Guest UserGreat location , near to train station, shops cafes,restaurants and supermarkets. Good environment. The apartment was clean and well equipped . However , if they can provide more dish washing & laundry detergents for families whom have meals and stayed for a week in the apartment, will be a better. Overall stay , I give a 5 star ⭐️

Guest UserWe didn't end up staying for the night we had booked as when we entered the room it had a strong cigarette smell and the bed coverings were covered in stains. The car parking area was very tight.

I was fooled by the name of the Holiday Inn, like a temporary building in a residential resettlement area, located at the entrance of the community, also on the second floor, and you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Not far from the supermarket.

Mattt04Overall, I was satisfied with the value for money. The location wasn't bad either, which was great because I could get around Brisbane to the city center and main attractions without worrying about transportation costs. The room was cleaner than I expected, and most importantly, it was convenient to connect my phone to the TV to watch shows. Cable TV worked well too. All in all, it's not a super luxurious hotel, but for this price, it's a perfectly satisfying place to stay!

Room was very large and beds were comfortable. It was cold when we arrived and the air con had been put on so it was marvellous walking into a warm room. Very happy overall.

Self service was a bit strange but if you call them 24hrs in advance, like suggested, it would be a smooth transaction. Room was neat & tidy & quite spacious! Lots of power points, lighting & secure window. Nice having a topped up Kitchenette, tv, aircon & remotes… with batteries! Decent bathroom for the unit size just grossed out by the shower curtain. Security guy was very helpful AND free onsite parking was a bonus!

Kate HenleyWe booked a king room which said king size bed, and I requested 2 extra pillows. We never received a reply from the hotel about our request. We arrived at 8pm, were met by a foreign backpacker who gave us our key and we got a tiny queen size bed room, which was relatively clean but the room had cockroaches running around everywhere. We were not happy to book a room and pay for the bigger bed and get the wrong one. The only good thing about that hotel is it is quite close to the international airport.
