"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service."

"Had a fantastic stay at Atour Hotel Quanzhou! The location is excellent, very close to the West Street Ancient City area, making it easy to walk to and convenient for exploring and finding food. If you're driving, it's completely hassle-free as the hotel has its own parking lot. The room was clean and fresh with good natural light, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were attentive, and the hotel has great amenities. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; after a day of sightseeing, coming back to relax was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding again, provided an excellent night's sleep. Atour Hotel is an outstanding choice for a road trip to Quanzhou's ancient city. The service is thoughtful, the facilities are new, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!"

"The location is great, right outside the door there are plenty of food options in the neighborhood. The alley is also very quiet at night. Check-in is completely self-service, and it's pet-friendly, which is a big plus! The cleanliness is decent, and the bedding is very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The only issue was that when I called the first time, they didn't inform me about parking in advance. We ended up calling them again after arriving and spent nearly half an hour driving around to find the parking lot. The parking lot is also in an alley and quite hard to find, and I didn't see any charging stations. Parking costs 20 yuan, and it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the guesthouse. We didn't explore the surrounding area."

"My stay here was incredibly satisfying. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of JiuYi Street, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting all the major attractions in Quanzhou. Before check-in, the staff proactively reached out to confirm my room preferences and even thoughtfully provided a local travel guide – the attention to detail was impressive. The room itself was spotless, bright, and well-organized, with all facilities new and in perfect working order, providing a great user experience. All the service staff were warm, polite, and responded promptly to requests. At check-out, I even received a thoughtful little gift, and they proactively asked if there was anything unsatisfactory during my stay – the service was truly meticulous and considerate. Both the hardware and the soft services far exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Quanzhou, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."

"Traveling to Fuzhou from Quanzhou to visit three places, this hotel provided the best service on this trip – absolutely fantastic! From the moment I saw the hotel from downstairs, I was impressed by its design, and upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the front desk staff's warm and enthusiastic service. I had already done my own research, but the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing a handwritten guide and detailed explanations, which were even more comprehensive than my own. The hotel is very close to West Street. In the morning, I visited Kaiyuan Temple and experienced the traditional hair ornaments, and in the afternoon, I explored West Street, enjoying the food, shopping, and taking photos. As I was walking, I realized I was already close to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The hairdryer was powerful, which was a huge bonus for someone with long hair! Quanzhou was the last stop on this trip, and it felt a bit rushed, so I didn't get a chance to try the complimentary cocktails. I hope to visit Quanzhou again in the future and will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"This is my third time visiting Quanzhou as a university student, and I stumbled upon this gem of a guesthouse for around 100 RMB a night! I just had to write a glowing review! This little guesthouse is definitely worth it. The owner is a local from Quanzhou and is incredibly nice, always willing to help and answer any questions. Facilities: They provide disposable bath towels, toothbrushes, paper cups, and fresh bottled water daily. The room is fresh, clean, and gets plenty of sunlight. The bathroom has no odors or bugs V✪ω✪V, and the cleaning staff are diligent, tidying rooms every morning and noon. Transportation: The owner provided picture directions to the orange building, which wasn't hard to find. It's right inside West Street; the front entrance is a two-minute walk to the pedestrian street, and the back entrance is a three-minute walk to the main road where you can catch a taxi. The surrounding area is lively, but the guesthouse's alley is quiet. The air conditioner is a Xiaomi unit, very warm and quiet in winter. Also, the owner often helped me bring in my food deliveries. When I first arrived, seeing how well the guests got along with the owner, I knew I'd made the right choice! The owner even helped me carry my luggage to the room. The guesthouse has a list of good local eateries nearby, and the owner's guide to the old street is very detailed, featuring cheap, tasty, and delicious food. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't great, and there can be some noise from the corridor occasionally. However, this is a small issue, and for the price, the service already far exceeds expectations! (Last three pictures are of my 'baby' going home!!! Hope my review helps you all out V✪⋏✪V)"

"The room was incredibly clean. I'm so glad I picked Moonlit Mountain in the end, as there were so many options. The service was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were lovely and attentive, communicating with us carefully. The room had a projector TV, and even the hairdryer was gentle on hair. Downstairs, there's a washing machine and dryer, and umbrellas are available if you're heading out – they really thought of everything! My child kept praising me for choosing such a great hotel."
