This time I stayed at Orange Hotel, the experience was really perfect! From the geographical location to the service details, you can feel the hotel's attentiveness everywhere. It is definitely a very cost-effective choice! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to get to popular attractions or business districts. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and you can easily find midnight snacks at night. The design is fashionable and the rooms are comfortable. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be attracted by the modern and simple style. The warm lights and fresh fragrance create a perfect atmosphere. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and tidy. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you won’t want to get up once you lie down. The quality of sleep is superb! The soundproofing is also excellent, and you won't be disturbed by corridor or road noise at all. The details are perfect and the experience is upgraded. I especially like the intelligent design of the hotel. I can call Xiaodu to easily turn off the lights and turn on the air conditioner. I can also cast the screen to watch movies. It is super convenient! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the water pressure is stable, and the toiletries are of good quality with premium fragrance. The free tea bags and mineral water are also very thoughtful. The service is warm and welcoming. The lady at the front desk is very nice. She checked in quickly and even took the initiative to upgrade the room type! Room service was very responsive and any needs were addressed promptly. A small gift was given when checking out, which was really heartwarming! Super cost-effective, highly recommended! Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, Orange Hotel is an excellent choice. Next time I'm in the city, I'll definitely stay here again! I have recommended it to my friends.

There's even a morning market nearby where you can experience local culture and buy specialties. They offer free umbrella rentals on rainy days, and the TV allows for screen mirroring from your phone. The mattress is very comfortable, just the right balance of soft and firm, and the hairdryer is powerful and efficient! There's also a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient! The front desk even upgraded my room for free! The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow; by the second night, after showering for about five minutes, the water started to pool around my feet. It definitely needs some clearing!

The location of Orange Hotel (Dalian Railway Station) is fantastic. The metro station is literally just outside the hotel, and Dalian Railway Station is only a very short walk away. This made getting around Dalian extremely convenient, especially when arriving with luggage or catching a train to the next destination. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable, and I had a good rest throughout my stay. What really impressed me was the breakfast... it was superb! There was a very good selection and it was something I genuinely looked forward to in the morning. I also really liked the little touches in the lobby. Having a coffee machine available for guests and complimentary infused water was very welcome, especially after coming back to the hotel after a long day exploring Dalian. The hotel also has useful facilities such as self-service laundry, a gym and delivery robots, which add to the convenience for travellers. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay. The combination of an excellent location, comfortable room, great breakfast and thoughtful facilities makes it very easy to recommend. For anyone travelling around Dalian by metro or train, the location is hard to beat. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Dalian.

The front desk staff were warm and efficient, offering helpful local tips and responding promptly. Overall, it was an amazing stay. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Dalian, highly recommended!

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

I visited during the peak summer season, and twin rooms were quite popular for families with kids, with prices almost doubling compared to off-peak times. This hotel still offered great value for money after comparing it with others. Environment: I chose a room with a window, and there was basically no unpleasant smell. The soundproofing from the window was also quite good. Facilities: Compared to other older hotels, the amenities and room layout were much better. This was my first time using the hotel's free laundry service, which even included a dryer. It was so convenient for summer travel! Service: The front desk service was very enthusiastic. It seems that housekeeping only cleans if you hang the 'please make up room' sign; otherwise, they don't by default. My room wasn't cleaned for two days because I forgot to hang the sign. There are many restaurants and beverage shops within 500m, which is very convenient! 👍🏻

Ri Yue Ming offers excellent service in many aspects. We wanted to stay in a locally-owned hotel, and it turned out to be a very wise decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—everyone did their best whenever I asked for something. There are many local restaurants around the hotel, and Olympia 66 shopping mall is right across the road—just a 3-minute walk away. Most of the tourist spots were within 20 minutes from the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door. I absolutely loved their breakfast and afternoon tea service, which offered a variety of Chinese herbal teas along with plenty of pastries, fruits, and more. If you want to experience genuine Chinese hospitality, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. And the manager (I forgot his name) was super friendly—he’ll help you sort out any problems you might have. This was my second time choosing this hotel for a layover because it's close to the airport. Last year's stay was great, the price was reasonable, and the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. This year, I booked a standard double room. When I arrived, the receptionist said the window was an interior view window facing the corridor. Since I need a window in my room, I asked how much an exterior view window would cost. I think booking directly through Ctrip usually costs an extra 40+ RMB. Of course, I didn't expect the hotel to upgrade for free, so I asked the receptionist how much extra it would cost. She looked at the computer screen with a calculating expression and said, ”Add 99 RMB.” I said, ”Oh? Isn't it only 40+ RMB?” Then they asked for my ID. I didn't say whether I needed it or not. Seeing that I didn't react, they didn't look at me, still looking at the screen, and said, ”Okay, here's 49 RMB.” I said, ”No need. The original room is fine.” This is supposed to be a proper hotel, but upgrading a room is like a free market? The TV remote was covered in a thick layer of dust, probably because it wasn't used often and the staff hadn't cleaned it properly. I pressed a button and the TV turned on, but then the remote stopped working. I opened the back cover and saw that the batteries were chewed up and bent out of shape – I wonder how long ago it was? Was it a previous guest or a staff member? My flight was at 7:30 the next day, so I asked the front desk for a 5:00 wake-up call. The receptionist was very responsible. The hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service before 7:00, so I hailed a taxi outside the hotel. It was easy to get a taxi.

I originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.
