The place was very clean, and the service was excellent. They even gave the kids complimentary hot spring tickets. There's afternoon tea, and the hot springs weren't crowded and had plenty of space. It's very close to Golden Beach Gate No. 5. We had a great time during our two-day, one-night stay. We arrived around 11 AM, and our room wasn't ready yet. After lunch, the front desk notified us via WeChat that our room was available. All in all, we were very happy, and our child absolutely loved the craft activities!

The service was great! A day before check-in, the staff contacted me to ask about my child's information and provided suitable slippers and other amenities. When we arrived, they quickly arranged for an extra pillow and blanket upon request. They also accommodated our late check-out. Although the facilities are a bit old and the summer premium was high, the balcony sea view was absolutely stunning and left us with wonderful memories. A quick tip: it's best to bring your own hairdryer (the hotel's is quite old) and shower slippers (they only provide disposable ones). If you plan on taking a bath, bring your own large bath liner (you can also order one via delivery once you're at the hotel). The main bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not.

The room was incredibly spacious and well laid out, with a separate living room and bedroom, which was perfect for our family – everyone had their own space and privacy. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic city views, and the city lights at dusk were simply beautiful. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient for the seniors. The staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. It's truly ideal for families traveling with older relatives. Highly recommended!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was well soundproofed and very quiet, with great natural light and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were patient and attentive, always promptly helping to resolve any issues. A special thanks to Anna, Winni, Ida, Jim, and Ken at the front desk for their thoughtful service. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. I truly recommend it to everyone.

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

Now for the cons: Firstly, there were stains on the room's carpet, which weren't cleaned properly. Also, unlike other Crowne Plaza hotels, there were no tissues on the nightstand, which was a bit inconvenient. Regarding the phone, a robot always answered first. I think these calls should go directly to the front desk staff; having to ask to speak to a human every time is quite troublesome. Lastly, there was no pen provided on the desk, which was an oversight. Summary: Overall, it was still good, and the little activity was nice. There were a few minor flaws, but they didn't significantly impact the overall stay. However, I hope the mentioned shortcomings can be improved to ensure a better experience for future guests.

How to describe it? We checked in a bit early, and the front desk staff was so welcoming and generous. They gave us a quiet room, and when they heard we were there for a concert, they specifically assigned us a room facing the stadium. That small detail really touched us! We'll definitely come back next time. It's only a 500-meter walk to the stadium, the area is very safe, and you can order amenities from Trip.com to be delivered – the hotel staff will remind you and even bring them to your room! Extremely satisfied, felt right at home!

During my stay, I wasn't feeling very well. The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian.
