Guest UserI traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the sea view is beautiful. However, my room on a lower floor had an obstructed view; a higher floor would definitely be better. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily life very convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The front desk service was just okay; the staff weren't particularly friendly and didn't smile, but they could communicate in basic English.

Guest UserI had such a happy stay! It's been renovated, so it's clean and quiet. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were incredibly kind, even changing the bedding without me asking. For the best views, I recommend the main resort building. If you're in the hotel building, definitely check out the karaoke! My three nights were so comfortable and happy! Thank you so much!

The hostess built a house that many people dream of in Jeju Island. It is even more beautiful in reality than in photos. It is the most suitable place for 4 to 6 friends and family to drive there by themselves. All the details of the hard and soft furnishings are great. You can see that they are carefully made.
Although the host may be away, some service details may have some problems. But for those who pursue their dreams, full encouragement is necessary. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Jeju.

Guest UserFirst off, the location is truly fantastic – really close to the airport, duty-free shops, and all the main attractions. There's even a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived late on New Year's Eve, around 11 PM, and check-in was still super fast. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and the room had a great view; you could see the ocean right from the window. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and the potato pork bone soup across the street was delicious too. Now for the only downside: it's quite close to the road, so there was a bit of noise at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Jeju Island is beautiful!

Guest UserSeamless check-in experience due to self check in kiosk. Staff was able to assist with storage of breast milk. Room was spacious with a spacious bath tub and a beautiful ocean view. However, gym was stuffy and no water filter or towels provided. So do take note. Basic gym equipments in a small room. Overall, still enjoyed my time here. If you’re a foreigner, do wait for the staff to finish checking your room before officially checking out. If you’re a local, I observed to be quite instant. So there is quite a local first, foreigners second service here. But to each its own. Just be patient and be happy.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an unbeatable location, which is its biggest highlight. Opening the window directly gives you a full sea view, and the ocean scenery is absolutely stunning.
Transportation is super convenient too. A convenience store sits right downstairs, and plenty of dining spots are within easy walking distance, making grabbing meals effortless during the whole trip.
Everything else about the property is great, except for the poor attitude of the female receptionist at the front desk. I didn’t interact with any male staff there, but the woman working at check-in had a permanently grumpy, world-weary expression the whole time. Her face looked gloomy and almost tearful, which ruined the warm vacation vibe and left me feeling unwelcome.
The front desk is the hotel’s first impression for guests. Tourists come here to relax and enjoy their holiday, and we don’t owe her anything. It would be much better if she could treat visitors with basic kindness and a friendlier demeanor. Aside from this one issue, I had a pleasant stay overall.

Guest UserThe place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

Guest UserThe hotel room was suitable as a simple stay for the night. We appreciated the location right by the beach, near souvenir gift stores and nice eateries. Whilst it’s a more old-fashioned and vintage-esque hotel, the room was comfortable and the shower pressure was lovely. Unfortunately, the service was questionable. My friend and I had an incident in the late night around 3am and 4am with knocking from a Korean male neighbour. We’re not sure of his intentions as he spoke in Korean and could not understand, but it was a very frightening experience. It took several calls to the front desk to finally get through to staff and when I explained there’s a man knocking on our door outside — they did not show any sense of urgency or took the matter seriously by helping us to check our floor. Instead, the male hotel staff said he’s sleeping and never came to our room to knock, which confirmed it was a stranger. When we asked for security or female staff to assist us, the male staff said there was no one else except male staff. We ended up staying up in fear and had disrupted sleep. In the morning, a female staff at the front desk translated to us that the man who knocked was a “student with disability”. A very strange experience and poor explanation given, there should have been more efforts to help make us feel safe and comfortable — especially being two females travelling together. Stay safe to future guests, and please latch your door and check the balcony is locked.

Guest UserThe ATM in the adjacent 7/11 is helpful, just a 10% real fee (not 3%, because the ratio difference is 7%).
There are 3 doors, the out door, a door to the restroom and a door to bedroom. But the noise from the street is so big that the little room surrendered by the 3 doors is much better in noise proof. I guess something is wrong with the wall between the room and the street, maybe too old, it's actually a motel for 3/4 rooms, if you do not book an more costly off-street room.
