"The hotel is located in the center of Moxi town and has parking. It has a lovely little garden and a beautiful environment! The room facilities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was a smart toilet, a large indoor bathtub, and disposable bath bags for hot spring bathing – it was incredibly relaxing! Our room had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains – absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also a special experience, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Dinner was at the hotel, featuring yak hot pot, which was delicious and reasonably priced! The young man at the front desk was professional and attentive, even providing helpful information about nearby attractions, the local temperature, and how to get to the tourist service center (only a kilometer from the hotel). Private rooms have hot springs piped in, allowing you to soak in the steamy pool with the majestic Gongga Mountains right outside your window. All fatigue instantly melts away. The public outdoor soaking pools and garden foot baths are clean and tidy, with the water changed after each guest. After a soak, your skin feels incredibly smooth and radiant. 💖 Warm and Thoughtful Service The butler-style service is exceptionally attentive. They helped with luggage, patiently planned our itinerary, and reminded us of things to note in the scenic area. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruits and a sumptuous breakfast. The auntie's freshly made porridge and side dishes were both comforting and delicious. We also got free ******* clothes to wear for atmospheric photoshohoots, which were thoughtfully arranged with local scenic spots as backdrops. The original photos were already high quality, and a simple edit made them ready to use. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic."

"I have always heard that the beauty of Hailuogou is intoxicating. This time I chose to stay at the Fanlatu Hotel with my friends. It was really a very correct decision. We just arrived at the entrance of Hailuogou Maoxi Town, and the conspicuous signboard of the hotel came into view. Draging the luggage and walking past, the road is relaxed and there is no sense of fatigue. The surrounding environment attracted me at once, surrounded by green mountains, trees, and the occasional bird song was crisp and pleasant, making people empty their bodies and minds. Stepping into the homestay, the front desk staff was as warm as the sun, with a sincere smile on their faces, making people feel warm. The check-in procedure was quick and efficient. In the waiting moment, a cup of hot local tea with a unique aroma was handed to me. Take a sip, the strong tea fragrance instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey. Taking advantage of the gap, I looked at the lobby, the simple wooden decoration and local characteristics contrasted with each other, creating a rustic and warm atmosphere, making people feel like they are back home. Entering the room, the simple decoration style gives a refreshing feeling. The walls are soft in tone, the furniture is neatly arranged and practical, and everything is just right. The bed was extra soft and comfortable, the sheets were clean and tidy, and we collapsed on the bed, and the comfort almost made us forget. The next morning, I stood in front of the window early, waiting waiting for the wonders of Rizhao Jinshan. At first, the snowy mountains were quiet and white in the morning light, and as the sun rose slowly, the golden glow was gently sprinkled like silk thread, and the snowy mountains were covered with a golden halo. Not long ago, the whole peak was dyed with dazzling gold, and the magnificent sight made me hold my breath. The large Akita dog in the hotel added a lot of joy and warmth to this stay. They know clearly which attractions go to the best light in the morning and which attractions go to the fewer tourists in the afternoon, so they can enjoy the beautiful scenery. According to our time schedule, we also customized a play plan for us. Location is also a highlight of this homestay. The scent of the food stall downstairs in the morning woke us up. When you walk out of the homestay, you can see the lively food stalls. I have a special interest in the fresh bean flower, which is in a bowl, like white jade, and the entrance is instant. And the fried potato, the outer and the tender, bite a crunchy, the special sauce on the glaze, the taste is a must."

"Big shout out to the hotel staff for their thoughtful and attentive service! We came from Chengdu planning to visit Hailuogou, and even though the weather was foggy, our hotel experience was surprisingly good. The location is right next to the Hailuogou Tourist Center and just a hundred steps or so from the Catholic church in town, making it super convenient to get around. The private hot spring room was excellent, with a great view. Since it was raining, we could comfortably enjoy the hot spring in our room. The water in the private hot spring isn't just regular tap water; it's mineral-rich hot spring water. All in all, this hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Plus, they even have charging stations for electric cars! It'll definitely be our first choice next time we visit."

"This feels like the best and most well-equipped hot spring hotel in Hailuogou! Highly recommend staying here! I booked a room with a private hot spring bath, and the owner said the water is all natural hot spring water, which is very comfortable to soak in. The room was also clean and hygienic, with air conditioning, a smart speaker, and an electric blanket—a great experience! There's also a free breakfast in the morning, and the noodles were delicious! There's an outdoor public swimming pool and over a dozen hot spring pools, as well as fish spa and sauna—perfect for a relaxing vacation!"

"Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth."
