GGuest UserThis was my second trip to Quanzhou with my best friend. I'm incredibly picky about hotels, and after a long search, I finally settled on Nanyue 18. It exceeded my expectations throughout our entire stay. From the moment we checked in, the staff helped with our luggage and gave us a detailed, friendly introduction to all the sights and must-try food spots. We completely ditched our own itinerary and just followed their recommendations. The room was comfortable and spotless, with many thoughtful touches. When we left, they even gave us each a local snack, which was delicious! My friend, unfortunately, forgot hers at the high-speed rail station. We were going to offer to pay one of the staff members to buy some for us, but instead, they sent us two huge bags, free of charge! I was so touched 😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Quanzhou with my family and kids.

WWeishengsuciThis place is right next to West Street, but it's surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The main entrance has a code, so only guests can get in, which makes it very secure. The room also uses a code instead of a key card. The environment is lovely, and from the rooftop terrace, you can see the Twin Pagodas of Kaiyuan Temple. There's even a small intangible cultural heritage exhibition. The service is excellent; after booking, a dedicated butler team added me on WeChat, and they were very attentive to all the details. The room is fully equipped with everything you could need. This is one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in, easily comparable to some five-star hotels!

ZZouzailushangdepipiThis hotel offers excellent service; the staff are all very warm and welcoming. The drinks, ice cream, and game console at the front desk were a must-have for the kids whenever we left or returned. The roasted sweet potatoes were also delicious – please prepare more! The room was very clean, with great attention to detail. The price increase during the Chinese New Year wasn't too outrageous, which was acceptable. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the ingredients were good, and I especially appreciated the separate sections for raw and cooked food. Quanzhou isn't large; a taxi ride to attractions near West Street usually takes less than 20 minutes. The accommodation was very quiet, which was a big plus.

YYaoyaojiadeyuThis hotel is simply perfect! The room was huge, and the cleaning staff tidied up every day. Every evening, they'd bring sweet soups like tremella or red bean, along with fruit, right to our room. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was also great; we could leisurely enjoy breakfast there before heading out. There's a gym and a pool on the 6th floor.
Speaking of which, I almost gave a bad review. When I chose this hotel, it was specifically because of their swimming pool. However, when I got there, I found out that during the Chinese New Year period, the pool hours were only from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This is exactly when we were out and about! How could anyone use the pool then? I was so annoyed. But, considering their excellent service, I let it go and still gave a full five stars.
I also want to give a special shout-out to ”Huihui” at the front desk. We accidentally left something in the hotel fridge and only realized it after we'd checked out. Huihui very enthusiastically helped us find it and even mailed it to us. We're so grateful!
All in all, this is a hotel with complete facilities, thoughtful service, and a warm, lovely atmosphere. It's the kind of cozy place that made us look forward to coming back to rest every day after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Its location is perfect – tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient for sightseeing, allowing you to enjoy peaceful downtime. The hotel environment is super comfortable, with greenery tastefully sprinkled throughout the public areas, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was cozy and spotless, with soft lighting design; it was so relaxing to curl up on the sofa and binge-watch shows at night. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful. For breakfast, there were freshly made noodles and authentic Chinese pastries that tasted amazing, and even the coffee was freshly ground. The hotel also offers small drinks, and enjoying the breeze and scenery in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The service was consistently excellent, with every staff member wearing a smile, making you feel incredibly welcome. This hotel has definitely made it onto my 'must-revisit' list!

Ssmz59Even though I only stayed for one day, it left a great impression on me. First, the location is excellent, very close to the West Gate of Kaiyuan Temple, just 200 meters away, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. Second, it has a 'winding path to a secluded spot' feel; from the room, you can see the West Pagoda up close and the East Pagoda in the distance, offering tranquility despite being in a bustling area. Finally, the owner's service was exceptional, not only providing detailed travel tips but also ensuring the room was clean and comfortable. All in all, it's a homestay worth revisiting.

Most of the volunteers there used to be the guests (proof for how lovely the community is!) and all thanks to Xinyue, Qiuqiu, Cici, Weiwei, Hongmei, A-Jun, Ms Lin, Bro Cong, and Sis Nan, such an unforgettable memory with you guys in Quanzhou!

Fflf123This hotel was recommended by a friend. When my taxi arrived, I was immediately struck by its grand exterior. Stepping inside, the lobby felt spacious and bright, and there was a pleasant aroma. The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions – a huge plus right away! After swiping my card and taking the elevator up, I opened the room door, inserted the key card, and as the electric curtains opened, the lights came on, illuminating the entire room. The bathroom is separated from the main room by a sliding door, and the vanity is wide. Overall, it's excellent, from the room's environment and layout to the very helpful front desk staff. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Quanzhou.

AAnonymous UserRoom was really big, and although it was further than I expected, its still of a walkable distance from the airport. Room was big and had plenty of space! Cleanliness wise was actually pretty alright, EXCEPT the toilet. I think it was mentioned by another reviewer that there is a very strong smell i think coming from the drain. It really hits you in the face whenever you open the toilet door, so im quite affected and reluctant to use the toilet lol. But luckily the toilet and bath are separated, so I think if you close the toilet door its still fine. I just hold my breath when opening the toilet door. Also its still bearable for me since im only there for 1 night (im in quanzhou for a 24 hour layover), but otherwise the smell is really not for long stays, so I would say considering the price I paid (and the proximity to the airport) its still an acceptable stay BUT if you're staying there for longer I would recommend looking for other hotels! (Which is a shame really because I like staying in large rooms normally and i think i dont have high standards for my stays as long as its clean, and this room is pretty spacious)

EEmily YingThis homestay is superb for me and my family member from Malaysia. The location is great and the pin location is accurate is u grab car from Didi.
This homestay can grab Didi anytime.The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip. Definitely we will come back again Quanzhou just want stay in Lanxin courtyard only.
这家民宿对我和我来自马来西亚的家人来说太棒了。位置很好，如果你用滴滴打车，定位很准确。这里打车很方便。酒店对面的商店是老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科，稍后我会贴上图片供你参考。然后你跟着招牌走进小巷就能找到民宿。这家民宿 的主人非常乐于助人和友好。由于我的行李在机场损坏了，主人帮助我在网上买了一个新行李，一天之内就拿到了。民宿甚至每天为我们提供一次性毛巾、面巾、牙刷和牙膏。也不用担心洗发水和沐浴露。如果你住在这家民宿可以带更少的物品省略不少行李过重的麻烦。酒店位置很棒，三餐都能吃到好吃的食物。一些步行距离内的餐厅我会贴在照片里。而且从这家民宿乘坐小白车前往许多旅游景点只需 2 元人民币。总而言之，这家民宿物超所值，我要感谢民宿主人让我在旅途中住得愉快。我们一定会再来泉州，再次住在蓝馨。或许可以说是蓝馨让我爱上了泉州，这个充满人情味的民宿。
