"First time in Dalian, and it was a fantastic experience. My flight was late, so I didn't arrive until almost midnight. The owner was incredibly patient, waited up for me, and even came to the lobby to meet me personally. He also upgraded my room type! The room was very spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The living room and bedroom were also separated. From the window, I had a direct view of Donggang and could overlook the city. A truly wonderful experience. Dalian is beautiful, the hotel is great, and the owner is very handsome!"

"This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian."

"Before my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!"

Dalian Shopping Mall, featuring a wide array of snacks, is just across the road. Dalian Railway Station is also conveniently nearby. Metro Lines 2 and 5 connect to numerous destinations, and Line 3 provides direct access to Jinshitan Tourist Resort. You'll also find Pavilion and New Mart shopping malls in the vicinity. Adjacent to the hotel, a vibrant night market food street offers an abundance of seafood stalls. Entry to the hotel is by password, and check-in takes place on the 26th floor. It's advisable to add the front desk on WeChat prior to arrival for convenient communication. The rooms come equipped with a refrigerator and washing machine. A drying rack is provided for convenient laundry, and small packets of laundry detergent can be requested from the front desk. "I came to Dalian for a trip, but my flight was canceled due to the weather. I randomly booked a hotel for one night. The hotel is conveniently located near the university town, with direct bus access. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, assisting me with directions and even carrying my luggage. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and it's an apartment-style establishment. The staff called in advance to confirm my arrival time. The room was spacious enough, clean, hygienic, and not cramped. Although it faces the street, it was very quiet at night with no noise. There were helpful instruction stickers in many places around the room. It's very close to both the train station and the airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride. The hotel is located near Xinghai Square, which makes it very convenient for visiting the nearby attractions."

"The room offered a sea view, which was lovely. Having a washing machine and a fridge was a huge plus, and all the appliances and furniture felt quite new and were in good working order. They even provided branded toiletries and a decent kettle, and the TV worked perfectly – truly impressive. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the space felt very generous, complete with a wardrobe, sofa, and even a kitchen. Downstairs, there were all sorts of shops, and it was close to the subway station, making it incredibly livable. Honestly, it felt more comfortable than some long-term rentals I've had in other cities. My few days of vacation truly felt like 'living.' I could sleep in until I naturally woke up, then go see the sea, visit attractions, fly kites, go mudlarking, and feed pigeons and seagulls. I even managed to wake up early one day to catch the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. At night, I'd stroll through the night market, find a spot to eat while listening to live music (it's great to find a seat!), and then head back to watch TV until I felt sleepy before drifting off. Each day was perfectly rounded and wonderful."

"Absolutely fantastic! The owner is a very gentle and attentive woman. The accommodation is comfortably decorated, and the second floor of the loft has a great ceiling height. I'm an architecture student, and you can book this apartment with confidence. In terms of location, safety, and interior comfort, it's excellent value for money! It's rare to find accommodation with such good natural light at this price point! Because it was quite cold during our stay, the owner upgraded us to a loft with better underfloor heating for free. The room has a fresh air system, and the underfloor heating prevents the air from being too dry compared to other places in Shenyang. The subway station is right outside the back door, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since we were tourists, we asked the owner for recommendations, and she gave us detailed introductions to local specialties. We tried a few places, and they were indeed very good."

"Nice hotel. Nice view of Dalian city and port. Worth the money. If you book with breakfast included, do not forget to tell the reception and get the breakfast tickets. The breakfast includes continental menus and delicious Chinese foods. Our room got a problem with the drainage but the staff was very helpful to offer to change to another room. If we'll come back to Dalian, we would definitely stay at this place again."

"The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful night view. The Wi-Fi was fast, hot water was readily available, and a microwave was provided for heating simple meals, which was convenient. The building itself isn't new. The service was very patient and easy to communicate with. One drawback was the building's poor soundproofing; I could often hear doors closing, and it was noisy when people were on the phone in the next room."
