The hotel's location is perfect, really close to all the main attractions. The soundproofing in the room was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and everything was spotless. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped me, was amazing – super responsive and helpful with any request. Five-star rating for sure! This will definitely be my first choice when I visit again. 😊"

"I booked a king-sized room for my business trip, and at check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. As soon as I opened the door, I was captivated by the night view – the city lights outside were beautiful, layer upon layer. The room facilities were in good condition, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners being spotless. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was also thoughtful; they helped me carry my luggage into the room. I stayed here for two nights and had a very good rest. I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🌟"

"Traveling with a child, front desk staff member Yechen provided exceptional service. She proactively upgraded our room and a robot even delivered toothbrushes and slippers to our little one, which made them very happy. Later, when my child accidentally broke a mouthwash cup, she promptly helped us resolve the issue. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and our child really enjoyed it, making for a very comfortable stay. The Sunshine Night Market is right downstairs, and Wudianshi is also very close by."

"This hotel, under Quanzhou Culture and Tourism, guarantees excellent service and hygiene! Choosing to stay here was, in my opinion, the smartest decision of my Quanzhou trip! The hotel is conveniently located near Qiaoxiang Commodity City and Guandi Temple. The absolute best part is Pingjin Road nearby, which is full of amazing food – I couldn't even pick what to eat! I was so incredibly happy 🥰 There are shared electric scooters and bicycles right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get to West Street and the ancient city. Cruising around the ancient city on an electric scooter was incredibly freeing and blissful!"

"The room was quite spacious and the facilities were brand new. Laundry and drying were done in just an hour. The staff were also very warm and attentive, making it a great hotel! 👍 Getting around Quanzhou Ancient City was super convenient. We could book the 'Xiao Bai' shuttle bus directly via a mini-program, and it took us from the hotel entrance to various attractions."

The hotel environment is very clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. There's free parking, which is very convenient. "This hotel definitely doesn't meet five-star standards. The room was practically empty, just a coffee table, a chair, and the bed – that's it. When we asked for an extra chair, they brought a folding one, but there was no sofa, no proper desk… nothing else. What truly surprised me was how hot the room was. My husband was sweating profusely, thinking the AC wasn't strong enough. Turns out, when we finally got through to reception (side note: the phone was initially hard to connect, and the QR code for hotel services in the room was invalid – it felt like the hotel was on its last legs, honestly), the staff admitted the air conditioning wasn't even on! This is supposed to be a five-star hotel! They only agreed to turn it on after we insisted. My guess is they keep it off everywhere and only activate it for specific rooms when guests complain, all to save money and cut corners. The tea set in the room was shoddy – cheap enamel mugs you'd find on the street for a couple of bucks, and disposable cups. Again, I was shocked. There wasn't even any welcome fruit. Yet, the bathroom was huge and had a big bathtub. The luxurious size of the bathroom and the sparse, basic amenities in the bedroom created a bizarre contrast! They absolutely refused to add a children's meal to breakfast. It seems breakfast is their only real revenue stream. I heard it's quite lavish, though not much meat, and costs around 180 per person? The owner clearly has a strong grasp on saving money and maximizing profit; I have to admire that! So, do I recommend it? You decide for yourself. To be honest, I'm not exaggerating anything. I wonder if many other reviews are fake, but mine certainly isn't! 🤷"

The bedding was so comfortable that even I, someone who struggles to sleep in new places, fell asleep quickly.
