"The staff at the hotel are amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. The room and especially the amenities that come with the room are fantastic. The fact that there is a pool, gymnasium and buffet breakfast are truly a bonus. Even though it is located near the Imperial Palace, take with comfortable walking shoes as it is a 25 minute walk to get to the entrance. The location of the hotel makes it an ideal choice as it is not far from Haneda Airport and it was 25 minutes by cab to get to the cruise terminal."

"If you're into stepping back to the 80s, you absolutely gotta stay here! This hotel totally makes you feel like you're in an Al Capone movie. What a bummer I didn't bring my pinstripe suit! There's a Family Mart right in the hotel, so you're all set for basic food and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it's a bit on the pricey side. The best part? They've got a free shuttle from the airport and back! Plus, there's another free shuttle that takes you to the mall, which has tons of food and shopping options. That free shuttle also swings by the JR Station. And get this, there's a temple just a hop, skip, and a jump from the station, and an old village nearby. It's totally worth the trip to walk around those streets and try the eels!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family of two adults and one child stayed for two nights, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean and spacious, a comfortable size for Japan. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the bedding was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's free shuttle bus goes directly to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, with a stable schedule, saving us the hassle of transfers. There's also a shuttle service to and from Shin-Urayasu Station, making it convenient to get to downtown Tokyo. We took the Airport Limousine bus directly from Narita Airport to the hotel entrance. The front desk staff were patient, enthusiastic, and communication was smooth. It has a strong, quiet resort atmosphere. It's very suitable for families whose main itinerary is Disneyland. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

The garden is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with a fantastic ambiance. There's a shopping mall right below the hotel, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers."

"really loved the airport shuttle service; it was incredibly convenient and definitely the highlight of my arrival. The reception staff were also very friendly and spoke English well. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find any drinking water in the room. I’m not sure if it wasn't provided or just hidden, but it’s something that should be easier to find."
