"The room was a decent size, just right for two people. Breakfast was acceptable, with all the basics covered. The service was enthusiastic, and the bathroom was large and quite clean. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Carrefour supermarket just a couple of hundred meters away."

"You have to go up to the 4th floor to reach the hotel entrance, and the rooms are quite small. Breakfast was decent. The location is fairly convenient, not too far from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Accademia Gallery, and the Duomo."

"I rarely encounter discrimination, but this hotel treated Chinese guests differently. I'm posting this to warn others. I arrived at the front desk at 11 AM, and an old, limping white man served me. He was very rude, but I'm not easily offended and just thought his English wasn't great. He told me to come back at 3:30 PM for check-in, which I didn't think much of since I was going to the art museum anyway. I returned at 5 PM to pick up my luggage and go to my room. The bellhop only handed us the bags and didn't help us take them to the room. Again, I didn't think much of it and just carried them myself. When the elevator reached the second floor, I realized there was still a short flight of stairs. Once in the room, I found it dark and damp. I figured maybe old European buildings were like that, so I opened the window to air it out. Then I noticed the bathroom fan wasn't working, so I called. A worker came to check and said none of the fans were in use. I asked if other rooms were as damp, and the worker said no, and suggested I ask to change rooms. I contacted the front desk, but they said there were no other rooms available. It was my second day in Europe, and I was so jet-lagged and tired that I just wanted to lie down. That's when I discovered the bed was so damp I could wring water out of it, and the nightstands were covered in dust. It was clear this room hadn't been occupied for a long time. I contacted Trip.com and the front desk again, and both told me the hotel was fully booked. Trip.com then contacted their agent. Later, a lady from the front desk called me, still with the official line that there were no rooms. I asked her why we were given such a terrible room when we checked in that morning, and if it was because we were Asian. She immediately fell silent, then asked 'pardon.' I repeated my question, and she instantly said she could switch our room. I asked when, and she said 'immediately.' We were moved to a room across the hall on the third floor, the same room type, but it was bright and dry. At first, I hadn't realized it was discrimination, but this confirmed it. I've already advised Trip.com to remove this hotel to prevent other Chinese travelers from being mistreated. If my English hadn't been good, they would have definitely taken advantage of me."

"Great hotel in a perfect location less then 10 min walk from the train station, and all the main sites of beautiful Florence. The hotel is so quirky and decorated so well just a peaceful tranquil stunning hotel with great friendly staff. Loved the decor and courtyard. Rooms are great we stayed in the fly to heaven room lovely light and airy comfy beds. The coffee snack bar joined to the hotel was also fab great for a pit stop and a croissant if you don’t have breakfast included."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was very spacious. Although the bathroom was small, it had everything we needed. The breakfast service was particularly warm and friendly. The only downsides were that the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy and the duvet/blanket was a bit thin."

"This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great."

"This hotel's rooms are incredibly beautiful and clean! They provide a wide array of disposable amenities, including slippers and body lotion, which is quite rare for European hotels. Our room even had a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool downstairs and the surrounding trees. While breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, the variety was impressive, even featuring honey with a honeycomb. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very helpful. A thoughtful touch was the free long-handled umbrellas available for guests, especially since it happened to be raining during our stay. The only real downside is that, despite being close to Florence train station in a straight line, the walk from the station to the hotel is actually quite long. Plus, exiting the Florence station involves going down a set of stairs, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. This made the walk to the hotel feel even longer, especially with intersections where poor signal made maps unclear and it was easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. The internal environment is very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are patient and polite. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The price is truly excellent value for money."

"【Place】 10 minutes walk from the station? It was good to be close by about! Staff It was good to be very kind. 【Indoor】 It was very beautiful and nice! but... It's a little narrow! There's an electric kettle! I brought cup ramen, so it was really good ‼️🥹🥹 【Note】 Check-in deadline is available! Check it out ‼️ I booked the day and arrived late, and that's why i couldn't get into the hotel. It's locked. But I happened to be able to go inside! It happened that I put it in, so it's basically impossible unless I can contact the hotel! Nojuku, other hotel reservations prepared 😿 I really want you to be able to check in 24 hours at all times! There is an elevator, but it is very slow. You have to push it long enough to keep it moving. And you can leave your suitcase for free."

"The shower drained so slowly that water overflowed from the shower pan and completely flooded the bathroom and a part of the bedroom. When I contacted the front desk, I was told housekeeping was gone until the following day. I said someone needed to mop up the water and bring me new towels as all towels were used to absorb the water, but there was still a lot of water that needed to be absorbed. It took longer than I expected to get the water cleaned and new towels. The room was very small, Will only accommodate luggage for one person. The room was also very dark. Only one small window that did not let in much natural light. No window in the bathroom."

"Excellent Airbnb! Great location, walkable to many attractions. You can see the famous duomo right from your window. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, toilet was clean and warm. Great service from the host who also helped to book taxi because the ride hailing app isn't available in this historic area. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, cookies, tarts, fruits and drinks."
