"The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and well-equipped. However, toiletries and linens weren't replaced during our stay. The location is a bit out of the way, making it a long walk to the city center, and inconvenient for exploring on rainy days. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"At first I was frustrated because of the location. When I checked with the reception, only we know there's tram can direct from train station to the location, as google map never show this to us, and we walked at least 20mins with our luggage. And also we booked for double bed. When we checking in, the staff told us was their mistake so unable to provide us the double bed, and promised us to chg to double at second day. Ended up they didn't chg for us. I understand that requisition cannot guarantee but since the staff promised to us so ended up we quite disappointed. Other than those above, everything was great. Would come back to this hotel again."

"This was the most comfortable and favorite hotel I stayed at in Florence. Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse-style hotel. It was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was cleaned and the trash cans were emptied daily. Every time I returned from my trip, it felt like coming home; the sheets and blankets were neatly made and tidied. The air conditioning was cool and quiet, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in sunlight, making the room clean and bright! The windows were well soundproofed, so it was quiet to sleep at night. I was glad there was a microwave in the common areas, and there was a Carrefour supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fantastic—the peaches were cheap and of good quality. For this price, the room had a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee, and small desserts. I love European accommodations with balconies; I could make a cup of coffee in the morning and leisurely enjoy it on the balcony while watching passersby. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral. The only thing was to be careful not to splash water on the toilet floor when showering, as the toilet didn't have a door to maintain a clean design. Another point I'd like to mention is: please be sure to patiently read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill out the form completely before submitting it. After following the instructions step by step, you'll get a screen on your phone to unlock the door, and then you can use the electronic lock to enter your room smoothly. The front desk staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage to our accommodation. In short, our stay here left us with wonderful memories of our busy yet enjoyable trip to Florence."

"Я останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство."

I booked this guesthouse because the website listed air conditioning, but upon arrival, I discovered the room only had a fan and no air conditioning. This definitely affected comfort, especially in hot weather. Additionally, the accommodation charged an extra fee for late check-in after 8 PM, but I wasn't clearly informed of this during booking; I only received a notification on the day of arrival. This extra fee was enough for me to choose another hostel, so it would have been more reasonable if these charges were clearly stated before booking. Finally, I'd like to remind other travelers that the ratings on the website seem to be from a third party, not entirely based on actual guest reviews. Therefore, I recommend carefully checking other guests' actual reviews and the accommodation conditions before booking. Overall, this accommodation was somewhat different from my expectations, and I hope the accommodation can improve the transparency of its facilities information and pricing policies."

"Absolutely stunning apartment, location, amenities. We will definitely stay here again. So easy to get around and not too far from the fabulous sights, bars and restaurants. Close to the Piazzale Michelangelo which is an amazing platform to view across beautiful Florence."

"Stayed in three room types, top-floor suite, double room, two-bedroom room, The top-floor suite is loft, top-floor, lower-floor toilet and sofa bed. The two-bedroom room is two big beds + 1 sofa bed, very large, no problem for five people The housekeeper is very good and handsome. When checking in, it is not difficult to climb the stairs with a large suitcase. 👍 The only drawback is that the building is a bit higher. The old floor in Europe is high. The first floor is equivalent to two floors. I lived in the top suite that night. I think I had to climb 7 or 8 floors to enter the bedroom."
