"First of all, the location is the best. Since it is a rooftop, the sunset and sunrise with the Duomo in the background from the terrace outside the window are amazing. However, it is a hotel, so there is no front desk, which is inconvenient. When checking in, there is the inconvenience of having to make an appointment and meet. They keep telling me to call 30 minutes before arrival, but how can I talk to a local? I am so nervous that I have a migraine. After taking the elevator up, I have to go up the stairs to the attic. The man who came to pick me up helped me, but my wrist ended up getting hurt. I briefly wondered why I had to pay this much money and go through all this trouble. During the 4 night stay, 2 people had 2 regular towels and 2 body towels. They said in the email that it was enough, but that was all. They didn't give me more. It was hard to flush the toilet. They didn't even tell me how to turn on the boiler, and they left without turning it on, so I woke up in the morning with a stuffy nose. It's not that hard to turn on the boiler, but I was upset that it was turned off after I checked in. Anyway, the view is amazing."

"A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it."

"Stayed in three room types, top-floor suite, double room, two-bedroom room, The top-floor suite is loft, top-floor, lower-floor toilet and sofa bed. The two-bedroom room is two big beds + 1 sofa bed, very large, no problem for five people The housekeeper is very good and handsome. When checking in, it is not difficult to climb the stairs with a large suitcase. 👍 The only drawback is that the building is a bit higher. The old floor in Europe is high. The first floor is equivalent to two floors. I lived in the top suite that night. I think I had to climb 7 or 8 floors to enter the bedroom."

"Highly recommend this Florence hotel! The location is excellent, you can walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers in a few minutes, and it is very convenient to go to the Lord's Square. "Incredible hotel! Everything was wonderful! The staff is very polite, they will help with any questions, the rooms are clean, all the appliances are new, the view from the window is wonderful, it's quiet, peaceful, and the price is very reasonable! These are the best apartments I've stayed in in Italy. Other hotels were more expensive, but the conditions were much worse than in Numa.
