"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent."

"Service: This is where the hotel truly shines. All the staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and thoughtful. They provided detailed explanations and actively offered assistance. I especially appreciated encountering two Chinese-speaking staff members who not only wished me a Happy New Year but also engaged with me in Chinese, making me feel right at home. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the main train station and all the attractions in the Old Town, all within walking distance. The hotel design is appealing, and the little calf statue at the entrance is adorable. Facilities: The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. However, the pillows weren't very comfortable and might not be ideal for people with neck problems. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the details left something to be desired. There was a faint, persistent odor from the refrigerator in the room, even though it was empty, suggesting that ventilation needs improvement. Also, one of the towels had noticeable orange-red stains."

"Overpriced accommodation because the building is old and the bed was not propely maintained upon arrival, also very difficult to find out the room because according to the instruction the room number and floor mentioned on the key, however there was not proper information provided on the key there was too many number it was very difficult to understand especially for tourist person or any new cummers. I would like to suggest they should be allocate the one person in the building who can assist to the people . Bed was totally uncomfortable, LED was too old no smart TV, if anyone coming from any other countries so how they will be understand the Channel on TV. They should be updated the things, I'm not fully satisfied, one main thing on arrival room door was already opened. It was so strange for me and I was struggling to find out the room till 1 hour. Apart from that, location wise it was ok near to the tram, bus, and train station as well as near to the airport."

"The room was great, except for the bed, which was too soft and a bit short. It was fine for two women, but it would be too small for a man. You can cook, it has a kitchen, and the bathroom is large, with a washer and dryer. There's also an oven in the kitchen. You can buy food from the supermarket and cook your own meals, which we did several times. My room even had a balcony. Transportation is also very convenient. Turn left and walk 500 meters straight to the station. Highly recommended, great value for money."

"Good location. Only a few stop by bus from the central train station. With kettle, microwave and most kitchenware provided. The hair dryer wasn’t working in our room. Reception ends at 6 pm so could get a replacement hair dryer."

"It's truly a rare find to get an apartment with cooking facilities in Zurich! The room was very spacious! It came with air conditioning and electric heating. We bought eggs and vegetables from the supermarket and cooked instant noodles, which was a great experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zurich. The staff were exceptionally good! They were incredibly responsive to all our requests, which is quite rare to find in Switzerland!"

"The room was quite small, but it came with a microwave, utensils, and more. There's a supermarket downstairs that's open late, so you can buy food, store it in the room, and heat it up later if you get hungry. You can store your luggage, but the storage room isn't locked. Access to the building and rooms is via a passcode. However, even if it's past the 3 PM check-in time, you'll have to wait a few minutes for the passcode to activate before you can open your room door."
