"The hotel service was good, though the facilities were a bit dated. The space was quite large, and there's a bar downstairs, which makes for a lively nightlife. They also have a self-service kitchen where you can cook pasta for free, which I really enjoyed. Overall, it's a hostel I liked a lot."

"The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good. The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well. The hotel breakfast was decent. They had various breads, different spreads, cheeses, and sweet pastries, plus fresh juice. If I come back to the area, I might choose to stay here again."

"We arrived an hour earlier than check in because we arrived at 14:00. They will write us an email in advance to contact us about our check-in time After waiting less than 5 minutes, a friend helped open the door. We put our stuff down and we went to Pisa. We also provided us with an extra quilt at night. Although the heating in the house is average, it may be that the other party does not understand English. I didn't make it clear. "The location is very ideal, near to the train station. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. She offers a lot of good advice and suggestions on where to go. The room is spacious, and the toilet is new. The breakfast can be customised as it is cooked and served when you are at the dining area."

"We had a fabulous stay in Florence and the hotel’s location near the train station was fantastic both for when we arrived and departed (by train) but also for the three different tours we went on. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family, the breakfast was substantial with plenty of options, and the tiny lollies at the front desk were a sweet bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night. Happy with stay!!"

"The hotel is incredibly close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, which is very convenient. It's also within walking distance of the city center and other attractions. The hotel's decor is elegant and charming, with a classic, antique feel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all warm and friendly. There's an elevator, but each one is quite small, only fitting two people at a time. However, the stairs are easily accessible too. The carpeted floors mean that footsteps don't disturb others. Upon check-in during Christmas, we received local specialty Christmas cookies (Prato almond biscuits) and a greeting card, which was a lovely touch. On New Year's Eve, there was a harp performance in the lobby, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel breakfast was abundant and delicious! The room was very spacious; there was plenty of room even after placing our luggage. The hotel mentioned it had been renovated in 2025, and I really liked the floral wallpaper and bedspread. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a 2-in-1 shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. The staff noticed we were two women and thoughtfully replaced our towels with two pink ones the next day – very attentive service. The air conditioning worked excellently, keeping the room very warm. The window overlooked a small inner courtyard, not the street, so it was quite quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable."

"The location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap. As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside. Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!"
