"The hotel is located near Zurich main station, and the room size is quite generous, which is rare for this area. It's an apartment-style hotel with very friendly service. There's a tram stop right outside that goes to the central station, though you still have to walk a few hundred meters. The front desk offers daily tickets for about 9 CHF each. Breakfast is delivered to your room, and you can pre-order the time and selection at the front desk; it costs 20 CHF and is highly recommended. My only minor complaint is that there were small bottles of alcohol and snacks in the room without prices listed, so I assumed they were complimentary, only to find out at check-out that there was a charge. That aspect was a bit unfriendly."

"Very clean and fully equipped (we really appreciated the coffee machine). Check-in was very straightforward. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods, which was a bit incovenient. There was also a microwave, but the plates and mugs provided were not microwave-safe (the metallic decoration gives off sparks), which is another inconvenience. On our last day I was rushing in the hallway and slipped because the floor was freshly mopped. I sprained my ankle. Maybe this could have been prevented if there had been a sign to draw attention to the wet floor. Despite these, I would recommend!"

"Great room which was well-designed with everything we needed. The service was excellent, despite not being staffed or having a reception desk at the property. The self check-in is very easy but unfortunately I had to contact the hotel to receive the information on how to do this as I hadn't received it. Once I'd checked in online I could see that they'd sent me some messages telling me how to do this, but I could only access this information once I'd already checked-in so I'm not sure how I was supposed to see the instructions before then. Thankfully it was easy to contact them and they were very helpful in sending me the information. They were also very speedy in providing extra pillows which we requested when we were there. As well as an improved system for sending the check-in information and additional pillows, extra hangers and hooks/rails to hang towels would be beneficial but these are all minor points. We were very happy with the room and the service we received."

"The room was great, except for the bed, which was too soft and a bit short. It was fine for two women, but it would be too small for a man. You can cook, it has a kitchen, and the bathroom is large, with a washer and dryer. There's also an oven in the kitchen. You can buy food from the supermarket and cook your own meals, which we did several times. My room even had a balcony. Transportation is also very convenient. Turn left and walk 500 meters straight to the station. Highly recommended, great value for money."

"The location was very convenient, near a station with many lines. You can't enter from the front of the building, so you have to go around to the back. There are two key boxes lined up, and the key comes out from the one that matches the key code. The key code will be sent to you by email from the hotel immediately after booking, and you can get the key code by entering the necessary information. I read a lot of reviews, so I was pretty prepared, but it was less inconvenient than I thought it would be. The shower had a curtain, so the toilet didn't get flooded. The amenities were a gel that included body soap and shampoo (as is the case everywhere in Switzerland), so if you are concerned about that, I recommend bringing your own body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The TV didn't turn on. The window didn't close completely, so I blocked it with a weight. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the neighbors walking and the phone ringing, and the building is old. Checking out is also done by putting the key in the box. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. I stayed for one night and checked in late and checked out early, so it didn't bother me too much and I thought it was reasonable considering the price."

"The front desk of this hotel is off work at five o'clock every day. I don't know what time in the morning because we go out earlier every time. It is too suitable for young people to live here. "We were being attended to on emails and chats whenever we required. Such a convenient location. Love the studio and was thankfully on 2nd floor. No elevator but other than that everything was great!. The girl Gretta was so sweet and kind. Surely recommend to stay here and will do as well in pur next trip!"

"Overpriced accommodation because the building is old and the bed was not propely maintained upon arrival, also very difficult to find out the room because according to the instruction the room number and floor mentioned on the key, however there was not proper information provided on the key there was too many number it was very difficult to understand especially for tourist person or any new cummers. I would like to suggest they should be allocate the one person in the building who can assist to the people . Bed was totally uncomfortable, LED was too old no smart TV, if anyone coming from any other countries so how they will be understand the Channel on TV. They should be updated the things, I'm not fully satisfied, one main thing on arrival room door was already opened. It was so strange for me and I was struggling to find out the room till 1 hour. Apart from that, location wise it was ok near to the tram, bus, and train station as well as near to the airport."
