JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite. The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!

LLingbingxueerThe hotel isn't far from the city center in a straight line, but it's on a hillside, so getting a taxi can be slow. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport. I'd recommend finishing your meals, shopping, and sightseeing before heading up the hill, otherwise, there's absolutely nothing around. Even a supermarket or restaurant requires a car; walking is pretty much out of the question. The hotel does offer room service, mostly Western-style dishes. It seemed like all the rooms were booked, but some were actually empty. The pool closed quite early. Every room has an outdoor hot spring, which they claim is cleaned, but there were still plenty of fallen leaves and cobwebs. The bathroom drain clogged easily, and the general hygiene was just okay. It is a very quiet environment. You can always call for a golf cart. The staff helping with luggage was good, but it was pretty frustrating when they dragged my 20-inch suitcase down the stairs, scraping its wheels on every step.

GGuest UserLocated in the heart of New Jeju, the hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops and a bustling pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. As an established five-star hotel, Grand Hotel offers fantastic value for money. The service is warm and welcoming, with the front desk staff able to speak some basic Chinese. The greeters and porters are also very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the higher floors offer nice views. The cleanliness is satisfactory. Two bottles of drinking water and disposable slippers are provided, but toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately.

QQianshanghuakaiThis was our last night in Jeju Island. The room was very clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating made it very warm. The facilities were new, and the location was great, right next to a pedestrian street, perfect for a stroll. However, maybe because our stay was so short, I didn't find any unique little shops. There were plenty of BBQ and potato pork backbone soup restaurants though. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's also very close to the airport; we actually walked there the next morning.

GGuest UserThe cost is cheap, the bathroom is insufficient, and the sound insulation is not good. As a night stay in Hanyu Mountain, the location is convenient. There are supermarkets and supermarkets downstairs, and shopping is quite convenient.

AAaaashenVery satisfied! We arrived quite late on the first night, but the uncle at the front desk was still there. When he saw we were Chinese, he immediately used a translation app to communicate with us. He had a great attitude! The cleaning lady was also very nice. The location is super good, making it very convenient to get anywhere. If I come to Jeju Island next year, I'll definitely stay here again, haha!

GGuest UserThe Philippine receptionist is so nice and she get up to call taxi for me at 5am, the location is grate near by the airport ,restaurant and also daiso but room and any amenities a little dirty and old. I got kind mold smell in my room that why here perfect for some people have early morning flight, not perfect for long term. It’s perfect for the cost
