"We are a family of 7, and we needed a place to stay for one night in Brisbane. Airport Motel Brisbane had just the right setup for us. One room for our 5 kids, and one room for my wife and I. The rooms were clean and inviting, and good evidence of recent remodel. Location made it very convenient to walk to the City Cat ferry in order to explore Brisbane for the afternoon. Customer service allowed us to check in early with our airport luggage, which was super helpful."

"First of all, I'd like to thank Trip.com for their proactive follow-up and feedback. This hotel really isn't suitable; the actual room condition is poor and too old, not matching the photos online. We waited almost twenty minutes to check in because the front desk staff kept chatting with a guest. That guest was also strange, as their card had insufficient funds and the hotel doesn't accept cash, so they just kept talking... After we checked in, we found that the living room and two of our rooms were right next to a building under construction, really close by. Then, on the other side, they were digging a foundation. We requested a room change. The new room was at least not next to a construction site, but the foundation digging started before 7 AM every morning. Let's talk about parking next. You won't figure it out without spending some time on it. No matter how much the front desk explains, you won't get it right the first time. The cost is also expensive at $45 a day. You first drive into the adjacent Apollo parking lot, go down to levels 5-8, and find their hotel's marked parking spots. Many of them are occupied, and you can't just park anywhere, or you'll get towed. Once you find a spot, you take one elevator, go down to P8, then get out and take another guest elevator to your floor. Every time you want to get your car, it involves two elevators and a maze-like search for your vehicle. Anyway, it's not easy. Finally, when we booked the room, we mentioned we had a child and needed a quiet room. They received the information, but still gave us such a noisy room, which I don't quite understand. After we checked in... we found there was no internet. The hotel staff said the service provider was doing maintenance and didn't know when it would be fixed. Luckily, it was working the next day."

We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport."

This hotel is located near many of Hamilton's attractions including Eat Street Northshore, Bluey’s World Brisbane and Zero Latency VR. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Hamilton hotel provides parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel.

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations; the restaurant is closed and there's construction. Our room, however, had been refurbished. They tried to make it 'smoke-free' by spraying some kind of citronella, but the smell only went away after two hours with the window open. The elevator didn't quite reach our floor, and after we reported it, they declared it 'out of order.' The bathroom facilities were fine, and we did sleep well. Nearly every hotel here is called 'Airport,' so we went to the wrong one first. It's also further from the airport than we expected, costing 20 AUD for a taxi. So, at the moment, it's not really recommended, but the price was good."

"First time I've stayed here. I was aware of the mixed reviews & I've stayed at other hotels in Chermie but they were booked out on this occasion. It was raining heavily when I arrived so appreciated the undercover parking spaces immediately outside the reception. Check-in was seamless (thx Trip.com) & they didn't require a security deposit or CC scan so my customer trust box was ticked :-) The car park is secure & at ground level but spaces are limited; I was able to find a spot though at 4pm. There is public parking out on the street without restriction after 5pm. I had a Hotel Queen Room on the 2nd floor. Easy access via lift and the common areas were clean & well lit. The room and bathroom were clean with a pleasant aroma & no smell of mould (reported by others), air-con was on. I had a choice of two sliding doors to access the balcony so good for fresh air (but no insect screen). Overall, the room was comfortable whilst showing some signs of wear & tear. The shower had a choice of either hand-held or fixed head (rainforest type) & had plenty of pressure - great. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries, unless you're happy with generic multi-function liquid soap! The fridge was empty except for a small uht milk with no complimentary springwater or mini-bar that you might find in other hotels. There was TV, tea/coffee making supplies and a small microwave. If you like to sleep in complete darkness (like me), bring an eye-mask as the hallway lighting outside the room is bright & on all night, creating an aura around the front door that is hard not to notice. The area was relatively quiet with the hotel located on a side street. It's an easy & short walk to a major shopping centre and the bus station if you need to head into Briz City, which is a 20-30min ride away & only $0.50 fare - awesome. Breakfast (from 7am) was also included but I had to head-off early so wasn't able to grab a bite this time. In summary, I felt that the room rate was appropriate and score my overall experience as good."

"Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable slippers, but other amenities are provided. The balcony is nice, and while the bedroom isn't huge, the living room is quite spacious. The bathroom has two entry points and a bathtub, which is great for a soak. Both the room and living room air conditioning units work really well. The front desk service was good, but being rushed to check out by the cleaning staff wasn't a great experience. Overall, it's still excellent value for money, and the pool was open."

"Here's a breakdown of my experience: 1. **Location:** Fantastic! It's within walking distance to the CBD and Central Station (about a 5-minute stroll), and close to the free City Loop bus. If you're driving, there's free parking, but spots are limited, so late arrivals often have to park temporarily on the street. 2. **Facilities & Experience:** This is a 3.5-star budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even having balconies. The bedding is comfortable, the free WiFi is stable, and there's a 24-hour front desk. The downsides are that some bathrooms are a bit dated, and street-facing rooms can get some traffic noise. 3. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage was smooth, and security felt adequate. 4. **Value for Money:** The price is very reasonable for Brisbane city. It's a great option for business travelers, budget-conscious tourists, and families on a road trip."
