"My stay at this hostel in Tokyo was a truly comfortable experience. Coming from China to travel in Tokyo, my immediate impression was that while space is limited here, everything is managed with incredible attention to detail. The hostel's common areas were consistently spotless, and the beds, showers, and toilets were all meticulously cleaned. Even with many guests, it never felt messy or chaotic. The staff were friendly, communicated well in English, and were very patient with foreign visitors. I especially loved the common lounge area. After a long day exploring the city, I'd come back, grab a bento from the convenience store, make myself a coffee, and watch travelers from all over the world quietly chatting, reading, or planning their next adventures. There was a long-lost sense of relaxation. Tokyo is a fast-paced city, but the hostel felt like a little haven where you could slow down. As a Chinese visitor, I also appreciated the emphasis on public order in Japanese accommodation culture. Everyone naturally kept quiet and respected each other's rest time, making shared living spaces surprisingly comfortable. Of course, if you're expecting a luxury hotel, this isn't it. But if you're looking to experience Tokyo on a reasonable budget, meet travelers from different countries, and feel the city's authentic and warm side, then this hostel comes highly recommended. Tokyo is vast, with countless sights to see, and having a clean, safe, and welcoming place to rest during your journey is a sight in itself."

"I absolutely loved this hostel and highly recommend it! It's very quiet, and even with 12 beds in one room, everyone was considerate, so I slept really well. The blackout curtains were great, letting me sleep in naturally. The washroom area was also very clean. The price is incredibly affordable, making it perfect for solo travelers. I stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed it here. There's free coffee and a lounge on the second floor. You can see the Skytree from a short walk down the street, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Senso-ji Temple. Right across the road, there's a Uniqlo, MUJI, and a drugstore, making shopping super convenient. I'm not sponsored, just genuinely recommending this place!"

Hotel near Tokyo Tower Area,Tokyo
The 9h nine hours Hamamatsucho provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Tokyo will find that the 9h nine hours Hamamatsucho is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is only 300m from Hamamatsucho Station and 14km from Haneda Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. The closest major public transportation, Daimon Metro Station, is only 200m away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Azabudai Hills, Tsukiji Outer Market and Tokyo Tower. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. For guests traveling alone, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"I stayed in the men's guest room. After checking in on the 1st floor, I received a card with a QR code. Then, taking the elevator to the 2nd floor, I could use the locker corresponding to my room number. The 2nd floor has lockers, bathrooms, and sinks. In my case, I was assigned to the 5th floor. I left my luggage on the 2nd floor and slept soundly on the 5th floor. Also, on the 10th-floor lounge, you can enjoy the night view (Tokyo Tower is visible) or eat food. However, there's no microwave, so you have to heat up convenience store meals at the convenience store. One inconvenience is that you can only move between floors via the elevator, which is a hassle. Everything else is convenient and the facilities are good, but this elevator is really frustrating. Even more so from a Korean perspective. Nevertheless, the capsule room is relatively spacious, which makes it convenient. However, it's unavailable from 11 AM to 3 PM, so you can't comfortably rest during the day. Aside from about two downsides, there don't seem to be any other major issues. The serious one is the elevator. That's all."

"The staff were very friendly and even took the time to sit down and chat with the guests, which made us feel very welcome. They were accommodating throughout our stay. There was always a good supply of tissues and toiletries, and the pantry offered free hot and cold water, along with chopsticks, spoons, and forks. A microwave and tea were also available for guests to use. The only thing I was hoping for was complimentary coffee, but aside from that, everything was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place."

The Shinjuku Kuyakusho-Mae Capsule Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Tokyo. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 500m from Seibu-Shinjuku Station and 21km from Haneda Airport. Seeing Tokyo's sights from this hotel is easy with Omoide Yokocho Memory Lane, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and Tokyo | 2026 ONEW CONCERT[ONEW THE LIVE:Q]IN JAPAN all close by. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling alone.

"I chose Shinjuku Kuyakusho-mae because of its convenient location, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the capsule. The capsule had visible dust buildup in the gaps and corners, indicating that these areas are not cleaned thoroughly. More concerning, the air vents inside the capsule were dusty and did not appear to be working at all. With little to no airflow, the capsule became stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during the night. For a capsule hotel where guests spend hours in a small enclosed space, proper ventilation and cleanliness are essential. I hope management improves its cleaning standards and ensures that the ventilation system is regularly maintained and functioning properly. The excellent location is overshadowed by these sanitation and maintenance issues."

"I absolutely loved this place! It has a great sense of comfort, It was great to come back here every night. It's super close to a lot of stations, easy to go anywhere. So many amenities, the do-it-yourself drinks at night are awesome!!! Lots of options. Massage chairs as well, ice cream! Machine to take out the smell from the shoe! Everyone working there is super sweet (althought I really would prefer all the staff was female as well - there's a lot of male staff). The only other complaints are that everything is plastic and paper cups, so much garbage!!! They could really make it a system of use and clean it yourself for the plates. The elevator can be veeeeryyyyy slow-its only one. And there's no shoehorn!!! So many amenities but no shoehorn which makes it kind of crowded at the entrance sometimes for putting the shoes on."

Hotel near Akasaka,Tokyo
The SPABLIC INN Capsule Hatago Akasaka is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Tokyo, having been recently opened in 2024. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 2km from Shinanomachi Station and 20km from Haneda Airport. In addition, Akasaka-Mitsuke Metro Station is just a short walk away. Seeing Tokyo's sights from this hotel is easy with The National Art Center, Tokyo, Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Musical: 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.

"Excellent overall, though the top bunk design is a bit impractical; the support area for the knees is quite hard, which is a minor inconvenience. Everything else is pretty much perfect. The common areas are nice, but there are some rules, like needing to wear a Japanese yukata. Other than that, the travel amenities are complete, and the hot springs are a highlight – it's clearly a hot spring hotel, which seems to be their main business. Overall, it was a good experience. There are a few minor inconveniences, mainly having to wear a Japanese yukata to enter the relaxation area, though I understand their concept and it's quite unique. For a typical travel hotel, it can be a bit inconvenient. It's best suited for those looking for a simple rest."

"Generally the hotel is good, location is near the subway about 5mins walk and 7mins walk for JR. It is not facing the main road so its pretty quiet at night. The locker is suitable for hand carry size luggage, bigger size will have to be placed along the path or kept with the receptionist. They offer free storage during the check in day until check out day. One concerning point on hygiene, the towel and door mat are placed together each day for your usage, and placed in the same bin for washing. Some towel are tangled with hairs. The bathroom will be good to have some hooks for clothing."

"Before my arrival, I had to change my reservation due to a personal matter, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in processing it. I was also very pleased that they assigned me a good bed upon check-in. The only minor drawback was that the lockers weren't on the same floor, unlike at the Ningyocho branch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory."
