower from the 10th floor. However, the hotel does not provide hot drinking water, and the toothbrushes are a bit stiff. Other than that, everything else is good.)"

"I have to say, this was a truly heartwarming stay. The price was great, and the location was super convenient. Shibuya 109 and Don Quijote were just a few hundred meters away. On my first visit, I couldn't find the washroom, and the front desk lady actually walked me to the washroom on my floor, even though it was late at night. You need a password to access your floor, but both the accommodation and the washrooms were incredibly clean. You have to wear disposable slippers in the washroom, and it felt as clean as my own home. Everyone was very respectful and quiet. As a solo traveler, staying with others felt like being with sisters, giving me a strong sense of security and preventing loneliness or fear, haha. Although the sleeping area was small, it had everything I needed: a place to hang clothes, a safe, charging ports, small shelves for belongings, a night light, and a ventilation switch. I really admire Japan for this attention to detail; it made me feel very safe and comfortable. From now on, whenever I come to Tokyo alone, I'm definitely staying here!"

Hotel near Central Tokyo,Tokyo
The hotel is only a two-minute walk from Ebisu Station, and is located in an area lined with many restaurants, such as Ebisu Yokocho. Finnish sauna is offered for both men and women in a separate floor. To follow the authentic Finnish method, you can experience "Löyly", where you can enjoy a steam bath by throwing mint scented water on the hot sauna rocks by yourself. Sauna-only use is is also available (no reservation required).

"I was traveling alone and thought that’s a great way to meet people. I did end up meeting a few, but that was more because I’m talkative. It’s a rather calm Capsule Hotel and there was the rule that I needed not to be in the room between 11/ 12 am and 3pm. They were cleaning the whole location, so I wasn’t allowed to leave stuff in my capsule, I had to put it into my locker. They provided me with a Pyjama and towels. The capsule itself was hard plastic, you have to like it to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable. If you’re traveling with a suitcase, there are 2 levels of stairs that you need to take to get to the capsule hotel and after that everything works fine if you have a suitcase with you. They provide an elevator inside ! What I enjoyed was that each floor was gender separated. So the first 3 floors were men only and the top 3 were women only. So for a female solo traveler it’s highly recommended ! The location was mind blowing! Everything was close and the train station ebisu is only 3 min away"

"Oh, I forgot to mention something in my last review: sometimes booking separate nights can be cheaper than a continuous multi-night reservation. I stayed a total of 5 nights across 3 different bookings. For my Tokyo trip, the absolute highlight was staying at this all-female hostel – it's truly the best of its kind! It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and this entire 9-story building is dedicated to women. 1. **Convenient Location**: It's just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi and Shiodome subway stations, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby. 2. **Capsule Pod**: It was much bigger than I expected! 1.3 meters wide and 2 meters long. I chose an upper bunk, and at 1.75 meters tall, I could sit up straight without my head touching the ceiling – I was very pleased! The pillow and mattress were comfortable too; I prefer firmer pillows and bedding. 3. **Communal Bathing Area**: Located on the 8th floor, you need to take off your shoes and enter barefoot. I was surprised to see so many long-haired women, yet there was hardly any hair on the floor; it was kept very clean! After a long day of walking, being able to sit down to shower and then soak in the artificial hot spring bath to relax was pure bliss! There were also many different toiletries to choose from, and the hairdryers were Refa – my hair felt so smooth afterwards. The hair oil smelled lovely, and I enjoyed using the peach-scented Johnson's body lotion. 4. **Communal Lounge**: On the 9th floor, there are tables for working. Free drinks are available 24 hours a day, free popcorn and waffles (motion-activated, quite cool!) are available after 5 PM, free ramen after 7 PM, and free curry rice in the mornings. There are also free massage chairs in the lounge, which was fantastic!"

"Much more comfortable than I expected! Perfect for solo travelers. The sleeping space was surprisingly large. The heating in winter was incredibly warm, I didn't even need a blanket (which was quite thin anyway). I'd read on Red (Xiaohongshu) that some people detected an odor, but as someone very sensitive to smells, I didn't notice anything! The shower gel and shampoo had a lovely fresh citrus, lemongrass, and woody scent – I really liked it! 😍 Next time, I'll try the Hamamatsucho 9h, it's even closer to Tokyo Tower."

"Nice experience!Overall I recommend it for solo travellers. The location is central and it is close to metro stations. Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday. One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem. Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning."
