"The executive suite here is quite good, much more spacious than the hotels I've stayed at before, and the price is reasonable. It's right on the food street; for lunch, I just popped over to the Wengling Ginger Duck next door. Plus, it's pretty close to the Puppet Theater, Quanzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and Guan Gong Temple. The walls on the ground floor and in the parking lot are also great for photos. It's a shame I was in a rush this time. I hope I get another chance to stay longer next time and properly experience the tea room and the hairpin making."

"For my Quanzhou trip, I chose the InterContinental Taihe, initially drawn by its convenient location, close to all the main attractions. I booked an Executive Suite, which included Executive Lounge access. The room offered simultaneous views of the Ferris wheel and Jinjiang Bridge โ€“ you could watch the tide come and go during the day, and the nighttime views were even more stunning. Right next door was the Maritime Silk Road Xunfeng Night Market, bustling with local life. From check-in onwards, the staff's service was exceptional, especially Ms. Xiao Mao. Her service was consistently attentive and responsive to every request. The room key card was also very unique and made for a nice souvenir. The breakfast is highly recommended; it featured almost every type of Quanzhou snack, allowing you to savor global delicacies without leaving the hotel. Western dishes, fruits, and regular breakfast items were also plentiful. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'World City of Gastronomy,' and I can understand why international visitors also choose to stay here."

"As a long-time Ctrip user, this was my first time booking and staying at this hotel. While it's an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, the maintenance and management are excellent, especially the cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas. The hotel's location is superb, just minutes away from major attractions in Quanzhou city center, and literally seconds from various parts of Quanzhou Ancient City, including plenty of dining options. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The parking attendants in the courtyard were professional and helpful, assisting self-driving guests with parking. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thorough; they even informed me a day before arrival about directions to the hotel, parking, and upgraded my room. We received complimentary welcome fruits and evening snacks, plus a paper guide to local attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, typical of a five-star hotel breakfast with local specialties. All in all, next time I bring my family to Quanzhou, this hotel is a must-stay."

"I wholeheartedly give this guesthouse a five-star review! I was amazed from the moment I checked in; the room looked exactly like the online pictures, with no discrepancies whatsoever. The overall decor is elegant yet cozy, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff even upgraded us to a sunny room, and stepping inside, the view was simply stunning! The guesthouse environment is exceptionally quiet and secluded. Although it's close to West Street, it offers great privacy, making for a very peaceful night's sleep and significantly improving sleep quality. The hot water supply was stable and ample, with good water pressure. After a day of travel and sightseeing, being able to enjoy a refreshing hot shower to wash away the day's fatigue was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The surrounding environment is clean and beautiful, with pleasant scenery and thoughtful details everywhere. Because the living experience was so good, we extended our stay for another night, and they even kindly helped us move our luggage to a new room. The overall stay was excellent, offering superb value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again for future trips!"

"Decided to visit Quanzhou on a whim and after looking at many hotels, I finally chose the Wanda Realm. My friends told me it was the first five-star hotel in Quanzhou. The lobby is very grand with many local cultural decorations. I arrived quite late at night and was upgraded to a top-floor scenic room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was also large, with excellent wet/dry separation. There was a dehumidifier, so the room didn't feel damp or sticky, which was great. The hotel's breakfast incorporated local snacks. I had Mianxian paste for two consecutive days, and it was delicious! The location is also excellent. It's just the right distance from the old city โ€“ not so close that it's noisy, but still very convenient for transportation. There's also a street with many great food options about 300 meters from the hotel, with several restaurants that are incredibly tasty! Quanzhou is wonderful, I'll definitely come back next time and stay here again!"

"This hotel is great! It's located right on the edge of the old town, offering unbeatable city views. You get the convenience of parking, and it's not too far to walk to West Street or Kaiyuan Temple. The local 'mianxianhu' (vermicelli paste) downstairs is incredibly delicious โ€“ a must-try! Although the hotel breakfast is also very good; it's the first time I've seen AD milk (a popular Chinese children's yogurt drink) offered for breakfast, and I filled up a big cup. The ice cream at the front desk is a kid's favorite; they grab one every time they enter or leave, and it tastes like Mixue (a popular Chinese ice cream chain). Most importantly, the staff's service awareness is exceptionally high. It's my first time experiencing 5-star hotel service at a 3-star hotel. They gave us a fridge magnet, allowed us a late check-out until 3:30 PM, and even provided various travel guides. The gentleman who helped us was probably Dylan Han, if I remember correctly."

"The hotel is quite new, and the facilities in both the rooms and public areas are very well-maintained. Room cleanliness and service response were excellent! The breakfast and executive lounge restaurants were great, with a good variety of afternoon tea and dinner options that changed almost daily. Local specialty snacks and dishes were also offered every day. The lounge staff were very friendly. The dining area in the lounge was a bit small, and during holidays, it would get packed during meal times. However, the leisure and meeting areas were clearly separated, so the functional layout was still very good. Now, for a few less satisfying points. The male front desk attendant at check-in was rather cold and spoke in a disjointed manner. Perhaps we arrived late and he was tired? Our room requests weren't met initially, but the hotel quickly provided a solution that we all found satisfactory. Their efficiency and approach to resolving issues were commendable. The executive room wasn't very large, especially its width, which meant the view wasn't as expansive as we'd hoped. This might reflect the difference in positioning between Crowne Plaza and InterContinental in terms of room size and layout."

"Everything was excellent. I was so lucky to book this place on my first day in the city, but unfortunately, I couldn't extend my stay for the second night. Although it's newly opened and fully booked, there was no chaos, everything was well-organized. The bedding was great, especially the pillows; I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was good, abundant, and delicious, and the dining area was spacious and bright. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. The lobby was impressive, with a well-arranged and efficient book bar and computer area. Even the souvenir was lovely and came in handy during my trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time."
