"The hotel deserves its four-star rating. The lobby and the restaurant on the second floor are both beautiful and elegantly decorated. The room was also nice. 22 square meters is basically consistent. The beds and quilts are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, and the service is excellent. "The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room."
