The moment I opened the door, I was stunned by the ocean view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The blue sea and sky merged beautifully, the morning sun sparkled on the water, and at night, the lights twinkled like a galaxy. I could enjoy the magnificent scenery right from my bed. The room design was simple yet elegant, spacious and unconfining. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a good night's rest until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, equipped with an excellent hairdryer and high-quality toiletries. The water pressure was stable and the temperature was just right, making for a super comfortable shower experience. Details like high-speed Wi-Fi also showed how thoughtful everything was. Both the facilities and the warm service were impeccable – a truly five-star experience! "The hotel is not far from Zhongshan Square, about a 10-minute walk from Donggang. You can see the conference center from the room. The hair dryer is very useful. Although it is not a Dyson, it has a large wind volume and the hair is very fluffy after blowing. The itinerary was changed temporarily, and the check-out was delayed by half an hour. The hotel also reminded me immediately if I left something in the room. Good value for money. It would be more perfect if the room had a USB charging port and a smart switch."

KKaytodayI just got back from an amazing stay at Amano Hotel in Dalian, and I can’t recommend it enough! Being so close to Xinghai Beach was a game-changer—I loved starting my mornings with a stroll on the sand. The hotel itself felt really welcoming, with cozy rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were really friendly, always ready to chat or offer tips on what to see in the area. There's usually sojourners who can speak English to help international tourists. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. I’m already planning my next visit!

For just 20 RMB, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the shuttle bus all day, which conveniently connects all gates from 1 to 7. Gates 3 and 7 offer water activities, while Gate 6 features a charming beach dotted with pink tents. If you're looking for dining options, Gates 1 and 2 have a wider selection. In the evenings, Gate 3 also hosts vibrant stage performances. The hotel rooms are generously sized. Photos 1, 7, and 10-13 below were all taken from the hotel balcony, showcasing the stunning views. In the evenings, you can clearly hear the lively buzz from the Gate 3 performances, and at 9:30 PM, you're treated to the spectacular fireworks display from Discoveryland. It's also a perfect spot to catch the sunrise in the morning.

GGuest UserWe visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412

LLeedearHotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the subway station, easy to take a taxi, and there are trams nearby. The biggest advantage is that it is quiet, especially quiet! The window of the room I stayed in was right outside the Xinghai Park. It was particularly good that I couldn't hear any sound when I closed the window. The small courtyard at the entrance is very beautiful, and the store is decorated in style. The room is clean and has no odor, but the bathroom door is transparent which is a bit embarrassing😅 Going out from the small back door of the hotel is Xinghai Park, and it takes less than ten minutes to get to the beach.

MM508947****First time in Dalian, and I was instantly drawn to the Grand Hyatt's stunning sea views after seeing them on Xiaohongshu! 🤩 I even got upgraded to a higher floor, and watching the cross-sea bridge and sunset from the hotel was just pure bliss. The hotel is located in Xinghai Square, with the beach right downstairs, and the seaside promenade is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get to the sea! The guest relations manager was also incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Dalian!!!

Pushing open the glass door to the balcony, the entire ocean unfurled before my eyes without reservation, a breathtaking sight I'll never forget. I spent most of my time on this private balcony—wrapped in a blanket watching the sun leap from the horizon in the early morning, painting the sky and sea in hues of gold; nestled in a lounge chair in the afternoon, reading with the sea breeze and gentle white noise as my only companions; and in the evening, the most romantic time, doing nothing but quietly watching the sunset dip below the horizon with my loved one, as the sky transformed from fiery orange to deep blue. The room's interior was also impeccable, with soft, comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries; attention to detail was evident everywhere. This stay completely cured my mental exhaustion, and I can't wait to come back and simply zone out to the sound of the waves again!

The room decor was full of childlike fun, the cartoon theme really hit the spot for the kids, and exclusive children's amenities and small toys were all readily available. The attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful. My child shrieked with joy upon entering the room, making it completely stress-free for mom! The hotel's children's play facilities are incredibly rich, and my little one had a blast, burning off energy all day, which was super convenient! Adults can also relax well. The heated pool's water quality is excellent, and the hot tub is comfortable and relieving. We enjoyed both swimming and soaking, feeling incredibly happy 💦 Special mention for the heartwarming service! A big thank you to the lovely Yina for her warm and attentive service throughout, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Also, the housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and tidy; her service was meticulous and caring. You can feel Shangri-La's dedication everywhere ❤️ The location is excellent, the family-friendly facilities are top-notch, and the five-star quality lives up to its reputation. Next time we visit Dalian with the kids, we'll definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money. The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill. We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA. Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

VVerusha GovenderBayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.
