"Check-in was easy and all the service staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable. The bed was the softest and most comfortable we've had across all our stays in Korea. Seating on the terrace was quite comfortable too. When I went downstairs to ask fo more water, the service was prompt, with a bag at my door by the time I was back at my room. The restaurant food was also quite tasty and reasonably priced for dinner and a wide selection for breakfast, with some options changing from day to day. The hotel also has an area where cars can easily drive up to the door, making taxi/uber services simple for pickup and dropoff. Would definitely stay here again."

"overall, the Shin Shin Jeju airport hotel was good. For the price that you pay it was a nice budget hotel with a decent amenities. Some people complained about their room being dirty, but ours was pretty clean. We didn’t see anything that was too noticeable. The front staff does not speak English when we checked in or checked out. It was very close to lots of different restaurants and convenience stores, which made it a really good location. Overall, we would stay there again. Something that we noticed that was a little bit strange was that there’s no alarm clock in the room, but maybe most people these days use their phone as their alarm clock so that’s why it wasn’t in the room."

"This hotel is right by the sea with unbeatable ocean views. It's also very close to the airport. However, getting to tourist attractions by public transport isn't very convenient, as you need to transfer. It's quite close to Qixing Street, though. The service was pretty good. My daughter got sick right after we arrived, and I asked the front desk staff for advice on the emergency room. Later, a local Chinese tour guide told me we picked the right hospital, so I'm very grateful to the front desk guy. The room we stayed in was nice, and hygiene was good. The only thing I couldn't understand is why there wasn't a single power outlet in the bathroom; I had to go outside to blow-dry my hair."

"We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am."

I recommend choosing a first-floor room as it has a large balcony where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in Gwakji Beach and has a large lawn in front. Bus 202 goes directly to the airport. There's a GS25 convenience store downstairs, and a 7-Eleven further along towards the beach. There's also a BBQ Fried Chicken within 500 meters. The front desk service was exceptional; English communication was very smooth. They were incredibly patient while we picked out small gifts and even told us to take our time."

"Overall, we had a decent stay at Jeju Bolton Hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the airport, which made traveling around Jeju quite practical. The room was acceptable and had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, for a hotel that presents itself as high-end, some aspects were disappointing. One major downside was that the swimming pool required an extra fee even for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable for this category of hotel. Another negative point was the housekeeping service. During our 4-night stay, the room was cleaned only twice, even though we requested housekeeping every day. This was below expectations and affected the overall experience. The staff were polite and the stay was still comfortable overall, but the service and facilities did not fully match the standards expected from a premium hotel. In summary, the hotel has a good location and decent comfort, but there is definitely room for improvement regarding service consistency and guest amenities."

"Much smaller than expected. It's suitable for a solo business trip, but not really for a leisure trip due to the cramped space. A 25-square-meter room with two 1.5-meter beds leaves no room at all. On the bright side, it's clean and tidy, and the pedestrian street downstairs is very convenient. However, paying 1100 a night before the May Day holiday simply doesn't match the conditions... For families, I'd suggest sacrificing a bit of renovation for a bigger room, seriously. By the way: I'm not used to the customs here. I've been spoiled back home, and coming here truly feels like a hardship... The supporting facilities are just too far behind."

"This is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night."
